Overall the house was great for our group and was nicely located for us to easily get where we wanted to go! Stephanie was a great host and was responsive and friendly. The house itself had a few things broken (downstairs sink handle, outlet cover in master bedroom, fridge ice maker/water dispenser didn’t work, garbage disposal had glass in it) and didn’t seem like it was thoroughly cleaned before we got there (we found a few pieces of bachelorette themed confetti around the house). But overall the house served its purpose and fit our whole family.

Overall the place was big enough for my Bach trip, there were a few items in the house that were already broke when we got there, crumbs were on the floor in the living room and on the side of one of the twin beds. The location was a little sketchy but we had no issues. Liked that there were two kitchens and plenty of bathrooms. Plenty of outdoor seating. House is just an older home but is good to stay at if you have a big party or family.

This property was perfect for my large bachelorette party. Everyone fit comfortably. If I were to return to Nashville with a large group, I would look no further!

House is older but nicely decorated. Nice outside spaces too. Easy commute to Broadway. Two separate living areas and kitchens. There are 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms but only 2 showers. Host was very responsive.

Unique Mid Century large home. Well equipped and comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay, we were six separate couples and we all enjoyed our own spaces. The house was nicely decorated and had all the supplies we needed. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area and the provided games. Thanks!

Property was as advertised. It was close enough to downtown that we didn't have to spend a lot of time getting where we wanted to go. There was plenty of space and we were never in each other's way. The second kitchen on the second floor definitely helped with this. Would definitely stay here again if I come back with a similar sized group.

This was awesome. Another shower would’ve been great but we loved it

This property was so fun to stay at. Ubers were super fast. There was a hot tub listed and there was no hot tub. Great outdoor area for our group of nine that were with us. Plenty of rooms and beds. Listing says four bedrooms, but there is six bedrooms.

Needs work , we decided to leave early. Host was very nice but the house needs work.

We had a wonderful time ringing in the New Year in Nashville. House was great! It was spacious with several areas for family and friends to gather. I would stay again and recommend to anyone coming to Nashville.

Home was beautiful, overall. It was nice to have the two full kitchens. It was like having two apartments, which worked well for 10 people. The neighborhood was quiet and not far from most places we wanted to go to. The firepit area was rather weedy and messy, so we didn't have a fire. It is a very nice space for a firepit if the area is cleaned up a bit. There are lots of amenities provided, so we had everything we needed and more to be comfortable for the week. Owner was super accommodating and responsive with any questions or needs we had. We had no major issues with anything not working or being out of order. The home is older, so does need some updates and maintenance as does any home. However, we would most definitely stay in this home/work with this owner again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had 5 adults and 2 kids (ages 6 and 8). The kitchen and living areas were spacious and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked. Convenient to all to all the attractions including Broadway by car/uber. Not a walkable location.

This listing was exactly what we were looking for! We had a group of 11 adults and the house was perfect. There is plenty of room to spread out and have privacy, yet large areas to meet and enjoy each others company. The house was stocked with everything we could have needed. Location is perfect, an easy 10 minute ride to almost everything. The neighborhood was fine, we never once felt unsafe. The host was easy to get ahold of and always responded. Thank you for the great stay!

Close to everything in Nashville
Our group was 12 adults, we had plenty of room and everything we needed to have a great time.
We all agreed we may meet there again

The house was beautiful and well stocked with everything a person could need! Plenty of space for the 10 of us that stayed. Not too much too do in the area but we had wanted that and it was nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Nashville.

This is a fantastic property in the middle of Nashville. It’s 10 minutes away from everything. It is one of the best stocked houses we’ve ever stayed in. Everything could possibly need for a long weekend or week.we cooked some great breakfasts everyday. It was super!

This worked well for 11 people, including 4 kids. We really appreciated the big dining room table, the play room with all the games, the fire pit and cornhole. We made so many good memories.

This was our first time In Tennessee!! We enjoyed sightseeing in and around Nashville and beyond. When we were home, the teens enjoyed the theater/game room and 2nd floor kitchen while the adults enjoyed gathering around the spacious dining room table and living room. Stephanie has a lovely home and is a thoughtful host who conveniently provides a lot of the necessities.

Pros:
Stephanie was an awesome host. We had an issue at check-in but she quickly remedied the problem and even issued a generous refund for the inconvenience. The house was spacious and we really loved the two kitchens and two living areas. The house was well stocked with supplies of all kinds (plates, pots and pans, cutlery, platters, knives, glasses, dish cloths and towels, bath towels and wash rags, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc). We really loved the large kitchen table that held 10 people. It provided ample seating space and was a great table for us to use after dinner for board games.
The location of the property was close to EVERYTHING. Every time we googled a restaurant or attraction, it was always close by!
Cons:
The property didn’t get 5 stars for the following reasons:
1) The neighborhood was not what I expected, as areas surrounding it were not the best. However, we never had any safety issues or felt unsafe.
2) The grounds could use some TLC. The back of the property was tiered rock and I’m sure it was gorgeous at one time. However, it was quite overgrown with weeds and not inviting.
3) The outside living areas (including the upstairs deck) could also use a spruce up. They were not as depicted in the pictures.

Loved the house and had a great time! Definitely will be back!

Plenty of indoor and outdoor space for two families spending a weekend in Nashville. While the property is not walkable to the Broadway area, Ubers were readily available and inexpensive. For a large group, I would definitely consider renting this again.

We arrived at this rental property on March 29, intending to stay for 5 nights, but stayed none. We should have done some research about that part of the city. When we got dropped off by our cab driver, he advised us to be careful in the neighborhood at night. Quite coincidently, there was a gunshot (not a word of a lie) when we were unpacking the cab. When our group opened the door, we were bombarded with a very musty, dank, moldy smell. When we entered, the first room we looked at was the kitchen, which had not been cleaned, fridge was dirty and still had contents from previous renters. Upon exploring the house, all the beds had the linen removed, none of the beds were made. With no linens on the bed, you could see the stained, aged mattress covers. The bathrooms had not been cleaned, with hair in the sink and urine around the toilet and dirty mirrors. The pictures the host has on her ad for the back yard looked nothing like the pictures with rickety furniture and a very overgrown yard. The host did give a lame excuse of why the house was in this and tried to fix the issue but there was no way she was going to get rid of that smell. We contacted VRBO and told them that we were unable to stay in the house due to the smell and the filthy state but they were unable to help to us and we needed to find our own accommodations for the next 6 days while in Nashville.

I rented for a group of us to visit Nashville for the first time. The 6 bedrooms fit us perfectly. It was clean and all interactions with Stephanie were positive. We had a great time, and were able to use Lyft and Uber to get around pretty easily.

Nashville was all we hoped it would be. First timers and it did not disappoint. The house is locate just a few short miles from everything! Quick Uber or Lyft ride to everything is nice.

Great place for a large group. Well maintained and stocked. Quick Uber ride to Broadway. Would definitely stay here again. The only negative is that the blinds in the down stairs rooms are see through. They would be better being black out or privacy. For a large group this house is perfect. Book it!

This house was absolutely perfect for a weekend birthday getaway. It was so spacious for 10 people and everyone was able to have their own space. Would definitely come back and stay here with a big group of people. You can tell the Stephanie put a lot into this home and it really shows.

Stephanie was very quick to respond to us. We locked ourselves out and she immediately helped us get back in. We were so thankful to find a place that allowed animals! It was so nice to have two kitchens and two living areas also. We hope to make this an annual event and will hope to stay here again. Also....the house is very close to the L and L market which had awesome milkshakes!

This home was as advertised. Everything was wonderful.

Overall the house was fine for our family. There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms. There was an issue with the flooring near the hallway, bubbling or unevenness. The living room area was rather tight/small for the 8 of us. The neighborhood, although close to downtown, wasn't in the best area. Not extremely wheelchair friendly if you are looking for property that provides that as we were.
Overall, the property was ok, not bad but not great.

Property exactly as advertised, lots of room indoor and out, quick and easy communication, uber needed to get downtown

My husband and I rented the home with our adult children for a wknd in Nashville! The home is perfect for large families, plenty of space and in a quiet neighborhood! Would definitely stay again :)

The best part about this property was bedroom/bathroon ratio.

Spacious house with a great yard. Accommodating hostess.

Very spacious six bedroom with two living rooms and two kitchens. Would have liked more showers in the bathrooms and more hooks to hang towels, etc. Gave plenty of room to be together but space to be apart when needed.

We had a great time with plenty of room for our group. Celebrated our daughter’s 21st birthday
4.0
Pros: This house has a ton of space, and a lot of extras for additional people. We had 8 in our group but could easily fit more. The owner has placed thoughtful additions such as a few extra fans, at least one blow up
mattress upstairs, little baskets in the bathrooms for your toiletries, shampoo and conditioner if needed, etc. around the house for guests to use. The decor is cute and you can see the owner has put time and effort into her choices and spaces. Uber and Lyft were always available with quick pick ups times and reasonable costs to the downtown area.
Cons: We were charged a cleaning fee, but the house was not very clean when we got there. The downstairs kitchen stove was covered in grease and the bathrooms were also not clean. (Dried soap/ shampoo on shower walls) and there was a general musty smell in the downstairs living room area.
The upstairs AC never shut off the entire week we were there. It never got down to 74° upstairs making the provided fans necessary.
The outside of the house has so much potential!! There is really cool terracing in the back, but unfortunately the landscaping has not been maintained in a while making the area unpleasant and unusable. Additionally, the chairs for the outdoor dining area are a hazard! They are broken and actively falling apart.
We weren’t able to use the smoking balcony as there were several beams that are rotted out and the balcony did not look safe.
Lastly, the owner stated in either the white binder or on the refrigerator paper that Amazon Prime and Netflix were available to us for unlimited usage. I assumed any movie we ordered would then be added to our bill when we checked out. However, when we ordered a movie, the service was shut down half way through the movie, and we were then charged for “internet usage.” The charge was more than double what the movie cost, and we didn’t even get to finish the movie we ordered! This was a little frustrating.
All-in-all this is a decent place to stay, but the price does not currently reflect what you are getting. With some work on the exterior and clarification of what services are available, this could be an outstanding property!
3.0
House was nice and adequate for 3 couples. Could not enjoy terrace because of spider webs in door it looked to have not been cleaned for months. Backyard has not been maintained which could be a highlight of the property. Owner of property very nice and easy to communicate with. Location to downtown is very close.

We had a wonderful weekend!
