Nhân viên thân thiện và nhiệt tình
Phòng nghỉ rộng rãi tiện nghi đầy đủ
Không gian nơi ở rất tuyệt vời
Tôi rất khó chịu với chính sách phải đợi xe ở điểm đón của khách sạn. Nó khiến tôi phải chờ đợi lâu làm lỡ 1 số lịch trình của mình

- The villa was fantastic, especially with private pools.
- Breakfast was delicious.
- Both the Italian and Japanese restaurants were accommodating with our vegetarian requests. The Italian chef even made off-menu items for us.
- The pools were great.
- The beach was clean and beautiful.
- The spa services were excellent.
- They provided airport pickup and drop-off services.
- There was a free shuttle to Grand World.
- The kids club is fantastic
- Many staff members spoke very little English and often just said "No."
- The breakfast options for vegetarians were limited.
- The pool bar wasn't open.
- The pool waterfalls weren't working.
- No food or drinks were available on the beach or by the pool.
- It was challenging to get beach or pool towels.
- Only one small water bottle per person per day was provided for free; you had to buy more.
- The location is far from Phu Quoc center but close to Grand World.
- Ride-sharing services like Grab aren't available due to the distance from the city center.

The villa was spacious. We booked 2 bedrooms villa but they upgraded us to 3 bedrooms without extra cost. The beach was close but we couldn’t swim cause the waves were so noisy tough.
1. There were snakes on the way to our villa. I advised the hotel and they sent someone to capture it.
2. At night time, we went swimming in the pool and when my daughter went back inside, she couldn’t see the glass and bang her head into it. The property could’ve have visual glazing strip for the back doors instead of all clear glasses.
3. The buffet was alright but for some reasons the food just not that attractive.
4. The aircon made very loud noise but the hotel sent staff straight away to fix it. They also sent us fruits platter for the inconvenience.

Very close to the beach. Nice and quiet. Trees are all around and within the resort, making the air so fresh and cool. Love the place.
The staffs are very very nice and helpful. We could feel very warm welcome and treat during the stay. I feel like all the staffs are well trained, knowledged and very helpful. Waiting time for a service request was very short, even immediately when possible. They can explain and answer all our concerns and questions. That indeed impressed me.
I could say the staffs and service are the 1st reason I will come back in my next holiday.
A bit far from centre so we dont have many choices for eating. Hopefully in near future, there would be shopping centre built around the place (1-2 km).

Breakfast was great and the staff at the restaurant were wonderful.

Our beachfront villa was perfectly located at the resort. It was clean, roomy, elegant and just steps away from beachfront. It was almost like heaven on earth during our 5-night stay.
Couple of our bathrooms smelled like sewer for the first few days and we finally gave in and called front desk. The showers drainages needed to be unclogged and that did the trick. On the other front, it was summer break for the locals (Vietnamese) so breakfast was a bit chaotic (crying kids, kids running around dining areas), there was no shortages of loudness. Staffs need to speak up a bit louder. Everyone is so soft spoken, and you couldn't really hear or understood their responses to your questions.

breakfast is quite nice with options.
Buggy services are not as good as promising. Waiting time is bit long and we end up standing outside of the villa to stop any buggy passing by.

Villa is large with modern luxurious furniture. The kitchen is large but mostly useless. We tried multiple times to have some cooking utensils but they could not provide. Not even spoons or forks. There were ants and small insects in our kitchen. We understand the surroundings and the grass but this is not acceptable from a 5-star property and that too from the Melia brand. and LIZARDS OMG. There are lizards everywhere. We noticed 5 small lizards in the pool side, 3 at the front, and 2 inside the villa. So I assume the housekeeping is not done very well.
Breakfast: simply amazing. The variety and quality of food is superb. The staff at the breakfast restaurant was very attentive and caring. They also brought some Indian vegetarian meal items for us and we appreciate them for this extra effort.
The private beach is pretty and clean, though the sea was rough during our stay, so we could not swim. They also have bicycles available.
Overall: Property facility 5/5, Food 5/5, Housekeeping 2/5.
Housekeeping. Pest control is needed. Attention to detail was missing.

We had a three bedroom villa with private pool and beach front view and access - paradise!
The website included water sports under activities - and specifically mentions jet skis, which would have brilliant.
However we were told no water sport activities were currently available at the resort and we could instead try the resort next door, but there would be a charge.
Disappointing that the activities advertised on the resort website were not available.
Also, it can be frustrating when the resort terms do not make what ‘full board’ actually covers. In our case it meant we could only attend the one and same restaurant every night and ‘full board’ did not cover any drinks other than water. Every place has a different definition of ‘full board’ with can be annoying. This is solved by making it easy to understand what’s included and not included before arrival.
