Do you want to look out your condo and see a “straight on view” of the beach and ocean with nothing in between except the boardwalk? Do you want to enjoy the sound and view of ocean waves? Do you want to have the beach right outside your front door? Do you want to be on the South end of Rehoboth Beach boardwalk just steps from the best restaurants in Delaware? If you answered "yes" then our place is for you!

You are guaranteed one "on site" parking space. The majority of the parking is in a locked basement garage with elevators & the rest of the parking is behind the building.
Rehoboth Beach has become a year round destination. The shoulder seasons are delightful. All the restaurants stay open. You can check out Rehoboth website for the events for each weekend. Please call or text us with any questions or difficulty booking. We are happy to help.
Studio condo has a balcony and kitchenette, with bathtub/shower combination. The balcony and unit are completely facing the beach. The view and sound of the waves are awesome. Enjoy the sunrise on the balcony with a fresh cup of coffee. It would not be uncommon to see a pod of porpoises before you finish that cup. There is a King size Murphy bed in the living room. Please note there is NO bedroom. The condo is in the best managed building on the boardwalk. We have a manager that lives in the building so any issues are addressed quickly.

VRBO charges you a service fee. The traveler service fee was added by VRBO in Feb 2016 & has grown to 15%! We pay a booking fee and credit card transaction fee to VRBO. There is a $95 cleaning fee and 7% tax to the city of Rehoboth. We have a 60 day cancellation policy for a 100% refund.
The building has private outdoor swimming pool on the second floor during the summer only. There is a attendant on duty but not a life guard. The pool is open from 10 am to 7 pm starting Memorial Day weekend.
Our building is an owner occupied condominium building on the south end of the Rehoboth boardwalk. Every unit is furnished and decorated differently by the owner.
Our condo sleeps 2 with a King size Murphy bed. You'll have a restful night's sleep listening to the gentle sounds of the ocean on the King sized Murphy bed. Most visitors feel the Murphy bed is very comfortable.
The unit is equipped with a 40" flat panel smart TV. Cable TV is free. Free wireless internet is accessible in the condo and throughout the building.
The full kitchen has a stove, fridge, microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker. Dishes, flatware, glassware, pots, pans and microwavable cookware are included in the kitchen. Dish washing detergent and cleaning products are provided. The kitchen has salt and pepper and sugar.
Guests are to bring their own King size sheets, blanket, bathroom towels, hair dryer and paper supplies. We start you off with 2 rolls of paper towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper. The condo has 4 bed pillows.
Coined laundry facilities are located in a private room off the main lobby. There is no washer/dryer in the condo.
There is private locked basement garage. This keeps your car cool and safe. The entry to the basement elevators is a locked glass door. Rehoboth Beach is compact and thus walking to shops and restaurants is very easy. You really don't need your car till your stay is over..... unless you wish to go to the 3 large Tanger outlets to do tax free shopping on route #1.
We have a “no pet allowed" policy no matter how small and no matter how well trained. This is a building rule as well as our rule. You will be asked to leave immediately if you bring an animal. The building staff watches very carefully.
The manager of the building lives on the second floor so your vacation is worry free should something break. Someone is at the lobby desk 7 days a week from 9-5 during the high season and 10-4 in the shoulder and winter seasons.

The boardwalk was enormous and we didn’t have to drive anywhere! Would love to come back to unit 303! This has been by far our favorite place to stay in Delaware!

This is a very nice condo, right on the boardwalk so extremely convenient to the beach. It is only a few minutes walk from all the shops and restaurants. When the Murphy bed and the foldout sofa are both open, space is pretty tight, but there is a privacy curtain so it is fine.

A perfect place for me and my husband to get away for his birthday. Beautiful views facing the ocean and boardwalk and such a great location for being able to walk to everything! We left our car in the underground garage the whole time. Highly recommend for an easy weekend escape.

We had a wonderful time in Rehoboth. The condo was great. We had to bring our own towels and sheets but we were prepared. Great communication with the owner. She gave good check in instructions and fabulous restaurant suggestions. The weather was fairly cooperative. May check the area out during a warmer season. Thanks for everything Carol and Bob!

We very much enjoyed our 3-day stay. The location was perfect for access to the beach and to shops and dining. The unit is accurately described and is as shown in the photos. Bob and Carol provided clear and detailed instructions on how to pick up the keys, access the unit and what to do on departure. It was nice to hear the sound of waves throughout our stay. We will be back!

This was our first time staying at this ocean side condo and we enjoyed it so much that will gladly return for future stays. It was the perfect physical setup made even more perfect because of the convenience and benefit of having the boardwalk, the beach and the ocean just steps away from the condo. The condo has a balcony from which there is an unrestricted view of the ocean and beach. Both the owners and condo office staff are extremely helpful particularly with providing information about the local area. Rehoboth Avenue and the immediate surrounding area are easily accessible by walking eliminating the hassle of trying to find parking places. Another plus was that the owners, anticipating our probable questions provided preliminary information prior to arrival. They also provided clear instructions in the unit on how to use certain appliances and features of the unit which were very helpful. All in all, a great place to stay!

When weekend plans fell through, my husband and I found ourselves in a position to have a little getaway. I immediately thought an off season trip to the beach would be amazing. I love Rehoboth, so started looking around to see what was available. My husband came across this cute studio condo located right on the boardwalk with an oceanfront view. Everything was great! The owners are friendly and communicative, check-in was easy, and the place was fabulous! You just cannot beat that view, even in January! We had a lovely time and would definitely stay here again.

The Murphy bed and furniture are comfortable and the house has all amenities; however, you will have to bring your own linens, blankets, and towels. Pillows are available.

We had a wonderful long weekend at Carol’s condo. It was a perfect and comfortable space for two of us. The ocean view was awesome! The condo was clean and there were clear directions for how things worked. We hope to go again sometime.

This was really a lovely, nicely furnished, well-organized condo in the Star of the Sea right on the boardwalk in Rehoboth. How wonderful is it to fall asleep with the sound of the surf and wake up to the sunrise and then enjoy a coffee on the sunny, warm deck. We lucked out with 75-degree days the first week of October, enjoying the beach, cycling the Lewes loop (18-mile), enjoying the great restaurants that Rehoboth has to offer. We highly recommend this unit. Communications were absolutely wonderful with the owners, the unit was well-furnished, spotless and had everything you need for your time at the beach. I can't think of anything else they could do - just perfect and we'll definitely be back.

This is a perfect location for a stay in Rehoboth! You had us at the ocean view but this studio apartment is also so clean, efficient and comfortable. (Yes, the Murphy bed was very comfortable!) We were just there for a long weekend but we could easily enjoy a longer stay. The kitchen is small but well equipped for cooking full meals. The building manager Brian was very friendly and we felt like if we had had an issue (which we didn't) we could've counted on his help. Garage parking was a perk and because this building is at the south of end of the boardwalk, we could walk everywhere and not get back in our car until we left. We look forward to our next stay!

This property has a great location on the boardwalk and just a short walk to restaurants and shopping. The unit has a well-stocked kitchen and had comfortable furnishings. The owners are very friendly and answered my questions right away. This is our second time staying at this condo and would stay here again if we return to the area.

My husband and I had an amazing get away! The property was just as described. The bed was very comfortable! Getting the keys was tricky, the sign was not out as described, but as soon as you see the Cracker Barrel get in the right lane and turn in at the tan building. We arrived at SOS at 3, the cleaners had just arrived so we had to hang out for about 15 minutes, but no biggie, the condo was freshly cleaned when we went up. The view was amazing, everyone was so friendly. Definitely would do it again!!

Our stay was nothing short of spectacular. The photos of the property, in my opinion, don’t do it justice. The condo was a perfect space for my husband and I. It was immaculate, furnished with comfortable pieces (including the Murphy bed!!), and every detail was thought of and well explained. The location can not be beat, nor can the view. Communication with the owner was exceptional and prompt. This is hands down the best renting experience we have had, head and shoulders above the rest. We have already recommended to our family and friends and look forward to a return visit in the future. Many thanks for a wonderful honeymoon!
