Beautiful, sylish and comfortable hotel. Polite and friendly staff

Amazing hotel. The breakfast room / cafe is lovely, as is the rooftop bar. Breakfast is delicious. I really enjoyed the choice of loose leaf teas and the fresh cheese scones. The beds are especially comfortable

The road is a bit noisy in some rooms

Experiencia maravillosa

El hotel es maravilloso, con una decoración única, parece que nos transporta a un espacio muy internacional. El personal es atento y muy servicial.

Utilice los servicios de restaurante y desayuno al cuarto y ambas comidas vinieron SIN SAL, la cual tuve que pedir, para el momento ya se había enfriado todo.

charme, excelência e simpatia !

hotel charmoso, boa localização, limpeza e manutenção impecáveis, funcionários muito educados e atenciosos, lençóis / toalhas/ amenities de boa qualidade, apartamento de bom tamanho . restaurante charmoso , funcionários muito simpáticos , comida boa e muito bem frequentado. Me parece um verdadeiro hotel butique com muito charme!

um ponto de observação é que o apartamento poderia ser mais iluminado de noite ( ter mais luminárias) . A garagem é um pouco apertada para manobrar carros grande (SUV) . Nada disto , porém, tira o mérito de ser um ótimo local para se hospedaram .

Convenient and classic in the heart of Montevideo

Very attentive staff and well located in Montevideo. Beautiful lobby area.

Great overnight stay

The food & drinks at the 10th floor bar were excellent. The room was very clean, and comfortable. Staff were attentive yet not obnoxious. I did no have breakfast (which was included) but enjoyed Nespresso coffee in the room, instead.

I do not like it when the bed has a comforter instead of a top sheet. I was very warm (heating was too high and although I turned it off, the room took a long time to cool down) and the heavy bedding kept me awake for quite some time. I ended up sleeping on top of the bed and used a light throw to cover my feet.

Needs to offer more and better to be a 5 star hotel - member of The Leading Hotels of the World

The hotel is very pretty, new and clean. The front desk staff is very nice and helpful. The 10th floor rooftop bar is fun, with nice good and drinks.

Breakfast, which was very mediocre in the quality and variety of the food offered. Service was slow and uninterested. I had to get up to order two cups of coffee! The room has barely any toiletries, only "soap" and "shampoo" on dispensers inside the shower. There is a small container with necessities for 1 person although the room is for two. And the Nespresso-type coffee maker has just two capsules! Very meager, indeed.

The property was great. Very clean and updated. Loved our room and the hotel in general.

EXCELENTE ESTADÍA

El personal es muy atento, la decoración hermosa y el ubicación muy cómoda-

Mmmm el hotel es excelente pero el desayuno no fue de nuestro agrado, el servicio algo lento, si no fuera por una sola de las garzonas (morena de raza mestiza amorissima y rapida) quien era muy atenta, el resto del equipo algo lento y poco jovial. El buffet algo escueto, mucho dulce, poca variedad de salado. Las omellettes no fueron de nuestros agrados, el sabor era extraño, pedimos con tomates champiñones, los tomates cherrys venian enteros!

Old world charm

Very nice decor and bedding. The exterior balconies were lovely!

The service at the rooftop bar/restaurant seemed a bit overwhelmed at times. There was a limited menu for such an elite hotel, and if there was one complaint....that would be it. Otherwise the stay was flawless with an amazing front desk staff!

Excelente opção

Café da manhã bom, excelente hotel, tudo bonito e organizado. Quarto muito bonito. Hotel condiz com as fotos do anúncio.

Acesso a piscina passa pela área de serviço do restaurante, fica confuso. Piscina pequena. Wi-Fi não muito bom. Café da manhã bom, mas não excelenteee. No booking não escreveram q estacionamento era pago, mas não foi problema pois havia muitas vagas para estacionar em frente ao hotel.

Sehr sympathisches Team an Rezeption, Frühstücksrestaurant und in der Bar. Großartiges Innendesign in allen Details. Tolle Lage und wunderbare Roof-Top-Bar.

Im Restaurant gibt es nur Frühstück. Es wäre schön , wenn die Küche dort auch mittags und abends Essen und Drinks anbieten würde - zumal es ein großartiger Raum (Bar-Bistro) ist

Stilvolles Hotel mit toller Aussicht von der Rooftop-Bar

Das Hotel ist sehr stilvoll und mit besonders viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Atmosphäre ist gediegen und elegant, das Personal sehr freundlich und es sprechen fast alle englisch. Die Betten sind großartig. Tolle Rooftop-Bar!

Wenn man bei seiner Buchung das Frühstück nicht inkludiert hat, dann ist es recht teuer für das was man bekommt.

Aula de hotelaria

Equipe bem treinada, naturalmente simpática e atenta, instalações muito confortáveis, limpeza impecável, qualidade excepcional das roupas de cama e banho, café da manhã excelente e ainda tem o bar/restaurante na cobertura que, não por acaso, já virou um clássico nas noites locais. A decoração, em estilo Art déco, é de extremo bom gosto e da todo o charme ao hotel.

Hotel novo, lindo , bem decorado, tudo de primeira linha, suite residence linda, cama excelente, tiraram os tapetes com boa vontade porque somos alérgicos Funcionários da recepção solicitos e gentis, tem estacionamento no prédio Comida bem feita no restaurante

Ambientes da suite muito escuros, nao se enxerga quase nada , dificil de fazer refeições na mesa, impossivel ler A geladeira nao fecha direito,e quando entramos na suite estava com o congelador fechado de gelo e pingando O banheiro lindo de mármore branco tinha os rejuntes totalmente pretos, mofados… Acredito que falta um cuidado a mais na manutenção Os garçons do restaurante do décimo andar eram bem pouco agradáveis

delightfull and sophisticated

It was perfect to enjoy a different kind of neighborhood in the city. The architecture and interior design are made with such good care of every little detail. It was a delight to be in it. You are transported to a different era!

the view of my room because I wish I could see the ocean and the breakfast needs more hot options on the buffet.

O hotel é lindo! Quarto muito confortável e funcionários simpáticos.

Apesar do restaurante do rooftop ser lindo há poucas opções no cardápio, poderia ser muito melhor! O café da manhã é muito bom, mas alguns pães, biscoitos e pão de queijo estavam secos, acredito por causa do ar condicionado. Sugiro mantê-los em compartimentos fechados ou aquecidos.

Beautiful, location ok, food is not good. Not worth the money.

The hotel is beautiful, decor and rooftop are great! The beds are comfortable as well!

The service is bad and very disorganised, at the reception and also at the restaurant. The food during lunch time is not good (the appetisers during the evening are better!). Few days they left just one towel (even though we were 2 people) and everyday they left just one glass for water. There was also a “wine jar” that was filled with something already when we got there and even after telling them few times the jar remained there until the end of the stay.
