Ponce de Leon Towers is an oceanfront complex on New Smyrna's driving shore. Guests have access to a seasonally heated pool, direct beach access, shuffleboard courts, a community room with a pool table, and plenty of on-site parking. The complex is within walking distance to multiple restaurants and less than 2 miles from the popular Flagler Avenue and the area's main grocery store.

This property needed a good cleaning overall. The balcony gave us a perfect view of the ocean and the codo itself was in good repair however some things needed attention. (bed in second bedroom needed relacing and toilet in ensuite needed updating. could use linen in kitchen) We would certainly return if these issues were addressed. Paul and Judy

Nice property located in a convenient area. Walking distance to a few restaurants, and the Ocean View was fantastic. Inside the living room you could look out the glass doors and it looked like you were right on the ocean.

We had an amazing time and everything went smoothly! The communication was fabulous from the time I reserved the condo until I left. The condo was well furnished, nicely decorated and very clean. We look forward to coming back next year!

Condo 401 has been beautifully renovated and decorated. The kitchen has mostly everything needed for meal prep. Better knives, better can opener and a Crock Pot would be nice. The furniture and beds are very comfortable and well appointed. The balcony furniture and floor needs a serious cleaning. There are plenty of parking spaces. We arrived in two cars and there was no problem with the extra cars. The building is older and in general looks ok except the paint on the balcony rails is peeling off and there is rust on the roof. I only saw our balcony but assume all the balconies will look the same. The view from this unit is spectacular and sits very close to the beach.

Property was good enough. Decor was nice. There was a strange smell in the master bathroom. Living room carpet was dirty. Beach commodities provided were broken, had to buy a boogie board. Location was excellent. Grateful for the chance to stay.

Our family had a relaxing stay over the New Year holiday weekend. We booked last minute, which seemed to make the process more difficult. However, the property manager was responsive when we had a problem with entering the first time. Would definitely stay again.

Full equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, 2 full bathrooms, beach chairs, perfect for a sister/cousin get together at a beach we frequented as kids visiting our grandparents. Lovely little village with ample dining options. Hope to visit again!

Just a little hiccup with check in didn’t have my code to get into the door! Thank goodness the rental place was open my niece went and got the code! Thank goodness!! Absolutely beautiful sunset and sunrises!!!!

We love NSB and this place was another good rental with Great Ocean. Nice kitchen, pool and layout of the apartment. Very low key relaxed condo atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at this rental. Much of the unit is renovated. The kitchen and living spaces are beautiful. The appliances are in brand new condition. We had a small issue at check in with accessing the unit but this was remedied within 5 minutes by the management company. The location of the unit is perfect with easy beach and pool access. One thing not listed in the description is a washer/dryer - there isn’t one in the unit but there is one available on the floor (pay with quarters) which was very clean and easy to use. We would definitely rent this unit again.

We were very happy with this unit! The end unit and ocean front is now a must for us. Ponce de Léon location was fantastic…close to downtown, close to grocery and restaurants as well.

Everything was easy for our stay at the condo. Communication was great with one small issue that was not anything big, but a result of a storm. It was clean, great view, and comfortable! I loved that it was an end condo and made it feel a little more private, the morning sun was never directly through our window which helped to enjoy the patio sunrises! We would totally book this condo again!

Check in info regarding lockbox, keys inside etc is outdated. The lock box is on wall and we attempted several times to open it per the directions given. Had to call for assistance. Turned out it’s a digital code entrance on new keypad. Also, we received an email that charges would be made to our account because place was trashed upon departure. We were still in condo and not yet departed! Email was meant for previous renters. I have not received the requested corrected email .regarding the mixup. Otherwise, room was great, well stocked. We enjoyed our stay .
