This great home is beautifully decorated and comes fully furnished with towels and bed linen for your convenience. Fully stocked kitchen! Calm tones were used throughout this great home for a peaceful relaxing atmosphere to help you unwind after a day on the lake!

- Living Room/ Dining Area/ 3 bedrooms/ 3 full baths/ Corner lot on quiet cul-de-sac.
- Master bedroom suite has a king-size bed, tv, walk-in closet, attached bathroom with stand up shower, jetted tub and his/her sinks.
- Second bedroom suite has queen size bed, spacious closet, attached bathroom with stand up shower.
- Third bedroom has two (2) twin size beds and roomy closet.
- Additional blow-up mattress available, by request with advance notice.
- Family and Entertainer's dream home with an open kitchen/dining/living concept.
- 2 roomy decks featuring plenty of outside living area for your family and friends to relax and unwind while enjoying the Central Texas sunsets.
- Outside charcoal/ propane Char-Grille available (propane provided for small fee- must be arranged ahead of time).
- Cooler and bag cooler provided for your convenience.
- Wifi throughout the home.
- Cable in living area and master bedroom.
