Building "C" - 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 517 square foot 9th floor condo with direct gulf view. Updated condo! This condo at Estero Beach and Tennis is directly on the beach with breathtaking views of the gulf. Watch the sunset from the 9th floor lanai. There is a fully equipped updated kitchen for your vacation stay. The bedroom has a king sized bed. There is free wifi and internet. There is a sliding accordion partition for privacy to the bedroom. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination and hair dryer. For your beach vacation, you will find beach chairs and umbrellas, beach towels, cooler, and noodles.

HURRICANE UPDATE: EBTC re-opened 12/1/23. There is a lot of "new" in the buildings and around the property.

Amenities: heated pool, tennis and pickelball courts, 2 elevators in building, security office, secure building, gas grills.

Coined laundry facility located on site on the main floor of the building.

Directly across street from Santini Plaza where you can walk to shopping and restaurants! Santini Plaza set to re-open winter of 2024.

Condo had everything we needed to cook and have our meals . The condo was very clean . First time to Fort Myers area enjoyed our stay beaches still recovering from Ian . Good communication

The condo was cute and exactly as described. There were no issues with finding places nearby to eat (post hurricane). We enjoyed watching for dolphins from the balcony and swimming in the ocean. We will be coming back. The property owner was easy to reach with quick questions. We highly recommend staying here.

I have stayed at EBT many times and this particular unit was outstanding. CLEAN, orderly, had everything I could possibly need at my fingers. Furnishings were beautiful and can’t beat the view. I will rent this over and over again if Kristie will have us!

My husband and I spent a week in this beautiful condo! Perfect for 2. Direct ocean view! The condo has a lot of extras including chairs, umbrellas. Kitchen is more than fully stocked with everything you will need. Kristie was very easy to work with!

Our condo unit was well appointed in all areas, and communication with the owner was superb! Although initially disappointed by some amenities being unavailable, due to hurricane reconstruction, we left feeling very appreciative of our experience. The friendly people, uncrowded beach walks, various wildlife, & gorgeous sunsets made for a memorable stay.

Unfortunately, we were unable to stay due to hurricane Ian, but the communication with Kristie was very good. She kept us informed as much as possible while we were trying to decide whether or not we should go(our trip was scheduled to begin a few days before Ian actually hit). Then after the devastation, refunded all our money. I would definitely try to stay in their property again. I gave 5 stars for everything, even though we didn’t actually go, because of our experience with the owner.

The property was as advertised. Very clean, great location, reasonably priced. Loved having soft recliner for my husband. Would definitely stay again. Got to see osprey and dolphins hunting. We are not seasoned vacation rental people, so this may be normal. This about rules. We were sent documents in advance, probably 25 pages of rules. Rules were posted all over inside the property, including photos as to how the kitchen drawers had to be left. We tried our best to comply, but I am sure we made mistakes. Maybe this is normal, but seemed odd to us.

The location was incredibly quiet, peaceful and relaxing. The location is very south on FMB and quite a hike to Times Square if wanting to enjoy nightlife (approximately $15 Uber one way).

Condo was just the right size for my husband and I. The only complaint was it could have been cleaner. Not bad but bedroom needed dusted and traffic to boardwalk and bridge was really bad, no fault of condo. Thanks for allowing us to rent.

This property was fantastic! Looks just like the pictures and was very clean. Owners were easy to communicate with and checking in and out is super simple. The location is quiet and perfect yet not far from the action. The older I get it’s more difficult to sleep away from home. This bed was very comfortable. The condo is nicely stocked with kitchen items as well as beach items. You can’t beat the view and the sounds of the ocean from this condo! Would recommend and stay again!!

Unfortunately because of a previous storm the beach was not easy to maneuver for older people. A strong storm (Elsa)had pushed the sand and created a shelf which made it difficult to get to the water. Otherwise the Condo was exactly as portrayed, it was a perfect size for 2 people contained everything we needed and the view was amazing.

Our stay at this condo was great. We've stayed at different units at Estero Beach & Tennis and this is our favorite. Everything is just as advertised and better. There was nothing additional we needed during our stay. Kristie, the owner, is nice to work with. Situated where you can relax and enjoy the sunsets. Convenient to many places to eat, a 7-11, and CVS. We will plan on staying there for our next trip to Fort Myers Beach.
