Viva Arrecife!

Très belle vue sur la plage et l'océan Appartement traversant aéré (nombreuses fenêtres et portes fenêtres vers balcons. Confortable, meublé avec goût, cuisine bien équipée (poêles neuves), tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner, très bon état, niveau matériel uniquement. Grande armoire (cintres), placard, miroir dans la chambre qui donne sur la rue tranquille. Bonne literie. Canapé d'angle confortable au salon. Petite table et 3 chaises pour apéro dinatoire vue magnifique sur l'océan, la plage et les 🌴. Accès facile à l'immeuble (clés boîte codes) 10 marches d'escaliers hautes à monter à pied avant l'ascenseur pour info! Pas de nuisances sonores des voisins : très apprécié. Supermarché SPAR à 5 minutes à pied, rue magasins à 10 minutes max, bars, glaces, restaurants proches également. Arrêt de bus 🚌 aéroport ligne 22 Grand Hôtel sur la place côté plage, toutes les 45 minutes trajet durée 25 min env. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir 😊

Un peu de bruit des camionnettes de livraison, des éboueurs à 9:00 le matin qu'on entend fenêtres ouvertes uniquement sur la place.

De moeite waard, hebben heerlijke week gehad

Mooi centraal gelegen bij strand, winkels en horeca. Schitterend uitzicht over het strand met mooie zonsondergangen. Fijn groot overdekt balkon. Prima bedden

Ligt aan drukke straat dus wel veel omgevingsgeluiden, voor ons niet storend

Una estancia agradable.

El apartamento era muy bonito, funcional y cómodo. Estuvimos muy a gusto. Y hay muchos bares al rededor.

Lo único negativo la luz del baño.. muy mala para maquillarse o verse en detalle. Y tuvimos la mala suerte de que había obras en la calle, con lo que a las 08:00 te despertaban taladrando. Por lo demás perfecto.

El balconcito y la ubicación. El apartamento es grande y con bastante luz y se ve la playa.

Había obras por todas partes que empezaban con el ruido a las 6 de la mañana, muchos coches pasando por enfrente del apartamento que al ser un 1 se escuban bastante. Cuando llegamos a las 20:00 aún lo estaban limpiando cuando avise que llegaríamos a esa hora. La ducha no tragaba bien y el segundo baño literalmente inutilizable por el olor, la puerta cerrada siempre. En el balcón principal abajo un pub que cerraba a altas horas de la mañana...en general muy ruidoso.

Great place, just a fee drawbacks :)

It’s a nice spacious apartament, love the location, everything was working and the inside of the apartament was clean and nice. There was a working coffe machine (need your own dolce gusto capsules), washing mashine, all the dishes etc. If you do choose Arrecife this apartament is a solid choice.

The balconies were not cleaned so if you wanted to sit there or even enter with socks or barefoot you would get dirty. Also one bathroom (with the washing machine) has a very foul smell, it’s not very important since there is another better bathroom, but still unpleasant. Definetly missed an oven, but not a dealbreaker. In general I wouldn’t book a place in Arrecife again, we learned that it is more a workers city on the island and if you’re a turist it’s better to choose a different town.

Excellent location, taxi rank , restaurants and beach all within 2-3 minutes. About 20 mins walk to open mall ( if you walk down the back streets). Soundproof windows keeps music out from restaurants downstairs ( Thursday to Saturday) and doors, excellent for cross breeze. Perfect blackout curtains.

I tried to contact host regarding, (via WhatsApp and booking.com chat message) , where to put rubbish and WiFi password. No response arrived.

Perfect mornings!

We love the place and its amazing view. Perfect for morning breakfast while looking at the ocean. It was perfectly clean. We also got a lot of towels, which we loved since we stayed for almost a week. There wasn't noise at night, even though there was a bar next to the building.

I believe there were two main problems. 1. There were many little ants in the kitchen and bathroom (I think because of the heat of the place), so if you want to cook, better put everything inside the microwave and/or in the fridge. We left our bread outside but inside its bag, but the ants found their way to get in, so definitely not good. And the 2. it is that they do not have AC, and at night and ruing the day it is really hot, so if it was not comfortable while we were sleeping. Besides those two problems, it was a minor problem. The bed was not comfortable for us. We love to snuggle, and the bed is made up of two small beds and always moved if we slept in the middle.

A bright, spacious, clean apartment with beautiful views. The photos on the website didn't do it justice. Barbara was very helpful with the check-in and secured our luggage for us for a few hours because of our late flight home. Would definitely return to this apartment.

The stairwell and lift areas were very dark.

Fantastic location, apartment very good. The only disappointment for us was that ENGLISH tv was not available. The apartment was advertised with satellite TV but only BBC world news in English was the only channel available. It would have influenced our choice of apartment if we had known that before booking.

Comfortable stay in the centre

Great location in the city centre at the beach. The apartment was very well equipped and in excellent condition. The building keeps local architectural character, we loved that.

I can definitely recommend it

- very nice, clean, modern apartment - nice view from apartment - good location - good internet connection, - 2x balconies - nearby restaurants, bars, markets, shops - no cockroaches :) - good equipments in apartment - missing dish drainer - near beach - photos correspond to reality

- very problematic parking if you want park free, around 500m you dont have chance find place for park car - noise from streets, cars, bars, parties every each day making huge noise, you cant sleep - hot in apartment, no clima, and if you open windows you will listen noise from streets - problems with mosquitos, first time what I spoted on Canarias Islands, I counted 20x bites, apartment was on 4th floor, strange

Amazing stay for remote working

the view from the apartment is STUNNING! waking every day to it was a dream come true. The apartment is spotless clean and brand new. it has everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Wash machine, iron, fully equipped kitchen, very nice terrace, decent TV. The location is fantastic, just a few seconds (yup, seconds!) walk from nearest restaurants and bars, 1 min walk from the gorgeous beach, 3 min away from the supermarket. There is a paid parking just below the apartment, but if you want to save some money, you can park your car for free just 5 mins walk away

the internet connection proved to be spotty at times, but in general it was pretty fast.

Wonderful.

Very spacious with views to die for! I don’t think I’ve ever had such a spectacular view from a flat, you can see the whole bay from 4 enormous windows in the lounge and again in the bedroom. Arrecife has some great restaurants and doesn’t feel touristy. Well equipped with a washing machine, ironing stuff, full kitchen with a huge fridge and kettle. Arrecife is not too touristy and we enjoyed being in a living town, rather than a holiday resort. Also the apartment is in a private block, there’s no reception (although there’s concierge) and it’s mostly people who live here rather than tourists.

No aircon could be a problem in the warmer months although Lanzarote is generally quite breezy. Tips and info: turn the water heater up to maximum to ensure you get a full hot shower and not one that runs out halfway through. If you hire a car to explore the island there is a huge underground carpark opposite for €20/day.

A lovely apartment in a great location with everything you need for a short or long stay.

The property has recently been refurbished to a high standard and all the furnishings were new or in excellent condition,the apartment was spotlessly clean. Check in was quick and simple ably assisted by Barbara the housekeeper. The location was very good,close to the bus station and beach with a good selection of bars and restaurants close by. The view of the Playa and harbour was outstanding from the many windows in the apartment. the WiFi was strong and reliable. The beds were very comfortable and of good quality. The bathroom and kitchen were well equipped and completely fit for purpose.

No extra pillows only one per bed. Hot water has to be used sparingly as it runs out if used for a longer period, try using the astronauts 3 minute technique when showering. The apartment is very quiet however it is above a main traffic junction and this can impose if you have the windows open,also there can some ambient noise from the elevator and the neighbouring apartment,but nothing to worry about. please remember in the winter months it can get cold in the evenings this apartment has no source of heating it would be an improvement if a small electrical heater could be provided during the colder months.

+ cool location, you could see all life happening just in front and underneath you, I found it quite magical + apartment was in general very well equipped with everything you would need for longer stay + wi-fi was very fast and suitable for work + 2x balcony with sunset view + location was quiet, but maybe except Fridays or Saturdays (which happens everywhere) + TV has USB input and it did manage to play mkv/avi movies

- only small cups available, no beer or wine cups - 2-3 times, during 14 night stay, the hot water shower was pouring just for 5 minutes, but no issue for me since I was alone - mattress height was approximately 180cm, fine with me but taller people will have to use sofa in living room :) - I personally found pillows quite small and not comfortable enough - TV was quite small considering the distance from sofa, but moving furniture more in front did resolve issue
