This panoramic apartment is located a few steps from the beach, on the 2nd floor. with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room with large. Balcony. Covered terrace 100m2 for your own use, 1 private parking. The views of the Gulf of Gaeta is stunning. The town of Formia is surrounded by the Aurunci hills, so the sea and mountains. For people who love water sports such as kitesurfing, windsurfing, sailing (ideal thermal wind) and hiking is the ideal combination. Cultural lovers are in 1h in Roma, Naples, Pompeii, La Reggia di Caserta, Monte Cassino 1/2 h. the Pontine Islands can be reached from the port in 1.5 h. Amalfi Coast in 2 h.

Lovely breezy apartment 30 seconds walk from the beach with a huge rooftop terrace. Lovely and very helpful hosts. The kitchen is lacking some basics like a kettle and toaster since the neighborhood does not have much to offer restaurant wise but otherwise, great place to relax and do day trips.

Having said we did not speak Italian we were welcomed by nice caretaker who only spoke Italian. This would not have been a problem if the property had any local information, but we found nothing. Normally there is a guide saying where the local shops are; the number for the emergency doctor and other useful information. Even getting out the gate at the bottom of the stairs involved climbing on it to see there was a button on the other side. When we did have a problem with the washing machine it was fixed very quickly. Having said there was air conditioning in fact that only covered some of the rooms and we were put off using it by the caretaker checking the electricity meter first. The wifi only worked some of the time.
