This stunning Villa has a private swimming pool with a garden area. Located only a short 15 minute drive to the cosmopolitan city of Alicante and the airport at El Altet. It is located in El Campello, mid way between Alicante and the well known holiday resort of Benidorm, so while in a quiet peaceful location it offers easy access to the activities and nightlife of the cities.
A 15 minute stroll will take you to the nearest beach.

The Villa sleeps up to 10 adults and 2 children and has a private pool, with palms providing some shade from the Summer sun. The air-conditioned living room is tastefully decorated with comfortable couches, satellite TV, wireless internet. There is a Game Cube and table tennis available for the children.

The Villa has six bedrooms. Bedroom one has twin beds with an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms two, three and four are doubles. Bedroom five is a single and the sixth bedroom has a sofa bed. There is a separate family bathroom with a corner jacuzzi bath, shower over the bath, twin sinks and a toilet.

The large kitchen/diner has an island with a 4 ring induction hob, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine, reverse osmosis drinking water tap (no need for bottled water). The dining table and chairs seat six people with french doors leading to the outside terrace which caters for up to eleven people.

Around the 8x4 metre swimming pool there are several loungers, perfect for basking in the glorious sunshine. Cook alfresco style on the purpose built BBQ in the outdoor kitchen and dine on the elevated terrace which has seating for eleven people. An outdoor spiral staircase leads up to a large roof terrace where you can enjoy some panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.

The sandy cove, about 15 minutes away is ideal for snorkeling. El Campello and Villajoyosa are 10 minutes drive away and the stunning sandy beaches which stretch as far as San Juan are all about 10 minutes drive away and are all worth a visit

The nearest Airport is Alicante, about 40kms away and less than a 30 minute drive. Valencia is about 130kms drive and a great place to visit while on your holidays. and well worth a visit. We offer an airport collection and return service to Alicante Airport if required.

El Campello and Villajoyosa are about 8kms, 10 minutes away. Alicante and Benidorm are about 15kms, 20 minutes away. Enjoy a fun-filled family day out in Benidorm. There is a provisions shop locally about 5 minutes walk away and several bars and restaurants all within 15 minutes walk. You will find an extensive range of supermarkets, banks, restaurants etc. in El Campello and Villajoyosa both about 10 minutes drive away.

There is a bar/restaurant and a shop very close in Poblet. There is an exclusive restaurant and bar in the nearby Pueblo Acantillado (5 minutes walk away).
The nearest Tram Station is at Venta Lanuza which is about 20 minutes walk. The air-conditioned tram runs from Alicante as far north as Denia. Enjoy the splendid coastal scenery along the way with stops all along the coast including San Juan, El Campello, Villajoyosa, Benidorm and Altea.
