Sleeps 17+ 6 bdrms, 12bds, a magnificent bunk room with gaming systems and toys for the kids, while the adults enjoy movies in the theater, fun by the fire pit in the backyard, or chilling in the hot tub! We had a large group of girls and this was a perfect location! If we had known, we probably would have stayed longer! A great number of rooms and plenty of bathrooms and a well-stocked kitchen with kitchen supplies. A wonderful host!

The property was super charming and comfortable. We were a group of university students and professors at a retreat. There were close to 20 of us and there was easily enough room to meet, work, and relax without ever feeling cramped. The location is in very much in town but Heber prides itself on its lack of light pollution and that was very true. The backyard feels pretty private especially at night. Overall, great stay and would return.

We met with Family for my son's Graduation. We had plenty of room for my siblings and parents and our kids. We enjoyed all of the space and the comforts that were available to us!!! It was just perfect. Thanks so much.

Our kids wanted to get away and have a combined twin birthday party for their 18th. We wanted to find a place close to where we live, but that felt like a getaway without having to drive several hours. This was the perfect set up and we were able to have 21 people in the house with no problem. Everyone was 16 or over and the kids really enjoyed it. They loved the bunk room for the girls. The guys loved the media room and the different places to sleep. The hot tub was a hit. We went over to the Homestead crater so it was great being so close by. We were able to make breakfast for everyone the next day without too much trouble and there were all the kitchen amenities that we needed! Brittany was an amazing host and was very responsive to everything. The neighborhood is not what I would say resort like or high-end, but the neighbors who were around were very nice and it was very quiet. Thanks so much Case Place!

House was perfect for our group size. The cleanliness was not ideal. Lots of hair and the carpet was dirty. There was a sweeper so we made short work of that. Basement is alil cold for the babies on the floor beds while the upstairs was plenty warm. Otherwise it worked very well.

We took a quick trip to have a little time with our kids and their small families. There was abundant space for gathering AND privacy and quiet for babies sleeping. Love the craft/coloring room and the bunk room. Very comfortable.

Seven teachers/moms that needed a quick retreat, found it in this property! We were able to communicate with Brittany regarding our arrival time. She worked with us on that. We hung out in the media area and watched our home state football team and easily worked that technology. The bedrooms were spacious. Our time spent in the living area was comfortable. The beds and pillows were deluxe! Not one of us had a bad, including the bunk beds. The neighborhood was quiet and check out was a cinch. This is the place for any large gathering! this was perfect for our stay. We came for a bike race loved having a garage to store the bikes. The host made it feel so welcoming. Their is more space in this home. It made it such a great place to stay. I would stay here again next time in the area.

We had a fun time staying at the Case Place. Lots of room for our big family. The grandkids loved being together in the bunkbeds. The theater room was amazing! Britanny was so helpful and so quick to answer any questions I had. She made sure we had everything we needed and was so kind to help us get back a couple of things that were left behind. You will love staying here!

The host was great with communication and responsive to our needs and concerns. The house was great for a fun place for our large family to spend time together. We enjoyed beautiful hikes in the area, and riding the Heber Valley Railroad. Very convenient location for everything!

We planned this trip awhile ago for Christmas for our kids and grand kids. Most snow in a very long time , some plans got cancelled due to weather . However the house and host were amazing. They have everything you need and then some ! Very nice and very clean. The pictures do not do the size justice . We had a great time .

We enjoyed our stay at the “Case Place”!! Wow, Brittany was the best host! Her response was quick to any questions we had. The home is so spacious, clean and equipped with all the amenities needed. The hot tub was so enjoyable. The children loved the toy room and the theatre room was so spacious. We highly recommend “The Case Place”. Thank you so much Brittany for making our stay so enjoyable! We appreciated the welcome gifts that were presented when we walked in. We will definitely be back soon!

Everyone in our group loved this house. It had everything we needed and surpassed our expectations! Very clean. It really felt like home. The beds were so comfy and had plenty of sleeping, sitting and chatting and eating room. Thanks again for letting us stay in your house!

Had a girls weekend, we were a group of 14. The house was set up perfect for this weekend. Lots of rooms for everyone to sleep in and people were able to go to bed at different times. The movie room was fantastic and we were able to do a great karaoke party down there. I would come here again with a big group anytime!

The vibe and decor was fun for the women's retreat that was hosted there. There was plenty of room and we enjoyed being able to use the TVs upstairs and the basement theater room for gathering spaces. The beds were soft and comfortable and we loved the hot tub. The kitchen was adequate. We would have liked a few more serving pieces and glass cups instead of the plastic ones--but we made due with what was available.

What a great property! I host an annual retreat for a teen leadership group and have used several different properties over the years. While some other homes have been bigger, this property provided more usable space. The kitchen and family room were big enough for all 14 of us eat comfortably and the family room/movie room was big enough for us to all us to hold trainings. The owners did a great job finishing and decorating the home. Cozy, with a touch of chic. Great attention to detail. Even our teens that attended kept mentioning how much they liked the home. The kitchen was well laid out and had all the tools we needed to serve our meals. The back yard is smaller, but nicely shaded for us to spend a couple hours outside for additional social time. Our group likes to socialize and play games in the evenings and the home has several rooms and table for us to play games and hang out. The owners were very gracious and were prompt to response to any questions we had, and did a great job meeting our needs. The home is located near the center of town with easy access to the local venues that draw people to Heber valley. I would definitely use the property again!

Stayed the night at the Case Place for a Giles trip. Brittany, messaged me with all the info for checking in and once we got to the house there was a welcome gift and a binder with all the needed information. The house was super cute and well decorated. There was plenty of spaces to hang out with plenty of seating. The house was also super clean. The beds were comfortable which was a big bonus. Would recommend coming here to anyone. Thanks for a great stay!

We held our Team Volleyball Retreat at the Case Place. We had planned some fun activities that the girls loved, but luckily we planned some downtime to just hang out at this house too because I think it is what everyone enjoyed most. The team loved the movie room, the game options, the hot tub and the comfy bed set ups. (They took some much needed naps). This place was absolutely fantastic! We hope to come back!

We have been staying in VRBO places a few times each year for over 20 years. We have stayed in some very nice places but this one is the BEST EVER. Owners are very accommodating, responsive, kind and thoughtful. The house is gorgeous and extremely comfortable. Heavenly beds and wonderfully nice bedding and towels. Anything you could ever need is there. Lots of bedrooms - the theater room and bunkbed kids' room were WAY fun.
