You will have access to the heated pool 24/7, so please don't be shy to use it!
However, there're some things to consider:
- Please be present when kids (ages under 11) use the pool to ensure their safety, as well as yours.
- The heated pool is free to use at any time.
- To avoid any incident, please no alcohol or beverages while inside the pool.
- Please reduce the noise level after 9 PM for our neighbors.
You have a fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances for all your cooking needs.
Coffee maker, air fryer, dishwasher, wine cooler, and all the cooking essentials you need to make and host an amazing meal for any time of the day.
There will be a grill outside available for you to use. We just ask you to clean it after using it.
Plenty of parking spaces:
- 3 cars inside the garage (with Tesla wall charger included)
- 3 cars on the driveway
- 1 street parking but do not block driveways and our neighbors
There is no smoking allowed inside or outside near the house. *Doing so will violate our policy and you will be charged for any fees*
