The apartment is nice, is a new build, and is 70 m². The property is located right next to the beach. It has views of waterfront and the mountain.
The accommodation is equipped with the following items: lift, garden, fenced garden, 7 m² terrace, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), heat pump, air conditioning throughout the house, communal+children's swimming pool, open-air parking the same building, 3 TVs.
In the induction open plan kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer are provided.
-Check-in its done at our office located at Avenida del Mediterraneo 66, local 2, trade name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino.
-Credit card details, will be required as damage deposit, or 200€ instead.
-Check-in from 16:30h (high season can be delayed at 6:00 p.m.)

The building was right in front of the beach and boardwalk. The unit was on the 20th floor and facing the beautiful crystal beach. I worked remotely outside on the balcony for 4 out of 5 nights with the ocean breeze and seagulls flying past me. While my husband and i worked from 5pm to 2am, my 16 yo daughter and her friend had tons of things to do like walk the boardwalk, old town benidorm, amusement park at terre mitica
, shopping, and eating. We visited the town next door, altea. We also did a paddleboard tour around the coast, the water was beautiful, crystal clear water. The beach right in front had some rocky places so if you wanted all sand you would have to walk a short walk to the left of right. The building had good security. The building had a maintenance guy named, juan, who was there most of the days, greeting you and helping you find the pool and the exterior garage cans. The building also had a really nice pool, which was never crowded when we used it. They had nice showers to wash off the sand. It worked out very well for us
We would stay again. The 2 showers were the smaller european size so if you are on the larger size could be difficult to use.

There was a bad smell at times not sure if it was outside the apartment. More kitchen utensils needed for those who like to prepare own food More tea towels needed Complimentary dishwasher & washing machine tablets would have been a bonus

The property is in a fantastic location on the beach front and close to all amenities. It is evident it has been newly refurbished to a really high standard and has everything you could wish for during your stay. Collection and drop off of keys was very easy either way the office being a 3 minute walk from the apartment.
There is quite a bad smell from the drains, however having purchased some drain cleaner and air freshener this was elevated.

The location! The view is fabulous. Modern decor and furnishings. Not far from entertainment and bus stops. The caretaker is really welcoming and helpful.
I missed a full length mirror. There was a perfect spot for one to be added, between the shower room and second bedroom.

I liked that the apartment was accurately described and was as the photographs. It was modern and well equipped and attractively furnished. The view was spectacular. I also liked that the door locked securely. The apartment was warm, even in winter. The heating/aircondition worked quickly when required. The concierge was really pleasant and helpful. The two shower rooms gave us each our privacy. There were two of us, each with our own bedroom and shower room. Perfect for two friends sharing a holiday.
I would suggest the addition of a full length mirror be added in the lounge area. There is a suitable wall space. A sunloungerreclining chair would be a welcome addition to the balcony. These are suggestions not complaints.

a full length mirror somewhere would have been useful and/or mirror in bedrooms for doing hair etc. I could stand in bathroom to dry hair but mum can’t stand for long and struggled to do her hair and make-up.
