Great place

The house was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with essential cooking equipment. Communication was very quick with owner. Beds were comfortable. Location was good for our needs of fly fishing the local waters. Limited selection of restaurants in the area. Grocery store carried a nice selection of items. It is combined with a hardware store ( either Ace Hardware or True value) which I found a common arrangement in the larger area.

Our stay was awesome. The property is well stocked and very clean. Great location.

My wife and I and my hunting buddies and I have stayed here many times. Perfectly located for outdoor activities. Spacious, clean and generally well furnished. Would suggest owner consider a small table and chairs for indoor dining as breakfast bar ends up holding the groceries and only seats 3. Warm during the winter! During warm weather, the front porch and back yard with firepit are comfortable places to hang out or dine.

The house is in a great location. Just a few blocks from the C&TS Railroad. The owners care a lot about the house and it shows. The place has everything. Stocked firewood for the outside fire pit. Outdoor accent lighting for late night gatherings. Nice and private. Plenty of siting areas. Indoors the house has it all. If you don’t find there you don’t need it. Kitchen stocked. Bathrooms stocked. Bedrooms stocked. Thank you for providing a great place to stay. Felt safe and secure. Hope to book again next year.

The cabin is always clean with great beds, sheets, towels, etc. We love the easy to use kitchen, laundry and especially the backyard! We are here for
the Cumbres and Toltec Railroad and reunite every year with our friends. We cook big meals then relax by the firepit. It's the best!

We have stayed here the last 3 years and it is perfect for our family of 4! It is always clean and so inviting. After a long day of fishing with my boys, it is so nice to be able to cook, sit by the fire, sit on the front porch, and relax. We refilled the hummingbird feeder and loved watching them come to it. We love this place and we will be back next year as we continue our family tradition.
