Excellent restaurant, one of the best we tried.

The Restaurant located in this hotel, Ziyafat, is excellent!! The food is one of the best we tried in our trip to India! Veg and delicious. Congratulations to the chef and cooks. The breakfast was included, and it was great, and included fresh fruit juices and coconuts to drink. The staff is very polite. The location is convenient if you get there by train, it's close to the train station, so we just walked from there to the hotel.

As I said, the staff is very polite, but, some of them don't know too much English, so we asked for recommendations of things to do in Surat, but they couldn't help too much. So keep that in mind if you're a foreigner. And last comment, we didn't like the altitude of Mr Goswami, he was at front desk at nights, and for anything we asked for, he always had a 'no' as an answer. Not helpful. But the rest of the people tried their best.

Extreme hospitality taken care .

This hotel has a freshnup option with extremely good amenities and no add. Charges which most hotels don't provide in surat.

The clock was not working in 402

Exceptional

Excellent stay with warm hospitality. Delicious food with majic touch of Chef.Enjoyed my stay and would love to come back again.

Everything was perfect and well in shape, no clue to pass negative complaints.

Comfortable, Economical, Best option for us

The staff is very prompt at personal requests and polite, its located near our Mazaar which is a big plus for Dawoodi Bohras travelling by road as they provide parking facility, Value for money for us.

I had to request to remove The rug in the room, as my family has allergy issues and the bathroom mat was also not clean but was promptly replaced on request.

Safe and clean place to start your visit to Surat

The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, the restaurant was delicious and it’s staff also wonderful, and cleanliness of the room was what made the stay most worthwhile.

Despite being advertised as non-smoking regularly had smoke wafting in from guests smoking in the hallway instead of in their rooms. Internet on top floor not good. Asked to be moved and it then worked way better. Was quite pricey in comparison to neighbouring hotels which are pretty much identical.

I had the best food in India so far in Ziyafat Restaurant. Also the staff are so friendly.

Nice clean hotel great location.. The best part is the morning breakfast it was soo good I will Highly recommended.. Has over 50 different types of food for breakfast.. Staff is so good
