Be in the center of the action!
In the summertime you are right next to hiking trails, biking trails, miniature golf, kids trampolines, slack lines, Corn hole, climbing walls.

Great location just off the slopes and adjacent to the ice rink. Parking in garage was simple. Family had a great time here, easy to come back to room for break from the slopes and then get back on.

BC has been our families go to spot for years, once we stayed in Market Square we got spoiled and couldn't imagine staying anywhere else. The condo is cozy, we’ve been repeat customers we enjoy it so much. Its definitely a splurge but so convenient esp with kids. We come from Texas and once we arrive we rarely use our car. Our favorite restaurants are Dusty Boot and Blue Moose pizza.

The condo location was super convenient; the property managers were super quick to solve issues. Overall the condo was perfect for a family of 5.
We would to come back nest year! The only recommendations I have are 1) better pillows in the master bedroom (easy fix). 2) figure out how to cool down the unit at night (leaving the window open can get too loud and disturb kids sleep).

We just booked our 3rd time staying at this condo we love it that much, once you stay in the Market square its hard to stay anywhere else because the location and connivence cant be beat, especially with kids. The place feels so homey and Charlie is great to work with. The board games could use updating, it would be 5/5 if price was lower. My kids love the jet tub in the condo after skiing all day. Dusty Boot was our favorite place to eat there, short wait and kid friendly

Property is great - the only negative is there was no A/C in the bedroom and was warm in early evening, otherwise this was an excellent property.

We loved how close it was to everything. With littles, that was important. It had a washer/dryer which was awesome. The place is dated & they could remove a lot of the decor to make it more current and less crowded. However, the pictures are accurate & you know upfront what you’re getting. Checking in was easy and covered parking convenient. We were there in the summer & the only thing we missed was a pool. You can get a pass at the Hyatt for $75 per person which wasn’t worth it to us. All in all, it was a great location & timely communication.

The place is pretty dated. The furniture is way too big for it. It’s hard to maneuver. The kitchen is too tight for two people. The bathtub in the master is really hard to get into (2 feet step). The air conditioning is a joke - tubes coming through the window connected to an appliance and it doesn’t work to boot. Several different codes to remember - for the garage, to get a luggage cart, for the elevator, etc. very complicated. But the location is unbeatable. Just know there are zero amenities in the building (no fitness center, no pool or hot tub)

Charlie was really accommodating and helpful during our stay. The condo was everything we wanted and the location was great. We will be coming back to stay here again soon.

Charlie and Reed could not have been any better with their communication. The location of the unit is ideal, as it is right on the town square and a short walk to shops and restaurants. For skiers, the lifts are only a 3 minute walk. Parking is very easy and hugely valuable during busy times. The only tiny critique is that by the photos in the listing, we thought the unit overlooked the ice rink/center of town, and it does not. That said, this very clean unit with excellent hosts is in the perfect location to enjoy Beaver Creek.

Family ski vacation at beaver creek over Christmas break. Comfortable apartment for our three young kids. Amazing location next to the ice rink and in the epicenter of beaver creek village. Host was reliable and communicative.

We visited Beaver Creek for Thanksgiving 2021 (a family of 3 with a toddler). The location is amazing - you will be in the center on the BC village and all it has to offer. The condo is as it appears on the pictures. The kitchen is well equipped. Charlie was available and responded quickly to our questions.
Overall, we had a great experience and enjoyed our stay.

The unit is located on the 2nd floor of Market Station. The hallway is actually outside just above the art shops. The ski locker is on the same floor as the unit and is exposed to the outside air which is nice that you don't have to worry about warm ski's hitting the snow and icing over. The ski locker is not designed to fit your boots, which means you need to find a spot in the unit. One of the 2 elevators drops you off between the art shops and the ice rink. The windows in the unit face West and you can see the runs off Strawberry Express. The unit came with 4 passes to the Park Hyatt which has an outdoor heated pool and 5 hot tubs that we used 5 of the 7 days. The kids also liked playing in the little arcade room that is also in the Park Hyatt. The unit is fairly small with lots of unnecessary decor that limits your space to store your stuff. The furniture is larger than it needs to be which also makes the unit seem smaller than it is. The location can't be beat for taking the kids to and from ski school, ice skating, shopping or out to eat at the restaurants. Overall the unit worked for us with 2 adults and a 7 and 5 year old. The best feature that other units in this building are missing is the passes to the Park Hyatt for the hot tubs.

The location is great and the amenities are worth the stay! My only put is storage. The overall space is somewhat small for four (4) with having to live out of your suitcase. Otherwise, the property is convenient and comfortable so we'd stay here again!

This was our second time staying in Market Square. This condo is in a great location with an easy walk to/from ski school, shopping, and restaurants. This was a huge advantage this year because ski school doesn’t provide lunch due to covid. We were able to walk back, eat lunch and warm up in the condo which was great for our young children. The condo has a great layout and provides all of the essentials. Charlie, the property manager provides easy tofollow check-in instructions and is very easy to reach with any other needs. We look forward to our next trip to Beaver Creek!

This was our second time to Beaver Creek. You can not beat the location of this condo. You can ski in or out or do a very short walk to the main gondola. Charlie was quick to answer our questions. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Perfect!!

The condo was in a great location! Shops and restaurants were steps away. Ski in/out just behind the building was very convenient. The ski locker was helpful to store our skis and boot and not take up space in the condo. The kitchen was very well equipped. We would stay again!
