Je recommande. Les chambres sont grandes; c’est propre et le personnel est très arrangeant. Vous pouvez avoir une chambre à 7 euros la nuit :)

Well situated, every body knows it.
Simple but confortable
Staff inflexible when I asked to put 3 pieces of butter in one fridge. That could not be done because it is unusual

Loved the location, very central and plenty of food and coffee options close by and walking distance to Riverside.
Two fans in the room I stayed in struggled with the oppressive heat during my stay and when you leave room you have to take card out for power, so you renter a sweatbox. But it was super hot during my stay and I guess that is to be expected.

No elevator but I had a room just above ground.
After complaining about the noisy fan, I went for the extra $5 for a/c which I couldn't get to work. I lived with the fan the second night which was liveable, using my earplugs.

Comfortable and clean, good WiFi, good central location
everything was fine

Location was not as per indicated near Exchange Square. Misleading.
Room not cleaned for 2 days.
Price for walk in or call reservation cheaper than using booking.com. Will never use booking.com again.

Room was spacious, clean and staff were very polite
My room was right next to a main road and Cambodian windows aren't double glazed also they only had an elevator with fire exit signs pointed at it so in case of fire wait for all other guests to escape to safety while you get warm, that's Cambodian health and safety for you though

Location of guest house next to Capitol bus station. Good level of security, CCTV in operation on each floor. Restaurant and coffee shops near to guest house. If you don't mind walking, tourist attractions approximately 30 minutes walk.
Nothing to do with the guest house, but tuk tuk drivers can be persistent in offering their services; even after you have politely declined.

The rooms are very big, confortable and clean, staff is friendly, patient and help full,, air conditioner, near Orussey Market, which is very centric... Exterior is a typical Phnom Penh building, with big balcony....

Clean.
The woman from the reception was very very helpful.
The address (182, Phnom Penh, row 107, Cambodia).is wrong.
My wife finding herself alone with 2 young children, I call the hotel so that he can reach her and give her the real address, the reception (a young man) hung up the phone !!! Fortunately a woman at the reception was very helpful...

I only stayed at this hotel for few hours. Its a very basic hotel in the middle of the market. Everything is very basic, don't expect much
Not very comfortable bed.

Staff were totally useless and unhelpful over a ridiculous matter of US dollars. As a business they have bank accounts which will accept all quality of dollar notes...but NO it was my problem, and I had to solve it...Totally uncaring and unhelpful...
