The living area features a remodeled kitchen with new cabinets, countertops, and new appliances. The updated flooring in the living area provides a clean look with a comfortable plush leather sofa and many new furnishings. The dining area has seating for six at the circular table. One of the many special amenities offered at 20 Beach Club Villa is the huge sliding door and window in the living area looking out towards the ocean.
20 Beach Club Villa presents three bedrooms, each with a full renovated bath and updated cabinets and tiling. The master bedroom offers a king bed with direct access to the open deck with ocean views and features a large walk-in shower as well as a walk-in closet. The guest bedroom on the second floor features a king bed. The first level bedroom is unique in that it is large enough to accommodate two queen beds.
Finally, 20 Beach Club Villa offers a covered carport plus a private outdoor shower and changing room.
Beach Club Villa at Wild Dunes is a fantastic community and one of the best maintained at Wild Dunes. It is the only oceanfront community along the Charleston coast that offers three-bedroom townhomes with direct ocean views.
Finally, as a guest at Wild Dunes, your family will be able to enjoy precision golf at the Wild Dunes Harbor Golf Course, the world-famous Wild Dunes Links Golf Course, the Sand and Sea Spa, bicycle rentals and several restaurants located on site within the community. Ideally located, this beach house on the Isle of Palms is an easy drive to Sullivan’s Island, Mount Pleasant and Historic Charleston. Sullivan’s Island (7 miles) features Fort Moultrie and wonderful dining options along Middle Street. In Mount Pleasant (8 miles), your family will want to visit Boone Hall Plantation with its avenue of oaks, the USS Yorktown, Town Center shopping and the restaurants lining the shrimp docks on Shem Creek. Finally, Historic Charleston (17 miles) is the number one tourism destination in the United States and offers some of the world’s finest restaurants, galleries, historic homes and gardens.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.

- The pool is not heated.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
