About this house rental
"Latitude Adjustment" is the perfect family friendly beach home. This home is new to the rental market in May 2020 and offers everything you need for your Florida getaway. The house has 6 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, sleeps and dines 16 guests, and is 2 blocks away from the Gulf of Mexico. A large circular driveway allows for plenty of parking and easy access to the house. The first floor has a wrapped porch that is perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning, or an ice cold drink in the afternoon. Guests can choose from 1 King bed, 3 Queens, and 4 Twins for their sleeping arrangements. The Master bathroom has access to a private balcony and features a spa grade, whirlpool bathtub. The spacious kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, and utensils for the chef in your group. Looking to rent during the Blue Angels Airshow? Look no further. This house is in the middle of the Blue Angels flight pattern and you can watch the planes bank from the balcony.

We're from Pensacola, but wanted to spend a few days at the beach for a late summer "staycation." The house was beautiful, functional, comfortable and BIG! We had friends and family in and out all week so the large driveway/carport area was perfect. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the A/C was great! :-) A few steps to the beach and an easy ride to great restaurants. We had a wonderful time!!!

We spent a week at this property and ended with seeing the blue Angels practice show on Friday, July 12. Can’t say enough about the location and the size of the house. We were very comfortable with our party of 13 adults and one child. Definitely would recommend it. Check in and check out for super simple and everything worked perfectly. Thank you for the great stay!

Three generations of our family enjoyed this beach house. Everything was as advertised and Noelle at the office was such a pleasure to work with. She made everything perfect from a reservation standpoint. The layout was perfect and the house is truly well built...even 6 kids under 7 having lots of fun did not wake us up. The only drawback was the street noise but I had read this is previous reviews so I was prepared for it. The walk to the beach was only 0.10 miles and it was like never very crowded. We love Pensacola and will definitely be back!

The house was very spacious and nice. Only a few things that i would mention would be the basement room was very damp and mildew smelling almost to the point the smell was too strong at times. The beach items were falling apart and could use an upgrading. Propane grill for outside would be better than charcoal. But other than that we absolutely loved it and would deffinitely stay again.

The sunrise and sunset from both the beach and the Bayside was wonderful. Excellent location within close proximity of all restaurants and bars. This place was so accommodating for our large crowd! It was clean and spacious and the check in staff were very helpful. A short walk to the lovely white sand beach and a few shops and restaurants made it perfect for young adults and teens.

Our group has been coming to Pensacola Beach annually for the past 27 years. This home was one of, if not the best, rental we've ever had. Everything was in working order, and the kitchen/dining/family room setup was perfect for us. We were able to comfortably gather all together each night to discuss the joys of golf. We had no issues during our stay and would rent this house again in a heartbeat!

Rented this beautiful home to be near the Pensacola Beach Mardi Gras experience. The home was beautiful, exceptionally clean and comfortable for our group of 12. Walking distance to the parade and wide open spaces for game playing and watching TV. The kitchen was very well stocked. The only change I would ever make would be to install an elevator but I understand this is not an option for all houses on the beach.

Beautiful and clean home within a short walking distance to the beach. Large kitchen and pantry. Plenty of room for our large family gathering. Restaurants within a mile - easy drive. Lots of parking. Bottom floor room is more of a playroom - kid hang out area - no bathroom so made it hard to use as a bedroom.

The property was adequate for a 3 night stay. It needs a lot of maintenance. The floors left our bare feet black altho it didn't appear dirty. There was a musty smell that cleared out with doors open, the bottom floor was an exceptiion to that. There was no lighting in the bottom floor room. Linens were clean, but we had to request more for our group of 14. The furniture was very worn, badly need to replace mattresses. The exterior railing is dangerous. We only saw one live palmetto bug.

The house is very large and worked out well for our family gathering while attending my granddaughter's wedding. The house was very clean with a lot of room for gathering in the open living space on the 2nd floor. The 5 separate bedrooms was very nice since my husband and I, and 4 other siblings/spouses were staying there. I also had 3 teenage grandsons with me and unfortunately, they had the ground floor sleeping arrangement. The ground floor is my one & only criticism about this house. When you open the door, you are taken back by a very musty-smelling "basement" and it never goes away. I am sure a dehumidifier would do wonders for that "basement". It does wonders for my own basement at home. My suggestion to the owners...put a dehumidifier in the ground level living space!

This house suited our needs perfectly! The accommodations were clean with plenty of room for our party. The house was quite convenient with just a short walk to the beach. The out-of-the-way public beach access meant that the beach was never overcrowded, which was a huge plus for us!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was beautiful and large enough for our family. Access to the beach was easy. We were disappointed in the cleanliness and had to spend some time cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay.

Had a family gathering with family from Dallas & Atlanta to spend a week at the beach. House met all of our needs, close to the beach, close to restaurants and lots of beach gear. Living area on 2nd floor is quite large allowing us plenty of room to spread out. Would recommend for any large family looking for a beach vacation.

My mom and step father live in Pensacola. I thought it was time for a visit. The proprty accommodated 11 adults and 7 children under the age of 5. We had a ton of fun at the beach daily, 5 minute walk.
