Welcome to Mai Tai'm at Red Mountain Ranch! Our private resort is centrally located right in North Mesa, Arizona. This is a 3 BR, 2 BA, 1759 SQ FT home in a quiet cul-de-sac, perfect retreat for family gatherings, golf trips, or just a relaxing getaway.

Relax with a Mai Tai, spending your time soaking in the pool and splashing in the waterfall ("heat" for additional charge of $30 a day, paid separately from original booking). Our private putting green allows you to practice your shots before heading to a nearby golf course. Cool off inside playing pool and card games.

Look forward to sunny Mesa days, poolside relaxation, and scenic hikes past saguaro cacti, all when you book this high-end family home in a quite community! Plus, you'll be in the best spot to explore the Phoenix area and take in the sights at Usery Mountain Regional Park.

Wow! I just cannot say enough. The owner of Mai Taim just thought of everything! It was like walking into my own home. And the pool and backyard was like a little private retreat. Everything was just perfect and when we return to Az this will be the first home we will check to see if it is available.

Wonderful property for our girls week trip away! The pool was clean and perfect, the umbrella was a great added touch for some shade. All of the amenities were well kept. Very quiet neighborhood and really easy to get to the highway and local restaurants/stores. We loved our stay and would stay here again!

The house was exceptionally clean, well stocked kitchen (better than any rental we’ve ever been in). Everything was as advertised & had lots of things for us and our kiddos to do while we were there. Proximity to attractions and things nearby. Definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for quality Stay :-)

This property was hands down amazing. From driving into the driveway and opening the door the house was so clean and had everything anyone could need down to a curling iron and shampoo and conditioner. The backyard was an oasis and very well maintained. The entire house was sparkling clean. The owners were amazing, friendly and communicated very well. The neighborhood is very quiet. we went on walks in the mornings and had very friendly people. Location was a great spot. Right off the freeway and easy to get to. Definitely recommend this place - can't wait to book our next trip to this house. Thank you to the owners for sharing their little piece of oasis with us!

This was one of the best vacation rentals I have stayed in. It was clean, well kept, exceptionally well prepared, and centrally located. Just about everything you might need is within a mile radius, and that’s if the house itself doesn’t already have it (cooking utensils; cleaning supplies and equipment, pool toys, etc.) Heidi and Greg know what they’re doing and my stay couldn’t have been easier. I’d love to come back during the warmer months!

This home is absolutely amazing with such beautiful little touches throughout. The house was extremely clean when we arrived, the beds were beyond cozy, the and the kitchen was fully stocked with all essentials! When we weren’t lounging in the refreshing pool, we were enjoying the putting green or playing a game of pool! The location is central to many shops and restaurants and the neighborhood quiet and pristine! Loved every part of this rental! Our entire group thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to plan our next trip back to Mai Tai’m!! Thank you for being wonderful hosts Heidi & Greg!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, decorated nicely, and had all the necessities. The only thing I’d change would be the television. It was a pain. It would have been nice to have cable with movie channels. The last Vrbo we stayed at we didn’t have to worry about logging into apps and limited cable channels. It was nice and didn’t realize how convenient it was. I would absolutely stay here again. The television comment is a personal preference and would NOT stop us from staying here again.

This home had plenty of space for 5 grown adults and the five visitors who joined us during the day. We paid the extra fee to have the pool heated because we are from WA state and my granddaughter, who is from AZ, loved the pool temp. The waterfall was peaceful and the outside sitting area added plenty of additional living space to relax. The home and neighborhood are tranquil and clean. The owner and manager were very responsive. We were given clear instructions upon arrival and what was expected when we departed. The owner even allowed us to check in 2 hours early – BONUS! The extra essentials made it nice. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, utensils, tools, and more. Very clean with plenty of towels for the inside and the pool. Comfy beds and couches. This place even had two sinks in the guest bathroom that benefited the three of us sharing it. We highly recommend this home. Branden & Nancy

When we arrived, everything was exactly as described. The property is so beautiful, in a quiet, very nice neighborhood. The pool area was fully stocked with pool toys, and lots of outdoor activities. The kitchen and amenities were great, so we mainly ordered groceries and cooked here. Hosts were extremely gracious and responded immediately when contacted for questions. 10 out of 10, would stay here again!

One of the best and most enjoyable VRBO's we've stayed in! Pool and outdoor games kept our group occupied in the heat during the day... pool table and card games for indoor activity in the evenings. Kitchen had everything needed making it easy to prepare our own meals, including Easter dinner for a group of hungry college students. This home is at the top of our list for our next trip to the Phoenix area! Thanks for sharing your beautiful oasis with us!

We had the most amazing time staying at Mai Tai’m. We really enjoyed the backyard. The pool and putting green were big hits. The check in process was easy. Heidi was always available if we had any questions. We really appreciated how well stocked the house was. There were lots of pool toys and yard games, and my husband and I enjoyed all the high quality kitchen items. There was everything we needed and more to be able to cook many fun family meals! We had a week with family at the house. The weather wasn't great so we really appreciated the warm pool and amenities such as the pool table to pass the time. The owners were really helpful and accommodating. We definitely recommend this property!

Very clean, comfortable and inviting! We were in town for the Mesa marathon and the location was perfect. Beautiful part of the city and close to the mountains, hiking and city fun. The inside and outside amenities were perfect for relaxing and family fun! The host’s were wonderful- thanks again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mai Taim. The property is centrally located and easy to access. We had our 18 year old son and 17 year old nephew and the amenities were perfect. We loved the backyard and the pool was amazing! The whole family enjoyed shooting games of pool and relaxing. The property is fully equipped and perfectly decorated. The hosts are super responsive and a delight. This is a gem and we will be back.
