Prima stop over.
Ruime kamer, koffie/thee aanwezig. Gebruik keuken. Vriendelijke ontvangst. Parkeren achter een hek. Verwarming deed het goed.
Kamer is gehorig en als de buren lopen beweegt het bed. ( vloer) Tv heeft 5 zenders.

Exceptional
a few kilometers away from the city of Riga, but 20 minutes by car to the city center. Possibility of parking in the yard. Excellent quiet location, rooms equipped with everything you need (refrigerator, 2 full-size plates, knives and forks, kettle, coffee and tea, 2 cups+2 glasses). There is also a tray to drink coffee and dine on the terrace. We were only there for 1 night but enjoyed our stay.

It is a convenient place if you simply wish to have an overnight stay
We regularly stay at this location because it is very convenient, in particular if you have a rented car. It is close to the airport and only 10 minutes (by car) to the city center. If you are dining in the city anyway, there is no need for a restaurant or anything else at the place. I simply like it and am coming back, next time.

Basically, what we were looking for.
The parking lot is right outside the room, so this venue is actually a combination of a guest house and a motel. It is close to the highway bypass that circumvents Riga in all directions. Not far (by car) to supermarkets and eateries in the outskirts of Riga. Bed was firm and good. The en suite shower was great, with good warmth and water pressure. We could use the common kitchen. Good value for the money.
Minor things to work on. No physical reception. An internet connection and a smartphone is needed to read the instruction mail that is sent. No welcome brochure in the room on matters of importance. Internet access is not secured. This venue also has banquet facilities in an adjacent building, which produced loud music and noise in the evening.
