Newly Renovated at the end of 2023!!! This condo has undergone a complete remodel with new granite in the kitchen & bathrooms, the kitchen has all Stainless Steel appliances. The bathrooms have updated lighting fixtures, mirrors, and brace bars in the showers. The living room has new furniture. It is a wonderful 1502 Sq ft condo on the 7th floor (714) in the B building with beach views from the master bedroom and living room along with window views in the kitchen and dining room. Everyone gets their own bathroom with this 3 Bed 3 Bath arrangement. The 7th floor view is perfect, high enough to get away from the ground noise but still close enough to get perfect views of the beach activity. Sunrises and sunsets are prime from this location at the CORNER of the building.

This condo has it all including Free WiFi. Plenty of space, comfortable sleeping arrangements, full kitchen and a full size washer and dryer in the unit. Enjoy the indoor/outdoor pools, jacuzzi tubs and fitness center. A very nice walking trail passes right through the Majestic Sun property so you can enjoy some outdoor walking or running when you get tired of the treadmill.

There is a king size bed in the first master bedroom which opens to the balcony, another king size bed in the second master bedroom facing the lake and golf course. The guest bedroom has one queen and one twin bed. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional guests.

Activities in the area are plentiful including SCUBA diving and fishing. Destin has some of the best saltwater fishing in the country and a large charter fishing fleet.

Located 1.3 miles from the famous Silver Sands Outlet Mall.

Weekly rentals only, Spring Break and Summer.

Had group of 4 adults and 4 children (4-15). Plenty of room for all, Large TV's in each bedroom as well as living room. Gift chop at Majestic Sun had plenty of items and reasonably priced. Beach area was busy but not overly crowded. Parasailing available 200 yards down the beach.

The condo is very nice, would love to stay here again. The location is great, rooms were great, and the renovations A+. Had a little bit of trouble with the screen door to balcony when opening and closing but this was minor. Thanks for sharing your place with our family!

Perfect view of the ocean despite being across the street. Easy access to the beach. Very clean and updated. Conveniently located to all the restaurants and anything else you might need. Only a few cones to be prepared for on our next stay. Bring garage bags and paper towels -you only get two kitchen garbage bags and one roll of paper towels. Also, one of the back bedrooms is exposed to the outside hallway lights and there is only a shade no black out curtain. I loved that this place was at the end of the hall so no disturbance from people passing your room. One little neat amenity was that there was a black wash cloth for taking off makeup. You only get one though but there is a washer and dryer. We DEFINITELY will come here again. Just perfect!!

I thought the property was wonderful! Would definitely stay here again. There were 7 adults in the condo and we never felt like we were on top of each other. Great kitchen! We cooked several dinners and the kitchen had a lot of equipment. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms very nice. Would highly recommend!

We’ve visited Majestic Sun a number of times now 714B is the best with all the windows and ocean views. Personally I can’t sleep on a hard bed master bedroom bed just right we’ll definitely be back. Our family of 7 loved it also like the island in the kitchen how it lights up changing colors. Fantastic condo 👍

We had the most amazing family vacation. With two little ones getting to the beach was a breeze. The condo has an amazing pool set up in case the beach is windy or cold in the off-season. This condo has views of the water everywhere you look. Amazing finishes and plenty of space. The facilities were clean and the location is in walking distance to beach front restaurants. Lastly the gym was great.

This property was perfect for the 5 of us. Communication with property manager was easy and I always got responses quickly. Check in was simple. The location of the condo was perfect proximity to fun things to do. The property was beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Our views off the balcony were stunning. There’s was only one room with any bedroom furniture, so my husband and I and our child lived out of our suitcase for a week. Also the spare bathrooms were small so husband and I had to have separate bathrooms because the counterspace was too small. I could overlook the bathrooms but definitely need dressers in spare rooms.

This place was perfect! The view was outstanding and the condo was so spacious and clean!! Definitely recommend!! We went with our extended family of 6 and had more than enough room. The pool was great, fitness room was clean, parking was easy and I could sit on the balcony all day long!

The unit is as pictured but sometimes it is what you can't see - lack of pans/skillets, uncomfortable beds and mgmt entering without permission. We like to cook our own meals and the unit provided a small burnt skillet and an equally worn wok. Plenty of pots for use and management offered to provide a skillet but we had already purchased our own. I did not appreciate that the mgmt team did not think it was necessary to provide notification or permission to enter the unit while no one was home. There is an instant distrust when you realize someone has entered without you being informed. Hopefully, this is a lesson learned and it doesn't happen to future guests. For the price point, there would be an expectation of better mattresses - lumpy and worn. To end on a positive note, there is a great view.

We loved this end unit with all its windows and we'd love to stay here again in the future. The only negative was that the floor was a bit gritty when we arrived. But it's the beach so that's kind of expected. I was very happy to find a broom, mop, and even a vacuum so we could tidy up. Overall, we were very happy with the property.
