I've been a super host with over 60 five star reviews..
I saw this home and just had to have it!! Its stunning curb appeal doesn't stop at the front door in this charming home. Enter the foyer with finished wood staircase, decorative iron balusters, fireplace in family room and ceiling fans throughout. A huge master suite and a private bedroom just off the front door for the grand parents with no stairs.
The kitchen is fantastic with all new stainless steel refrigerator, microwave & dishwasher. Solid wood cabinetry, solid surface counters complete a great kitchen. The dinning seating is a total of 16 with intimate eating area for 4 in kitchen and 8 in a separate dining room! and another 4 on the screened patio.
The oversized master suite features tongue-and groove cathedral ceilings, his and her walk-in closets, double sinks, garden tub and walk-in shower with a separate toilet. Four additional generous bedrooms as well as all updated bathrooms, central vacuum & complete this wonderful family vacation retreat! Outside the 6 car driveway with room for your 30 ft boat or RV features covered parking.
The private fenced in rear yard is a true oasis! Theres a screened & covered lanai living area which leads to the heated pool, including a spillover heated spa. Exterior landscape lighting adds to the beauty at night.
Conveniently located near the Seminole City Park with its playgrounds along with the Pinellas Trail access, and Boca Ciega Millennium Park with amazing nature & observatories. Only two Mile to Gulf beaches and public boat ramp.

House was nice and looked just like it did in the ad. Ice maker was messed up had to buy ice. Dryer took for ever to dry towels. AC could not keep the upstairs cool during the day. Set it on 68 degrees and at 10pm going to bed it was 73 and warm. The pool was nice and plenty of room for everyone.

We had thirteen people ranging from teens to adults who stayed in the home. We were very pleased with the home itself, the size of the home, the pool/jacuzzi, and the location of the home. I recommend this home and would stay there again.

We enjoyed being with all six of our grandkids. We enjoyed the pool and how close we were to the beaches. Plenty of room for all nine of us! Stephen was a great host and responsive to our questions without any delay. Great stay!

Had a lovely stay at this VRBO home. Stayed with my husband and our 2 married kids/spouses with 3 granddaughters. Plenty of room for all. Kitchen very roomy with appliances easy to use. Host very responsive. Children loved the pool. Many attractions nearby, one great excursion we did was the Conquest Pirate ship cruise out of St Pete's beach- The adults got to drink from the bar and enjoy the cruise while the crew took care of the young ones with all kinds of pirate games. I took a walk through the nature park every morning and climbed the observatory tower, which is approximately a mile away from the house. Great stay.

We had a great vacation and the house fit the family perfectly. It was in a quiet neighborhood conveniently located to shopping, beaches and local activities. Stephen was an excellent host and responded quickly to any questions we had. I would definitely book a VRBO with Stephen again. Lori

The size of this home made our stay with 8 adult, 2 young boys and an infant a breeze. There was room for everyone! Steve was very prompt to all of our needs, dropping of blankets because it was cooler than normal and getting my daughter in when we locked her out! We did learn though that pools heated with a heat pump do not work when the temperature is colder than normal, making the water too cold for me to go in! Can’t control the weather!!

We stayed here for a family vacation over Christmas. Plenty of room for everyone and the house was stocked enough for us to cook up a few meals. The pool and hot tub were fun. Hot tub is only turned on for 3 hours 7-10pm. Very clean home. The host kept in communication the whole time and was responsive to our questions. Will come back.

The house was perfect for our group of 9. Stephen was a great host and was always very helpful with questions or needs. Everything we needed was very close by including shopping and sightseeing. Had a great time at our nephew's destination wedding combined with a great vacation.

Property would have been good but coach roach was on kitchen cabinet. When there is one, there are always more. Past experiences told me that I didn’t want to carry roaches home. We needed to vacate and property manager felt that leaving was unwarranted because we only saw ONE bug. We unsuccessfully tried to find a resolution. They offered another property that was not large enough even though to PM felt that 3 beds would sleep more than 6. They also said that they would send an exterminator for the ONE bug but we needed to leave. We did not want to spend longer than necessary to prevent carrying roaches in our belongings. We asked for a prorated refund. We spoke to VRBO and they spoke with the PM and they were told they would compensate us for the inconvenience. When we communicated with the PM, that was not being offered. We made several attempts to resolve things and then the PM just stopped responding. No resolution.

6 adults and 4 kids (grandparents/parents/grandkids) came down to celebrate great-grandmas 90th BD. The house was perfect for us to stay. Loved the feel of staying in a 'neighborhood". It is so close to the beaches and parks. Also close to grocery, shopping and restaurants. Having the pool was awesome. Loved staying there and would rent again in the future.

Our family from Texas and Colorado met here for a week. Stephen was awesome! He helped from answering questions before our stay until the end. The guest before us broke the coffee pot and he was quick to replace it for us. We can't wait to come back next year and look forward to renting from Stephen again! We rented this house for my son's college graduation and to take a much needed vacation. House was as advertised. The bedrooms were spacious and the kitchen had the essentials and more. The pool was nice as was the screened in backyard and porch. Less than 10 minutes to Madeira Beach, which is our favorite! Will definitely consider this house in the future if we have a larger group!

The house was as described. We had 3 couples and 4 children -4 kids slept in room with double bed and bunks, each couple had their own room with downstairs bedroom to spare. Agree with owner that it is in a very safe residential area, quiet dead-end street with everything needed close by - - - grocery stores (Publix and Winn-Dixie about 1 mile), restaurants, fast food, etc. and only about 10-15 minutes to all of the beaches (St. Pete's, Madeira, Treasure Island). Back covered patio with fans, was great while kids were in the pool and while BBQ'ing. Owner (Steve) was very responsive when we had questions.

The location is close to everything you would need and want! Stephen is an excellent host! Quick response to questions! A few items for my grandson were missing from the home and he showed up ASAP with them. We requested a change in hot tub time and temperature and he adjusted that immediately! The only drawback was that we had to leave to come back home to snow! Would go back again!

Our trip and wedding was planned for a date that was days after hurricane Ian, Stephen kept us updated on the impact it could have on our stay. We had a wonderful time staying at this house. The age range for all of us was from 3 - 60 years old. The house had plenty of room and the pool was a lifesaver. We had a great stay - enjoyed the privacy and quiet of the neighborhood. The house was spacious enough for all 10 of us & we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Plenty of beaches within a 10-minute drive, a running/walking/bike trail just 1/2 mile away, and a grocery store minutes away. Stephen was quick to respond to any/all questions. I would recommend this home to any family looking for a quiet getaway.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. The location is great. Right by a local park, 3 min drive from a grocery store and convenient to the nearby beaches. Great property for a family with kids of all ages. There is even a bedroom on the lower floor that works well for elderly or those with handicaps.
