Très bon petit déjeuner ! L’hôte était au petit soin, je recommande fortement !

Breakfast was good.the management very friendly,(the wifes English better than the Husband.)The biggest problem was finding somewhere to get an evening meal.(most restaurants are closed on a Monday in Belgium)I had to ride all the way back into Retie to find somewhere.
Not a lot can be done about the location,a bit off the "beaten track"

It was a great place to stay, very familiar. Very friendly welcome. We especially liked the beautifully prepared breakfast that was brought to the room in the evening so that you could switch off in the morning. Although actually no breakfast was booked and was not included. Very lovingly prepared with home-cooked things.

The location is very good, it’s really quiet. The host was very friendly and happy to help.
The room smelt poorly aired, this comes from the bathroom which has a very strong musty smell.
The toilet is not part of the bathroom, you need to go into the corridor to use the toilet. The apprehension of having to use the toilet in the night meant that I didn’t sleep well.
I’ve never had tea that tasted so much of coffee. The tea bags are left in the same wooden box as the coffee bags for the coffee machine. That should be an absolute Nono. I didn’t try the rose hip tea infused with coffee smell.
Eating breakfast that was prepared the previous evening was not a pleasure.
