I went with my family and friends to spend our long weekend in Zion park and we were looking for a cozy place to stay in, this house was perfect, everything was just as described, the house is clean, the kitchen is loaded with everything you need, the owner messages made us feel very welcomed.
If I have to to go back to visit again I will choose the same cabin again.

Absolutely fabulous. The house had everything you could want or need in a vacation rental. Comfortably fit our family, great location, hot tub was a big hit for the kids after a day of hiking. Good location for visiting Zion (45 min drive to visitor center) or Bryce Canyon (1.5 hr drive). Property was pristine, everything was clearly labeled and user friendly. Highly recommended!

This property was perfect for our group of ten. The kitchen was well-appointed, and the dining room was spacious with floor-to-ceiling views of the pines outside. The four bedrooms, baths, and laundry room were all high-quality and clean. Sitting in the Jacuzzi at night on a warm night under the stars after a vigorous day of hiking in the National Park was a great reward. The property managers texted us every morning to ensure we had everything we needed. 5 Star Property!

Cedar Ridge is a stunning vacation home! It has many amazing amenities, it’s extremely clean. It’s luxurious and spacious. The property owners are very kind, courteous, and attentive to anything that you may need during your stay. It’s centrally located between Bryce Canyon and Zion national Park, excellent place for a larger family or group of people to stay. The property is very quiet and private would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Once you enter the neighborhood, you can see this is truly a nice area and in the seclusion you were looking for! Very nice and clean property, well laid out for a house full of guests. Everything is labled for quick access to items and comes with all the small details that add up extra costs!!!! All cleaning supplies and toiletries, including TP already there, hot tub cleanser, extra propane for the grill! You need only your food and beverages to enjoy this beautiful home and make lasting memories! Be prepared to see wild life and amazing scenery, centrally located to easily reach Zion and Bryce Canyon. Thank you for a great time and place to stay!

Fantastic stay at Cedar Ridge. Exactly as advertised. Quite spacious, clean, well stocked kitchen and bathroom ammenities, and comfortable beds. Sitting out on the deck or in the hot tub after a long day of hiking in the park was fabulous. Owners were very responsive and checked in with us to make sure evertying was as advertised. It's out in the country just a few miles from the east entrace into Zion so you are not near restaurants or grocery stores which they did indicate. We stocked up before we checked in. I would definitely stay there again.

Cedar Ridge is a wonderful vacation home! It is nicely furnished, the kitchen is well stocked, and the owners provide all of the extras that you would need. The property is in a small development that is just a few minutes away from the East entrance of Zion National Park. Although there are no grocery stores or resaturants really close, it didn't matter because the Zion Ponderosa Ranch & Resort is next door -- & it had everything we needed and more! For a small fee we had access to all of the resort's amenities, and we ate several meals in the resort's restaurant. Also, the electronic guidebook that the owners provided was incredible. It has all of the info you need about the home, activities, restaurants, tour companies, suggested hikes, etc. The guide made our vacation planning so easy.

This house exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and the best equipped kitchen we’ve ever had. Our family enjoyed it immensely.

This place is in the ideal location if you are visiting more than Zion National Park. It's much quieter than the west side (Springdale). We went on 4th of July week so there were a lot of visitors. But it is farther to shops and restaurants. You just have to plan ahead.
The house was perfect. It was clean, comfortable, and the owners thought of everything to provide to make our stay the best it could be. There was an unfortunate planned power outage on our first night but it was communicated to us early enough that we were able to pack flashlights for each person.
I would definitely stay here again.

Everything from the moment we pulled in the driveway was absolutely wonderful! We arrived to a spotless, beautifully decorated home and left with memories we will have for a lifetime! The home was the perfect space for our family of five after we had been crammed into a hotel room for three days. This being said, you could EASILY accommodate more people in this space. Our kids enjoyed having their own space and it truly made our trip more enjoyable. The kitchen was perfectly appointed and had every utensil, appliance, and serving dish that I could have wanted! We cooked several meals in and used the grill outdoors as well. I loved having a wine fridge to store my wine and keep it at just the right temperature. The master bedroom and bathroom were like an oasis for my husband and me. We loved our little escape and I enjoyed the jetted tub after the long days hiking at Bryce and Zion. The hot tub was another amenity that all five of us enjoyed. Even though it had snowed several feet before we arrived, the property manager was kind enough to have all the pathways clear and safe, including the area around the hot tub. We greatly appreciated still having this access and the snow around us actually made it more peaceful to sit outside in the hot tub in the evenings. My family stays at rental properties quite frequently, and we often find things that are broken, don't work properly, or just have too much wear and tear. This was NOT the case here! The fireplace was controlled by a switch and simple enough for my ten-year old to turn on at my request. The ceiling fan in the living room works well and helped us regulate the temperature of the home nicely. The thermostats, appliances, garage door, stereo, and any other electronic device we used worked as it was supposed to. The furniture is in great shape and isn't worn or tattered. It was a pleasant sight to see and we appreciated the attention to detail at the property. The property managers had great suggestions for hiking and restaurants and their online guide made everything SO SIMPLE! Check out was a breeze and didn't require a lot of extra work on our part, which is so very much appreciated when packing a vehicle on the morning of our departure. Our children are already planning a summertime return trip to the area and they can't wait to stay here again! We would definitely recommend this property!

We loved our stay at this location. It gave us easy access to Zion and lots of great local recommendations. We were able to do a lot of preplanning and all the resources were also 5 star. We Loved having access to the amenities and enjoyed the pool and even took a yoga class. My kids especially loved seeing the jackrabbits in the back yard. The large kitchen allowed some great family dinners!

The home was impeccably clean and well-stocked. The bed in the MBR was very comfortable as were the linens. It was nice to relax in front of the fire after a long day in Zion or Kanab. (The hot tub was inviting too, but we didn't use it).
A big benefit to this home is the location. It is very close to Zion (minutes) and about 40 minutes from Kanab, a great little town that offers lots of outdoor activities.
The owners were great to work with. Highly recommend!

The property was awesome and was exactly like advertised. We were able to exert ourselves in Zion and Bryce Canyon and then go back to the residence to relax. We were lucky to experience a rare snowpacalypse which was incredible.

This property has to be the absolute BEST property my family and I have stayed it. It not only met all of our expectations bur exceeded them. The home was absolutely beautiful and had plenty of room for all 9 of us. It was immaculate! The fact that the owners had a Christmas tree for us was the icing on the cake. I cried when I walked in the house and saw that! I could go on forever about all the top quality items in the house, best sheets ever, awesome dishes, silverware, huge refrigerator and beautiful wine glasses! Thank you for such a beautiful home and my family made some awesome memories! I highly recommend this proerty to anyone!

This property was perfect for my wife, twin 13-year-old sons, and me. House was immaculate, located right on a hiking trail, close to Zion Ponderosa (with food truck, cornhole, and mini golf), and was easy driving distance to all three parks we wanted to visit. Highly recommend!

Couldn’t be happier.

What a great experience.....home was extremely clean, well maintained with new furniture! Thoroughly enjoyed the experience and great location near Zion's east entrance. Kids loved the hot tub and the 2nd floor entertainment area where they hooked up their Nintendo Switch. Tesla charger was a life saver as we had 3 families with 3 Teslas and wouldn't have been able to take these cars without this convenience. Definite recommend!
