The property is within walking distance to the Empire Polo Field and Music Festivals. Beautiful family neighborhood of Indio, the city of Festivals. Located within biking distance to the famous Coachella and Stagecoach Festivals. The house features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, private fully fenced back yard offering quiet relaxation by the sparkling private pool, in the steamy hot tub. 4 bedrooms with a combination of king and queen size beds in each bedroom. 2 full bathrooms. Spacious and well equipped kitchen and dining area.You are surrounded by a golf community, take a morning walk to Starbucks, or just stroll the streets. You will be greeted by other early rising joggers, bicyclists and dog walkers. Grocery shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, pharmacy, hair/nail salon, dry cleaning, anything you might need is within walking distance. Indian Wells, La Quinta and Palm Desert are all a couple of miles away and each has great shopping and dining. You will be only a couple of miles from a local shopping center with grocery stores, restaurants, banks, cleaners, postal services and more. For an upscale shopping adventure, head to Palm Desert's El Paseo, the 'Rodeo Drive of the Desert,' this mile-long eclectic mix of shops offers jewelry, apparel, art, home decor and haute couture. I went to this house for my birthday and it was perfect and amazing it was big enough for a family gathering and I loved the environment. I’m the summer it is really hot haha. I enjoyed the experience though and it was pretty clean.

The property was nice. Did not have control of AC, pool, or jacuzzi, which would have been a help. Everything else worked out very nicely.

Tanya’s rental was our home away from home during our weekend trip to Indio for a music festival. The pool and hot tub were relaxing and the grill outside was great for burgers and hot dogs. The beds were comfortable and the living room allowed for easy resting and hanging out. Remember to keep the door to the yard closed to avoid letting any flies or bugs in!

Exactly what I was looking for. A space that is big enough for family and friends and fur babies. Good area grocery store not to far away mountains are beautiful. Loved the pool and hot tub we even used the bbq grill first night. Dosent break the bank yet we were all comfortable. Thanks again.

Second time staying! And we were not disappointed, each room was clean and comfortable the pool was heated and clean and the jacuzzi was amazing. Huge kitchen and has just about everything we needed. Easy to communicate with the host. Made our stay easy and enjoyable. We Will most definitely be retuning .

The beds were clean and comfortable. The floors were dirty, the house needs updating, the hot tub was filthy and not functional, there was broken glass in the backyard. The pool was dirty but cleaned up enough to be used after a pool guy came. It was also pleasantly warm. The owner also sent a house cleaner to clean up the house too - should have been clean when we arrived. Bring your own toilet paper.

Great space! The kids loved the hot tub! It was a lot busier than I'd imagined but it was a beautiful neighborhood with everything you need less than 2 miles away!

Check in process was very easy House rules are very flexible mostly just treat like its your home. The pool was a plus everyone enjoyed it is smaller then the pictures. BBQ grill was a good add on. Cleanliness I would rate an 8/10 Pool light was a little hard to manage but host send someone the next morning to fix. Host was very attentive, Would recommend just bring disposable plates, cups and forks/spoons. Also ATV riding is 30 min away in case you want to add adventure to your trip.

Liked it. Had some issues. Owner was accessible, and did something about it. But made it seem like everything was fine before I got there. (It’s my fault?) refrigerator needs replacement. Old, leaning to the side, and worst part… didn’t stay cold enough… food melted. Obviously, was with my family so still had fun. (House has small pool) but what an inconvenience.

Our stay was great, the house was clean and spacious. Everything was fine except for the interruption of maintenance people being sent to the house. We were on vacation and did not want any interruptions. Other than that we enjoyed the house and the Pool!

This place is funky, and not in a good way. We arrived early and saw the cleaners departing the house, not wearing masks. I’m not sure how much cleaning they did however! The floors were filthy, hair in the beds and bathrooms. There was dog poop all over the back yard. Management offered to bring the cleaners back, after we had settled in but that’s a huge inconvenience so we opted to leave the next morning instead. I wouldn’t recommend this rental unless they hire a new cleaning crew.

We spent Thanksgiving weekend here and created some great memories. We had a great time in this property with my family. Heated pool was hit with the kiddos and jacuzzi for the adults. Loved spending just chilling in the private backyard. Overall, good Thanksgiving vacation.

It was an okey experience for a family vacation, its alittle bit old style house type need a lilttle upgrade on the furniture also the wifi wasnt working we couldnt watch t.v. due to bo network. Had to enter tru the garage which that wasnt a problem. The backyard was amazing pool smaller than i thought but the kids loved it so thats all it matters.. alot of yard for the dogs to enjoy a small run playing with toys... neighborhood was great no complaints while during at night time being out in the pool. Other than that we had a fun mini vacation weekend with the family. Thank you so much...

We had a horrible experience while trying to enjoy this house and thought it was private but next thing u see the gardener is scheduled to come while we’re trying to enjoy the jacuzzi it was not cool at all and over all everywhere was so messy and dirty everywhere starting from the living room , also dirty towels inside the dryer overall I would never stay here again

Upon arriving we had some problems with the code for the lockbox where the key was located. We were instructed to just use the code for the garage to enter the house, that was ok with me, but it was a little inconvenient sometimes. While we were struggling with the lockbox we also noticed that the trash bins were completely full. Were instructed to leave our trash bags on the side of the bins seeing as there was no room in them at all. The house was nice and spacious. The pool was smaller than expected and the hot tub’s water was rather cloudy. We didn’t even bother going in it because of that. The house wasn’t too bad for a last minute booking. The host was very attentive when asked questions throughout the stay.

Our stay at this house was as comfortable as could be. We had a party of 3 couples stay in this house to attend a friends wedding in Coachella. The houses amenities worked out great and everyone enjoyed themselves fully. We had everything we needed to enjoy a whole day pool side with a full day of BBQ and ending it in the hot-tub. The only issue we had was having extra towels for the pool and hot-tub but we easily solved that by taking the short drive to a close by Target. Everything else worked out perfect for our weekend wedding trip and we highly recommend this property to anyone looking to attend any of the many events in the surrounding area.
