We were only in the room for a little while but the television showed a pixilated picture so we couldn't watch it.

Best location for town centre. Immediately next to train station and a large shopping centre. On bus routes to town bus station and West/Sth west of Preston.
Own key fob front door, cameras outside and manager does a recce including Car park at back. Key code apartment door. Shared kitchen with one other (downstairs single room)
Small bthrm sink. Toilet seat moves but hard to be fixed.

Underfloor heating
Reception isn’t 24 hours as stated, arrived at 7pm (which I had confirmed before arriving) I couldn’t find the place and kept ringing for directions but no one answered. After an hour finally found it to be told there was no parking (free parking is stated) I requested a refund so the managed to find me a space. No tv which was also stated, I was told it was broken. Bed looked slept in and a bit of blood on the sheet, towels old.
I would avoid if possible.

Location.
Terrible Smell of sewage, broken sofabed which I found out later had been broken since at least August (4 months ago), TV not working, lots of black mould in shower, cracked and chipped/cracked dirty crockery, pans and oven trays scratched to death. . Difficult to get a response from owner/manager...if any. Supposed to be 24/7 service but when I reported room smelt of sewage and one bed was broken so unusable...no reply about 15hours! I would avoid this property at all costs.

Initial check in easy, convenient position.
Dirty dishes, listed equipment not all available, no cleaning clothes in kitchen; toilet paper ran out had to buy more; some requests for listed items were found and brought up to us but not all; change bath towels noted as changed each alternate day not followed - wouldn't recommend

Centrally located, good size room for a single traveller or if you need somewhere to stay in between accommodation.
Better communication re facilities. Advertised as having luggage storage very small only big enough for weekend bags or 1 large suitcase. Alternative options were provided which I'm thankful for, staff were helpful and understanding.

Proximity to the Railway station
Shower room was newly refurbished and very nice to use
Lots of hot water
The sofa bed in the lounge was uncomfortable with some pieces of the metal mechanism broken.
The trays in the oven were not clean

Excellent location by the railway station and a short walk to shops, restaurants and pubs.
Welcoming host who explained entry codes etc.
Very comfortable bed and lovely hot shower.
Couldn't comment on communal kitchen facilities as I didn't use them.
Would definitely consider staying again
Small room and bathroom but I was out most of the time.

I booked four nights at this hotel but I only stayed one night because the sound insulation was particularly worse and I could even hear snoring next door. Also, I lost a pot in the kitchen and the staff didn't fix it this problem for me and the Wi-Fi was so slow, all in all it was a very bad experience!

It is spacious , comfortable, fresh air from the natural wind, easy check in , bright and safe with auto lighting at the staircase. We got the first floor which is easy for our baggage. Allowed us to leave baggage beyond our stay. Great.
The owner expected I heard him well where he speaks to the cctv audio. In fact, the car/buses/train passed by which didn't allow me to get his instruction clearly, I was waiting outside the door for so long and he didn't bother to check with me what had happened. When I rang the bell again, he finally opened the door and asked me impolitely "What are you doing? I asked you to push the door". I was so shocked with his way of treating me whilst I was also rushing to catch a train.
Other than that, don't expect to dry your clothes with a dryer although the room is provided with a washing machine. Utensils weren't clean and old with stinks, we wanted to cook home brought noodles so we ended up drinking chocolate only.

The location is right next to the station, very nice. The checkin process is fairly simple
We had to ask for toilet paper and the beds were a tad too sot for my liking. additionally, there was no dishwashing liquid.

in a great location and really friendly
the sink is really small so makes it hard to clean your teeth! but that’s a really minor niggle!

Great location, we went to Blackpool for a hen/stag do and it was so easy just to walk round the corner to jump on the train. Parking was very convenient and pre booking made really easy for us which is handy as we had our toddler with us. Shower was wonderful, although maybe a slight drainage problem, I kept having to turn it off in the middle of showering as it would overflow but it wasn’t a massive issue. Facilities great- iron, hairdryer, hand soap, washing up liquid provided. Had everything we needed. Easy check in too nice hosts.
I just think the living space would hugely benefit from a bigger more comfortable sofa, especially as we where staying as a family with our 2 year old, it would have felt a lot more comfortable and perhaps a new mattress as I think it was a bit worn you could feel the bobbles under the sheet. We only had 2 towels when there was 3 of us so had to go out and buy another one as we didn’t think to bring our own and maybe a full toilet roll for the initial arrival as there was only a tiny bit so also had to go out and get some just after arrival, other than these minor issues, over all it was absolutely fine and great value for money.

I've stayed here before, so knew what to expect. The host is very friendly, and there is a stocked kitchen (including a washing machine) for guests to use. I got the same room as last time, and it was just as clean and pleasant this time!
I think it would be better if there was a lockbox outside the building so you don't have to pick a doorbell to ring/call a phone number and see which one works.
The mattress is a bit too 'soft', so not super comfortable.

great location, good security and easy access
It didn’t quite live up to the description details either in the listing here or in the info booklet provided in the apartment. There was no tablet for smart controls. No toaster, no nutribullet, no coffee capsules or milk capsules. Generally very clean but could have done with some dusting. Also, I had booked a penthouse apt yet we were on the first floor (not top floor). We also didn’t have Wifi in the apartment - though I should mention that we weren’t there enough for it to be a big problem (and the smart TV worked fine) so we didn’t raise it as an issue to be fixed.
