this hotel is okay if you only need a place to sleep and spend most of the time outside.

ample car park for guests, takes only 5 minutes drive to teluk intan town, my room was spacious

water heating system in bathroom not really warming, and no elevator, tv uses MyTV decoder and the signal was not really good.

Cheating with commission from RM 21.00 and above

I don't like the staff making money easily by claiming commission without asking permission from the customer. Straight to the point taking customers money RM 21.00 without customers acknowledgment. Some more charging tax fees with customers as usual standard pay. My question is from where this commission money for the staff came up. I have the official receipt from this hotel and will launch an official complaint.

Bath towels need to replace with better one seems it's was not comfortable to us.

Nice and comfortable place to stay.

Location wise is quite ok. I really like the ladies at the reception. Both of them are really nice and treat the customers really good especially the one during the check in. Thank you! The room is also quite big. Overall I'm really satisfied with the hotel.

Just to inform maybe not really suitable for the elderly as there is no lift. For me this is really not a prob considering that the price is really reasonable.
