Here you'll find Key West style villas, and suites nestled in a tropical setting. This villa offers the largest layout for any 3-bedroom 3.5 bath unit (2,495sf L.A.) anywhere in the upper keys. Villa amenities include both a full kitchen as well as a separated ground floor kitchenette. It has cathedral ceilings, a Jacuzzi tub, a private sundeck, a private patio w/BBQ, granite counter tops, and modern bathrooms. In the Fall of 2016 villa was completely upgraded to include fresh coat of paint throughout entire unit, all brand-new furniture, new tile plank flooring in Master Bedroom, Guest Bedroom/Bath. Also installed all brand-new Stainless-Steel kitchen appliances and new washer/dryer.
The Resort: The resort offers you and your family a wide array of amenities to enjoy. Its most unique feature is the new lagoon style oceanfront swimming pool. This is the largest oceanfront pool in the entire keys, it is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, coconut trees, sandy beach entries, tiki huts, and BBQ's. Your experience will leave no doubt that you are vacationing in an island paradise. The community also offers guests its own state of the art club house, fitness center, and Jacuzzi with waterfall grotto. There is also 200' oceanfront pier that's great for taking a relaxing stroll.

***For stays of 3 days or longer, the club charges a separate one-time $95 RESORT FEE/Reservation to cover costs of daily parking and use of all resort amenities by everyone in your group. (With the exception of the indoor Pickleball court which has a separate $40/hour usage fee.) Method of Payment is by check only made out to "The Mariners Club" and it's paid at time of check in to front gate staff.

SOME VERY IMPORTANT FACTORS TO CONSIDER:
Many of the most popular vacation rental websites have been infiltrated by more and more con artist that advertise properties and take payments/reservations for properties that do not exist. Also, many private owners throughout the keys are operating illegal vacation rentals in areas not zoned to allow for rentals of less than 28 days. This is an activity that the county is aggressively cracking down on for a variety of reasons. Owners that are caught by Code Enforcement face steep fines and are required to immediately stop advertising and cancel all of their reservations.
So, to insure you have the peace of mind in knowing that you are dealing with a legitimate vacation rental manager and will not become the next victim of internet fraud, finding yourself stranded in the keys without a place to stay or reserve from an owner that is running an illegal rental. It is imperative that you make sure the owner/manager you ultimately rent from is licensed by both Monroe County as well as The State of Florida Division of Hotels and Restaurants.
Pest Control is one of my top priorities since all properties located in this tropical environment are vulnerable to becoming infested with roaches, ants, and spiders. Nothing will ruin a family vacation faster than having to share your unit with these unwelcome guests. That is why all my units are treated and inspected on a regular basis by a Professional Extermination Company.

Since ALL vacation rentals in Key Largo are privately owned, they are decorated and maintained based on the owner's taste and budget. The range varies from new and modern to outdated and worn-down.
