Brand new 4 bedroom 2 bath home in Shepherd Hills with a 3 car garage sits on a ridge line overlooking Rapid City with great views of sunsets over the Black Hills during evening walks in the neighborhood. New stainless appliances with white ice countertops.

Game room with foosball, air hockey, and board games along with large HDTV's with access to all your streaming networks through high speed internet provided.

Sheridan HIlls - New construction neighborhood conveniently located to access everything Rapid City and Black Hills have to offer. 5 minutes to I-90, easy access to Box Elder and Ellsworth AFB.

The open and inviting entry way features LVT flooring that leads into the kitchen and dining room where you'll find a modern kitchen with plenty of seating and newer stainless steel appliances.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware and bakeware you need to make your standard meals and boasts a toaster and Keurig coffee maker with an initial stocking of K-cups, tea bags, creamer, and sugar/Splenda.

Enjoy the main floor living area or move downstairs to watch TV, relax on the sectional with recliners - great place to take a nap or enjoy a movie - able to watch freeTV channels or sign into your own streaming services.

This home features four bedrooms, two bathrooms and three car garage. The upper level includes two rooms with queen size beds, a master bedroom with large walk-in closet, and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The lower levels include a large family room with the 2nd TV, 2 more bedrooms, bathroom and laundry room. There is also a game/office room with games, office/gaming desk with an additional loft bed for maximum sleeping flexibility. Games are provided for everyone to enjoy (Klask, Ticket To Ride, Monopoly, etc.)

Locally owned and managed by Rapid City residents! Your concerns and questions are addressed by us directly and not by a global call center. Enjoy the attention and timely response of people who personally care about your experience!

Please note, the person making the reservation must be among those staying at the house for the entire stay.

PETS
Due to owner allergies, pets/animals are NOT allowed on the property, inside or out, at any time. Guests who bring pets/animals in violation of house rules will be financially responsible for all sanitization that is required post-stay to eliminate allergens.

Smoking is NOT allowed in the home or anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking anywhere on the property may result in $500 cleaning fee to deodorize the home.

A very nice place for our family group of 13. Plenty of room for all of us, even a place where the kids could play away from the adults. It was also centrally located to where we needed to be.

This house was perfect for our family of 7, we could have definitely fit more people too! Lots of beds, couch space, and gathering areas. The property was better than advertised and easy to access. Good location to the various places we visited while staying. Would definitely stay again!

Really enjoyed our stay in Rapid City. The house was clean, check in and check out was easy, and Michael always kept a communication line open for questions etc. One of my best experiences with a VRBO. I highly recommend this place.

Great Grandma to infant stayed comfortably with all needs met. The house was clean and convenient. The kitchen had all of the appliances and cooking utensils for our family meals. Owners communicated clearly the expectations and frequently to ensure our needs were met. The house is a four level. It has three double beds for adults, a crib, three sets of bunk beds and an upper bed bunk. For children, the house has a separate hang out place filled with activities and games. I would stay here again.

Our family of 8 came to Rapid City for vacation. We were all so pleased with the house. It was clean, well furninshed, and had a great layout. We never felt crowded, and with 4 kiddos that says a lot. Everything we needed to keep house was there. All we had to do was shop for food for the week. The house was easy to get to from I 90, and it was close to shopping and restaurants.

We were looking for a place that was centrally located to all of the areas we wanted to explore and could also accommodate our 5 kids and grandparents. The house was a perfect fit! The kids were able to enjoy their own space with plenty of games provided. Everything we could possibly need in the kitchen and throughout was waiting for us. Check in was easy and actually earlier than expected. The location was perfect for us...40 min to 1+hr to all the sights...Black Hills, Badlands, Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Jewel Cave, etc. The neighborhood was great with beautiful sunsets up on the hill. We'd highly recommend!

Stayed for 3 nights to visit with family who is stationed at Ellsworth AFB. Great property all around. Accurate listing that did not disappoint. Clean and new property, but unlike some other brand new listings, this one was nicely stocked with the necessities of daily living. Good location to use as a "base of operations" for seeing the local area. Did the Badlands/Prarie homestead/Minuteman missile Nat'l Historic site all in one day. Drove out to Devil's Tower the next day (go early to get parking!!) and Sturgis. It's about an hour drive to Keystone/Mt Rushmore. The queen beds are more on the firm side - about an 80 out of 100, and while we're used to more of a softer mattress, we slept well. They also provide mattress toppers if you need them (see previous comment about how they are well stocked). Great, quick communication with the owners. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It worked very well for the 6 of us. We took 4 of our grandchildren on our annual trip. We had plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed the game room with many things to do. The owners were very easy to work with and available.

Very clean and welcoming home. Our kids loved the games and activities provided by owners. House is within 5 miles to shops (boot barn, cabelas) and dinning places. 20 mins from Bear Country and Mt. Rushmore. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was large enough for us, our daughter and son in law and their 3 boys ages 8,13 and 16. Each boy was able to be in their own area but had the air hockey and foosball games in the family room to enjoy when they wanted together time. Our daughter and son in law enjoyed the mid-level game area table to put together a puzzle and from where she could hear what was happening with the boys. The house was in pristine condition with a well supplied kitchen. The 3 car garage was a plus for unloading/loading up the cars.

The house was beautiful and as described in the listing. Michael was great to work with and willing to answer all of my questions. The only downfall to the house was there are no tv's in the bedrooms. Other than that the house was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay.

We used this awesome house as our pivot point for a fast and furious 3 long days of sight seeing. This house was cleaned to perfection, had the most comfortable mattresses that did not hurt my back at all and all of the supplies we needed were available for the kitchen and the bathrooms. Communication has been phenomenal from start to finish! The neighborhood was super quiet and close to Walmart and the main highway. One of the reasons I picked this house was the extra kitchen counter space with the island and the reclining couch for relaxing in the evenings. I highly recommend this house or any property by this caring family!! Out of many years of renting VRBOs this is the best we’ve ever had!!

We rented this house for our family vacation and we were more than pleased with the home and the communication witht the owners. It is a very clean, very well maintained home in a nice new neighborhood. Lots of shopping and convenience stores within a 5 minute drive, as well as restaurants. If you are looking to explore western South Dakota, this home is in a perfect central location. Highly recommend.

Use this as our base to wander around and rapid City and do the different things we wanted to do. It's great it's got open living family spaces but you can also find privacy in the bedrooms and some other quiet areas of the house very well balanced clean well stocked and the hosts are very thoughtful helpful people!

The house was very clean and well stocked. It provided everything we needed for a quick midweek trip. We only had four adults, but there was plenty of room for more. Although we did not have time on this trip, the location would lend itself well as a home base for seeing the many sights in the area. Would definitely stay again!

The property new and in a new neighborhood a couple of miles from down town. Large home with 3 queens,5 bunks and 1 loft bed to accommodate a large family gathering. Large dinning table and kitchen area. We didn't run out of hot water with a large family staying. great communication with owner.
