Wonderful resort atmosphere private condo with lake views close to everything restaurant, theater, movies, bars, and shopping. Walk to the beach, and on premise bar/restaurant Twisted Tuna right next to the main heated pool and spa. Beautiful views of lake facing East watch the sunrise from the screened balcony and master bedroom. Located next to Carlin Park with wonderful health walking trail. Every consideration has been taken to insure your stay is perfect. All household staples supplied and beach gear.
Everything a traveler could need, fully stocked kitchen drip coffee pot and kuerig. All small appliances blender, toaster, hair dryer, and iron. All linens and towels, and beach gear (including beach towels, 4 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, and cooler. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in both bathrooms, qtips, and cotton balls. King bed in master with 55 inch flat screen tv, guest bedroom with two queen beds and 42 inch flat screen tv. Living room has a 65 inch flat screen. Dining for 6 in main room. Outdoor seating on wonderful balcony with wonderful views of waterfall on island and looking east at sunrise and mon rise. You are also steps away from the main heated pool and spa. Also steps away from the on site restaurant Twisted Tuna, Portabella, and the club with live music Double Roads. Across the street from the Dive Bar, walking distance to the Theater both movie and live theater and the beach. The perfect getaway a true resort atmosphere. Come Fall in Love with Jupiter!! We have a strict cancellation policy so please think about getting vacation insurance which the site is vacation rental insurance all together one word no spaces and dot com. Policies run about $100 to $200. Also if you cancel within the 60 day non refundable period and I get it rented I will return what I receive for the new rental to you. You can also try to find someone to take your rental. I am extremely flexible but I can not afford to just let the unit sit empty and return money. The complex also requires you to register I will send you a lease and a registration form which you will need to send to the complex management along with a copy of your drivers license and $25 if you intend to bring a car. It is the fee for each car so if you intend to bring 2 cars it would be $50. Also I am always asked if early check in is possible, I have a service that performs cleanings. You can check at the place at 2 pm and if they are still there you can get an idea when they will be done. If they are not you can check in. I have no control over when they are done so save your time asking me since I dont know.

I have stayed in quite a few units in Jupiter Bay but Kathy’s had the most necessary amenities of any of the other units I have rented there. . A wheeled cooler, 4 beach chairs and two good beach umbrellas. Additionally, the unit was well stocked with coffee pods, toilet paper, laundry and dishwasher soap. The unit was clean and very comfortable. It was also very close to the large pool which was great in the late afternoon when it was too hot to be on the beach

If I could 10 stars we would. First the host Kathy was an absolute pleasure. Upon arrival we were very impressed by the cleanliness,layout and the overall quality of the unit. It would be what one would say 1stop shopping. Everything that you possibly need or want was there. We highly recommend it to anyone who wants a very pleasurable experience.

We enjoyed our 2 week stay in Jupiter Bay. Wonderful location with lots to do close by. Our communication with the host was seamless and the condo had a lot of supplies already on hand.

We were very pleased with the condo. The location was good and we could easily get to the things we wanted to do. It was quiet and we enjoyed having the lake to view and enjoy. We would definitely come back. Thank you to Kathy who provided a really nice space for us.

Kathy made our stay so carefree with extra touches like plenty of coffee, creamer, shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, dish soap, laundry detergent, extra towels, Alexa, beach equipment, fishing pole and a gift upon arrival. The condo is beautifully furnished, with a gorgeous view of the lake, and every convenience is provided. We loved the location, easy walk to the beach, pool, restaurants , and cinema. Would definitely recommend, and hope to return again!

The LUX Jupiter Bay Condo was a wonderful property. The location was perfect. It is close to the beach and several very good restaurants within walking distance. The condo was very clean and has a beautiful outdoor patio. We highly recommend this property.

Great location, very clean, and had everything we could need. The beach supplies came in very handy. Quiet place, not a lot of noise at night so good for young kids, at least while we were there. Pool was nice and not crowded, and it wasn't far from the condo. Overall, we'd recommend it and would book again!

We had an amazing stay at Kathleen’s condo, right when we opened the door was a nice welcoming touch by our host. The condo decor has a brighten your day feel to it and was very clean, had everything you needed for the kitchen and bathrooms. The bedrooms are comfortable with large closets as well. TV’s and Alexa music worked well. The patio overlooking the lake is an beautiful view. The pool and hot tub are excellent and just a 2 minute walk from the condo. Convenient location, close to shopping and beaches. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the Jupiter area. 5 star place and host, don’t let this one slip away, you’ll be glad you booked it!

We had a wonderful stay at the Jupiter Villas and highly recommend this unit. The location was great - a very short walk to the pool, a fun restaurant and a running/walking trail. You could even walk to the beach! We drove only to bring the chairs and all our gear but easily walkable. We have a large family with four kids and this unit was a perfect size. It was nice having two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen. Plus it was much more affordable for our family than staying in a resort….but it had a resort like fee with the pool and restaurant. The unit was clean and had plenty of supplies. We’d love to stay again next time we’re in Jupiter!

The property was really lovely, with the screeened-in porch overlooking the water as a real highlight. The couch was super comfortable and tables had enough seats for our whole family. We loved that the kitchen was super well equipped and really appreciated that everything in the apartment was labeled so that we didn't have to guess which switch operated which light. We also really loved the beautiful pool and convenience of the Twisted Tuna restaurant for drinks and snacks. The owner was very communicative and we would definitely stay here again.

The four of us enjoyed our stay, but we all thought that the apartment was overpriced. It is near the beach, not on the beach. Route 1 ran right behind our building. My husband and I stayed in the back bedroom which faced an outdoor walkway and stair well. Our windows shades remained drawn so no one could look in. Not exactly my idea for a vacation. Our friends had the nice view of the water feature and other buildings. The apartment is comfortable, well located if you like a crowded area. Good shopping,,- all convenient.

Really impressed with the clean open layout and location to everything we wanted to do. Twisted Tuna was a plus and the access to the Heart walk was a daily activity to get our day started. Beach was a nice walk as well. Fantastic place to stay. Thankyou again.

The owner was super organized about everything. She sent helpful info in advance. When we arrived, a bottle of wine greeted and lovely note greeted us along w our pass. The condo was immaculate and looked at least as good as the pics. Location was fantastic!!!!! Walk to beach, pool, tennis, jacuzzi, and delicious restaurants like Dive Bar and Food Shack. A zillion restaurants within a couple miles. Would recommend to anyone.
