Overall great MINUS the breakfast buffet.

The rooms were clean, modern and good. Family room was quite spacious and comfortable except for the pillows. The location is right by malls and the Banqiao station so it was super convenient. Concierge was quite helpful as well.

The HOTEL BUFFET BREAKFAST was terrible. It wasn't just me who thought so. Every person in our group said there was a lack of selection. For example, they didn't even have scrambled eggs, just fried eggs. No omelette bar either at a 5 star hotel! There were very little western breakfast selections, the fruit weren't good as well. Coming from The Howard Plaza Hotel in Taipei which had a much better breakfast buffet and then going to Caesar Park was VERY DISAPPOINTING and not worth the $650 that we paid for breakfast. Our whole group did not go back to eat there after the first day.

Bien placé. Métro Banqiao en face de l’hôtel. Chambre immense et propre. Salle de bain au top avec baignoire + douche Lit tres grand et confortable. 2 couettes sur le lit double Piscine sur le toit et salle de sport

Personnel assez froid. À peine un bonjour quand on passait la porte d’entrée Mais qui nous laisse vivre notre vie. Dans la chambre deux points important à ameliorer selon moi : Les rideaux ne sont pas occultant, et tous les matins nous avons été reveillé par le jour La Clim ne fonctionne pas du tout. Bloqué à 25 dégrés

Ruhige, große Zimmer außerhalb des Stadtkerns

Große Zimmer mit einer guten Ausstattung. Sehr ruhig dank guter Schallisolierung. Parkplätze waren kostenlos. Wegen Streik in Deutschland sind wir einen Tag später angereist. Das Hotel hat auf vorheriger Anfrage einen verkürzten Aufenthalt ohne zusätzliche Kosten angenommen. Das war super.

Getränke und Mahlzeiten wie Frühstück sind sehr teuer. Um zu den Top-Highlights der Stadt zu kommen, muss man mindestens 30 Minuten Fahrt einplanen.

Do NOT go!

Booked initially because they have swimming pool, on arrival was advised pool closed for renovation. This wasn’t listed on booking.com and when I told the staff, they lied to my face. I got a screenshot of what I saw on booking.con but unfortunately the facility section is so far down the page and it doesn’t state the hotel name. Management came and asked for the photo to investigate, and he probably saw the screenshot doesn’t contain the name, decided to lie about it and brush it off. Anyways, more shocking is they don’t have stable electricity. Travelling with a little baby and can’t even boil the water to make formula middle of the night. To begin with, they don’t provide kettle in the room and you can only get hot water from the corridor. And even though I bough my own kettle, it takes forever to boil the water cause they don’t have a stable electricity in the room. The kettle I bough can keep water at a set temperature, but because of their electricity issue or motion sensor, even if we were in the room like middle of night, it turned off the kettle and making it super difficult for us to make some milk for my baby at night. By the way, the mini bar fridge electricity doesn’t seem to be stable either. So don’t risk it with any perishable food! We have travelled 5 countries with my baby boy so far and this is the only hotel with serious electricity issue and management who lies and refuse to solve issues.

Perfekes Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in Taipei

Die Lage des Hotels ist super wenn man mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr reist, denn gerade gegenüber ist eine Metro / TRA / HSR Station die einem überall hin bringt. Das Hotel ist zudem super ausgestattet mit einem schönen Pool auf dem Dach und sauberen sowie modernen Zimmer. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich!

Es war geradezu perfekt.

Außergewöhnlich schönes Zimmer mit tollem Ausblick, aus dem 27. Stock, die Dachterrasse mit Pool ist ein Erlebnis und das Personal war sehr höflich und äußerst hilfsbereit! Man merkt dass das auch in der Taiwanesischen Kultur eine hohen Stellenwert hat! 💕 Durch die Nähe zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln kommt man gut zu den Hotspots von Taipei.

我覺得性價比不錯。但清潔方便需要加強。當下房間有廁所的洗臉盆有約一根頭髮。有跟房務員做投訴。最後櫃檯有贈送飯店的玻璃水壺和環保餐具。

広くて高級感があった受付のスタッフも親切でした

部屋のライトのスイッチの仕組みが分からなかった。全消灯のスイッチを押すと、コンセントなどの電源も落ちたサイドテーブルのライトが消えてくれなかった浴室の鏡後ろのライトの線が剥き出して見えていた

Good and clean enough to sleep in but don’t except 5 star services

The hotel comfortable and modern

The hotel does not provide hair conditioner. You have to ask for it at reception and it’s strictly one 30ml bottle per room per day. We had to beg for two bottles because there was two of us (woman) sharing a room. Coffee, sugar and milk were not topped up daily even though they replaced our used coffee mug with clean ones.

地點真的很棒，對喜歡逛街購物的人。

地點真的很棒，空橋下雨很方便哪都能到。服務人員都很願意協助問題，沒感覺到網路上的那些不好的服務態度。

說真的沒有什麼特別不滿意的，但有些小地方可以更好，吊燈都有些灰塵，冷氣位置讓房間某個位子超冷的，第一天忘記補水。床很好睡，景觀很棒！

Sightseeing in Taipei und Schwimmen am Dach

Das Hotel ist gut bei der U-Bahn und einer Mall gelegen, sodass man schnell hin und wieder weg kommt. In der Mall gibt es viele verschiedene Essensmöglichkeit, es braucht somit niemand verhungern. Das Highlight und der eigentliche Buchungsgrund ist der Pool am Dach.

Im Frühstücksraum war es für unser Empfinden sehr kühl. Das Zimmer ist gediegen eingerichtet aber vom Stil nicht mehr am letzten Stand der Zeit. In unserem Zimmer war die Aussicht nicht beeindruckend, konnten wir aber verschmerzen.

Great hotel

Near the train station and mall, nice clean room with a huge bathroom!

I thought there wasn’t much in the area but I might be wrong as I did not spend much time there I thought the room lights were a little dim

Great place with great location and great price

Room is tidy and clean Lobby is neat and check in process was quick. Staff is very professional and friendly. Location was great with train station nearby and enough places to walk round Plenty of restaurants nearby too.

Elegant hotel with huge rooms

The rooms were huge compared to other hotels we stayed in Asia. The interior was elegant and modern. It’s close to malls and MRT and train stations. It’s a bit further away from but centre but we even liked the hotel’s neighbourhood more than the city centre of Taipei.

The breakfast buffet was quite expensive we ended up not getting it as there were many cafes and food courts nearby with plenty of cheap breakfast options.

Charged for 2 nights stay when I booked for 1 nights stay. I was told this was for a deposit. They only cancelled the extra night when I called to complain. Checking-in area is cramped for a hotel of this size. There was water on the floor of the bedroom on entering. Twin beds, a chaise longue sofa and a desk and very little other space. Bathroom was a T-shape and very confusing. Scratchy towels. Forget the pool at the weekend as it is packed with guests who think they are on the beach.
