Would stay again, great!

The location was perfect! Sea is very close, many restaurants just a short walk away. The bars and clubs were also less than a 5 minute walk. Perfect location! The apartment itself was very nice and clean, the terrace was spacious and the view was incredible! Very happy with our stay and would definitely stay again.

We wrongly received a noise complaint when nobody was at the apartment, but it did get sorted eventually.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful at Mauria Studios & Apartments with my friends in Zakynthos, Greece, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The prime location, right on the beach, was an absolute dream. Waking up to the gentle sounds of the waves and the breathtaking views of the sea was an experience I'll cherish forever. One of the standout features of this hotel is its proximity to all the vibrant attractions of Zakynthos. Being close to restaurants, bars, and clubs made exploring the island's nightlife and culinary scene a breeze. Whether I wanted to savor traditional Greek dishes or enjoy a cocktail with friends, everything was within walking distance. The hotel itself boasted a warm and inviting ambiance. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, offering all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. Of course, the highlight of my stay was the beach. The convenience of having the pristine shores just steps away from my room made beach days effortless.

The breakfast was REALLY AMAZING. We did not expect that big breakfast or that service, really beyond expectations and we were so happy with that. The host is kind, friendly and made is feel so welcome there.

I'm absolutely in love with Mouria Studios&Apartments! The view from the balconies is breathtaking and the building is very close to the beach. We were also incredibly taken care of by the staff at the café, the owners, the cleaning lady and by the loveliest Vasiliki :) I'm sending you all greetings from Poland and thank you for making our stay unforgettable! <3

Accommodation is located directly on the beach. The room with a view of the sea is sufficiently equipped with its own bathroom, a kitchenette with basic equipment and a balcony, air-conditioned. On the ground floor, a small cafe where they serve a really rich and delicious breakfast and excellent coffee. Great deckchairs in front of the accommodation on the beach. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. I must mention the very nice staff, smiling people who always go out of their way to meet you and generally create such a family atmosphere. When we left, we even received a nice gift as a souvenir, which will please you and give you the feeling that the owners care about each guest. Thank you very much and we look forward to the next meeting.

Great location, beautiful view from the balcony Buss stop just beside the property, nice restaurants close by. Nice breakfast in the morning. We also got present in our last night from our host Maria! We did enjoy our stay in Zakynthos!

Exceptional

Hosts made you feel like family. Helped us with all questions, recommendations and beyond that. Even though location sounds like it will be too loud for a stay with kids - but air cons worked perfectly and with closed windows we did not hear pretty much anything (maybe few times neighbors coming back after clubbing were a bit louder, but we knew where were are and this did not affect us). Location, the view and Alexandra with Natasha are the best! :)

There are things that I could mention (quite small bathrooms, maybe some amenities missing, neighbors' terraces without any walls), but those are not something that is not listed and did not have any negative impact for our stay.

Best value & most pleasant stay in Laganas. Wonderful location, spacious rooms and unbeatable views

The location of the studios truly cannot be beat. I think it may be the best location possible in Laganas. Each studio has unobstructed views of the sea and with one or two flights of stairs down, you can be laying on the beach in a matter of seconds. The staff were some of the friendliest and outgoing hosts I've come across in a long time; they always went the extra mile to help us with arranging things such as taxis, finding the best local restaurants, and securing towels and such for the room out of normal cleaning hours. Lastly the cafe and restaurant have great food and drinks, but again the staff and their conversations are really the highlight of going.

Amazing

Natasha and the whole team are so lovely and welcoming. I highly recommend these apartments. The view is amazing and the value is great as well. The Air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked really well too. The location was perfect as it is right on the beach. I could not have asked for a better stay! The rooms were very nice and I highly recommend getting a room with a terrace!

That I could not extend my stay as it was fully booked!

Amazing in every way!!

Our stay was excellent! The apartment was as advertised, with a beautiful water and mountain view. It was beautifully renovated and very clean! Alexandria works for the owners and hosted us. She was amazing! We can't thank her enough. She added to our already amazing experience. She took such great care of us and made our stay so special. We can not express enough how much we loved our stay there and Alexandria made it even that much more special! It is a terrific location. And even though Laganas is known as the "younger, party" town and we came as a family with two kids, we still enjoyed everything about it and the location. You are right on the beach and it is close to so much and so many restaurants. From the owners and their family, to the employees, to the help, to the location, to the whole experience, we really couldn't ask for more. We would highly recommend this place!

Even though I would consider myself a tough critic, I can not say one negative thing about this place! There is truly nothing we did not like! Just book it!!

Everything was absolutely brilliant. Staff was super friendly and hospitable! The location was right by the beach and we got really lucky as we got the room with 2 balconies, both with seaview. Tasty breakfast, housekeeping done daily. Such a great experience. Highly recommended!!

Best accommodation in Laganas The apartment is located at Laganas Beach with direct access to many restaurants, clubs and the beach. We lived there for a week and had one of the most beautiful holidays! Particularly the family of the Mouria apartment is super friendly and helpful and provides support in every situation. The location was perfect! It was directly adjacent to the sea so waking up every morning to that view was perfect. A short getaway buttery relaxing providing everything we we was looking for. Will definitely return! :)

The staff was very nice, the rooms were cleaned everyday. We had discounts at the restaurant and shops downstairs. The food was delicious and everyday we had a different breakfast. Totally recommend it and I would like to come back! ❤

Very clean rooms, daily proper cleaning. Sea view. Nice, friendly, helpful hosts. Perfect service. Good, traditional greek breakfast with perfect orange juice and coffee.

The bar where they serve the breakfast is a bit too small in croweded mornings. But the good food and service compensate it🙂 Shower taps and shower cabinets are partly hanging.

Amazing place for a vacation

We booked 11 nights at Mouria and we are glad to say the experience was excelent. The room was very clean with cleaning services coming daily and fresh towels every two days. The room was modern and the bed was confortable, with small kitchen with everything you need and an amazing view of the beach which is right in front of the hotel. Also free air conditioning. It is very well sound proofed so you can sleep at night even tho outside there is noise We had a bit of an misunderstanding regarding breakfast since we thought we would have breakfast at the restaurant but aparently it was take away for our rooms. The breakfast was good, fresh and diverse. Alao the coffee was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helped us out with all our problems like recomending a bus/car rental service, giveing us a sandvich to go for our early morning boat trip, and they gave us a farewell gift at the end - 2 beautifull ceramic coffee cups. I will recomend to all my friends Ps you have good discount at a shop which is vis a vi of the hotel

Everyone was super friendly and considerate. The hotel is located right at the beach with a view from the balcony. Surrounded by bars and restaurants and close to a super market. The area is a party area and thus can get louder, but with the windows closed you can barely hear them.
