Provides just what is needed for a little vacation in a great vacation area on the Cape. Anything you could want to do on vacation within 15 minutes of the cabin.

Price was on par with local hotels and enabled family to live together instead of separate hotel rooms, which is nice. House was clean, towels and bedding complete. Appliances worked. Host was polite, and professional. We had a small glitch with the hot water heaters not working (cold showers) so we borrowed our friends hotel showers. I chalk this up to “stuff happens”. Also, house is not at all secluded, rather packed onto a large property with many other homes big and small close by.

The cabin, was clean and beds were comfortable. All kitchen needs were present. The saltwater pool was closed; however, we were notified before our arrival and the property owner tried to accommodate us in other ways. Truly appreciate the effort. Audrey, property, owner, was pleasant and responsive.

This place was so so wonderful!!! Cozy and campy/cabin feel- our family all went with small children under 5, so much to do - swimming, on site playground, laundry access, ping pong table, hammocks everywhere. It was delightful and our children definitely made memories there!

This was a beautiful retreat. The house was immaculate and perfect. The sunset over the water was breathtaking. I will rent this again.

We stayed in Cabin 22 for 6 days/ 5 nights. Owners Jerry and Aubrey couldn't have been nicer and easier to deal with. We arrived early and they were super accomodating on a holiday weekend.
Kids (8 & 6) LOVED the fire pit for making s'mores and proximity to the pool (which has a large shallow end perfect for relaxing). Bocce Ball court is an overlooked ammenity that was great. Our kids never even asked to turn on the TV!!
The screened in / covered porch was awesome for all meals and the OUTDOOR SHOWER is an awesome feature.
This place is so convenient for all the day trips, or just hanging out at the pool.
We highly recommend this property and hope to stay again next time we hit the Cape..

If you want an old fashion, nostalgic Cape Cod experience, this is the place! The cabin was cozy and fit the 6 of us and a dog comfortably. It was walking distance to several mini golf courses, a taffy stand, and ice cream.... Smugglers Beach was amazing and a quick drive. The water was warm. Seagull beach was absolutely gorgeous. It was nice to have a pool (not a full size but a nice dip). For a place that has a bunch of kid amenities and dog acceptance, I found the place quieter than expected. It was an enjoyable experience and would recommend.

The location of Bass River was ideal for day trips in any direction on the Cape. We loved the sunporch and outdoor area. The kitchen was well furnished and beds were very comfortable.

Cabin was comfortable and well stocked with all we needed for a family vacation. Owner attentive and so accommodating. Yarmouth Cabins is a fun site with good access to beach and local attractions. We’d come back!

The property was lovely and offered something for every age. Our dissatisfaction was with our particular cabin. It had a lack of seating for indoor dining. The large table with plenty of chairs was on a lovely screened porch. Unfortunately, We could never locate a way to turn on the light. The only way to have the fans on was to also have the light on. The fan fixtures need to be updated with units that will allow fan but not light. The hot water in the shower never got really hot. In the small bedroom near the kitchen, the AC is immediately next to the head of the bed. Not good.
In one bathroom the toilet rocked. It needs to have bolts tightened. The outdoor seating was fabulous. The indoor seating was poor at best. So, though we liked the property very much, we are not planning to return.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the Yarmouth Country Cabins. They were ready for our arrival and Rich is very friendly and extremely responsive. The location is fantastic and the cabins offer nice space, especially for the price. The playground and game areas are cute but certainly a diversion rather than a destination. The pool was clean and maintained. As for the cabin itself, it was quite musty and had a smell of mothballs which might have been the result of not having been used much during COVID. We aired it out a bunch which did help a bit. MOST IMPORTANTLY: The queen bed in the master bedroom was old and very soft but when, after the first night of poor sleep, we asked if there was perhaps another cottage we could stay in or if the bed might be missing a slat, Rich just purchased a new queen bed for us, remarking "nobody had complained about it previously." This, to us, was truly remarkable customer service. We didn't even complain that much but he checked out the problem immediately and promptly fixed it by BUYING a new bed that arrived the next day. This says everything about this place. It's intimate and fun for kids and the service is truly incredible. Highly recommend as a great value for some time on the Cape.

Pros: Good location, manager is very friendly, accepts pets, has a pool, nice crushed shell driveway.
Cons: way overpriced for the accommodation, has ants in kitchen, no inhouse laundry, has shared washer no dryer-have to use clothes line. window AC units work but they are loud. Wi-Fi is patchy.

This place is a deal and has many awesome features. We loved it and plan to make it a yearly tradition, adding more family to come along. The property is owned and managed by the on site gracious gentleman and his family. Anything we needed, was taken care of promptly.
