Perfect place for a beach trip. Loved the large windows and being able to see, hear the ocean from the deck. The kitchen was well supplied with many cooking utensils. Bring trash bags and dishwasher soap. We did need beach tags, taggers came through several times the week we were there. The location was great, easy walk to the beach. Two parking spaces were nice to have and shed has some chairs. We loved it and would stay again!

The house and location were excellent. We were surprised how the house had anything that could be needed. Extremely comfortable, beautiful and open.
I spent a lot of time walking on the beach (right across the street) with my dog. It was a bit cold in March but it made a great vacation get away!

This is a very comfortable property, ideally located at the southern tip of Ocean City, right next to Corson's Inlet State Park. If you love hiking, do not miss the opportunity to hike the park trails. Great for birders, too! We especially love going down to the shore off-season. The kitchen/dining area/living room are flooded with natural light and face the ocean. Will definitely come back!

Otherwise the place was fantastic!

The location of the house is fantastic! Easy walk to the beach, 55th street shops, and Corson's Inlet. There is a swing set and bathrooms on the beach, and many visits from the ice cream truck, which make it extra kid friendly. The front porch facing the dunes and ocean has a wonderful view. The parking lot across the street isn't a bother, as it is empty in the morning and evening. The house isn't fancy and is aging, but it accommodates a lot of people very comfortably and has a bright open feel to it. It is a treat to find a house that accepted our dog, which we greatly appreciated. The owner was responsive and even went above and beyond to help my family who was traveling quite far. We enjoyed our visit and would be happy to rent there again if travels bring us that way.

Cozy place with a great view and access to the beach that allowed our dog to join us. Owner was available but we had no issues that required her assistance.
Not fancy but quite comfortable with room for family and friend visitors. We really enjoyed the deck for early morning and late afternoons as well!

We stayed here Christmas Eve through the first 12 days of January. Christmas dinner with local family was fabulous as the kitchen was well stocked with glass and dinnerware, cutlery, and linens! Weather was sunny and warm for cocktails on the deck. The location is at the most beautiful part of OC beach with many beautiful sunrises. Cozied up during 2 major East coast winter storms----14 inches of snow made the beach magical. Would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you, Mary, for a wonderful stay.

This was our second visit to this property, the first time being on the first floor. The second floor has a wonderful view of the ocean and Corson''s Inlet. Mary, the owner, was very responsive to our needs. We were happy to find that all the furniture was comfortable, especially the king-sized bed! Despite being "pet-friendly," there was no evidence of previous dogs (which says a lot about cleanliness)! The kitchen is equipped well-enough to prepare breakfast or small, simple meals. All of the appliances....stove, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer...were clean, of good quality, and performed well. For us older folks (75-80), the stairs up to the second floor are very narrow and steep which was most noticeable when carrying our stuff up and down. We will most definitely book this property a third time!

We thought the pictures were too good to be true - they're not. Great location across the street from the beach. Unblocked view of the ocean. Pets (including cats) are allowed. We came during April, and it was quiet, not a lot open, but enough to survive a week. Hopefully will stay again.

We enjoyed our stay here for a week in March. It has an awesome location by the beach and the inside is decorated very nicely. Mary the host is also welcoming and ensures you have everything you need. We had a wonderful time staying at the house and in OC!

We loved our stay in this unit. The location was beautiful and quiet. We spent a lot of time on the front deck watching the beach. The unit was clean and had great space and had everything we needed. Owner was easy to work with, there was an issue at booking but resolved easily. Love to stay here in the warmer season!

We stayed at this property for the month of December. The property is cozy and clean with fantastic views of the beach. There are two balconies, one on the front and a smaller one off the back through the Master bedroom. Nice spacious living room, kitchen, and dining room. All the amenities you need for an extended stay, including washer and dryer. The location is great. You're at the south end of the island which is super quiet in the off season. Walk across the street and you're literally on the beach, and you're seconds from Corson's Inlet State Park, which has a couple nature trails and about a mile of undeveloped coastline that loops around to the bayside. We also stayed in the downstairs unit of this property this past summer and even during the peak season this is a chill, quiet area of the island. You're also close to bars and restaurants in Strathmere just over the bridge. Mary, the host, was super accommodating and communicative. We would definitely stay here again.
