Really can't beat the ocean views and ease of staying at seascape. We have been to several units in the building and this was one of the nicer ones. Appreciated the updated bathrooms and nice beds.

Enjoyed our stay at Salty Sunrise for 3 nights. Perfect view, including the most needed breeze to cool you down during the summer days when seating in the balcony enjoying the beach view and pool view. Is a newer building so it felt modern. Best part if you visit during the summer days was the AC was working perfect. The size of the unit was comfortable for 3-4 people, including teenagers. They had everything you needed in the kitchen plus plenty of towels and essentials. The pool was the best part of our trip. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one.

The Salty Sunrise was the perfect place for our family to stay! Everything was as advertised and very clean! Our three year old loved the short walk to the beach and pool. The construction was very minimal and the pool was open. This was our first time at IOP but will definitely want to stay at the Salty Sunrise again!

The property was very clean upon arrival. Ocean view was amazing! The property was as described. Overall construction did not impact our stay. When we booked the note was that the pool would open June 1. So we took a gamble booking for June 12. Unfortunately pool wasn’t ready but the noise was minimal and the construction did not limit our beach view. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice condo with a beautiful view of the ocean and quick access to the beach. The children wished the pool was open. It was not clear as to the amount of construction being done, which was a lot- the noise wasn’t an issue, just the heavy toxic smell. In addition, the person upstairs from the condo was up very early every day and woke us all up. Great location!

Overall great lodging and location. (Right on the beach) The view was obscured due to scaffolding. We were told of the renovation. Unfortunately, the pool was closed. When we booked, web sight said pool would be open. Thankfully we had the ocean out day excurtions so we didn't hear the construction. Overall, very nice. Looking forward to coming back when finished!

The privacy of the area and the condo are great. The construction covers half the told property. Pros to that was very few people there. The construction itself did not disturb our stay. Con the pool was closed due to the construction. The deck and view of the ocean is A+. Excite to return when construction is complete and the pool is open.

We had some frustration on entering the resort. After going back and forth between the gates 3X, we were allowed on and found the condo complex. Much to our surprise, it was under construction. Parking was very limited and it was very difficult to navigate around the construction to unload, as well as in and out every day. The pool was closed, which was a primary reason we chose this area was the pool and beach. When we contacted ITrip regarding this, they said they did not know this and it was the resorts responsibility for the pool. When we looked at other places on VRBO, they stated the pool was going to be closed on Sept 5. The complex would have been great if it didn't have the construction, as it is a smaller place and the people that were there were really friendly. We spoke to an owner and he commented "they did this last year-rented the places and did not tell them about the construction." As far as the actual condo itself, it was fine. Nice view of ocean and all the construction. It could use a little updating (furniture, beds and couch, was somewhat uncomfortable) and a few more amenities. For us, we will be sure not to rent from I trip vacations again. We don't need these types of surprises.

It was very clean. And the mattress in the master was heavenly! We were having a hard time getting the tv to work in guest room and living room. Called for assistance and the staff took care of it quickly.
Again not the owners fault that construction was going on but hate we couldn’t get in the pool because it looked very maintained and clean.
Parking was further than we anticipated to get to elevator which isn’t horrible but we got in at dark. we didn’t know that the garage parking was for owners. Wouldn’t be a bad idea if you bring a beach roller so you don’t have to make extra trips for drop off of luggage at elevator entry then go back and move car. But it was a great trip and will definitely stay again!

We would definitely stay here again. The view from the room was unbelievable. If you like shelling, make sure to wake up early and hit the beach! Also, you're far enough from the hustle and bustle to enjoy the stars on the beach at night. The room was very clean and provided plenty of space for our group of 5 Ladies.
Only two suggestions would be to update the dryer (would not dry our small load of clothes after multiple cycles) and add an ice maker (the ice maker in the fridge was very slow.)

We found the property to be everything as advertised. Our only complaint was a dirty floor. We know it's hard to keep a beach property clean, but it could have used a better mopping. The HVAC system was having problems, which we reported at the end of our stay. Not really an issue until the last night, as the weather was very pleasant. Would definitely recommend this facility.

Managers were asked if pool was in operation.We were told they would look into that and get back to us. They never did and of course pool was closed. We had issue with sink clogged . We had to unclog it ourselves which took 2 hrs. Manager said they would try to take care of it "Monday". We got a lecture on proper use of the disposal. Blaming the victim. The disposal worked fine it was the sink that was the problem. Also the building was under construction. The noise started in A.M. and continued throughout the day. Annoying.
