Cómodo y limpio

Esta muy bien ubicado, ofrecen desayunos bastante normales, pero suficientes. Las habitaciones eran muy cómodas y estaban muy limpias y el personal era encantador desde el principio y hasta que nos marchamos.

Es un hotel normalito, pero por lo que se paga, esta muy muy bien.

Nice Hotel. Would stay again.

The reception was pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable. The girl at reception helped us to book a taxi for the next morning which was right on time. Overall a good experience.

No one at the reception at night. The beds were only available as a queen, not as twins as we had requested.

Comfy like Home

Neat as a pin. Great hot shower. Bed where perfect. Centre of town. Café & Bistro on property is incredible. Food is great. Breakfast. Toasted tamato avo and baked egg was incredible.

Excellent value.

Very comfortable rooms, large well equipped bathroom. Great views of Vigo, the harbor and mountain range from our room. Paying a little extra for a sea view is totally worth it.

Superb

It is a very nice hotel, at an excellent location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, nice and comfortable. I would absolutely return.

The hotel has 7 parking spaces at the back of the hotel. Unfortunately, the parking area is quite small, therefore if there are already two big cars parked (e.g. BMW X5, Audi Q7) there, it is almost impossible to park an additional car.

Superb

The restaurant has a very good breakfast and the Coffee is Excellent. Also, and very important for us, they has options for celiacs. 5 Stars for us. Very close to Playa America and Panxon.

Mostly Very Good Except Cleaning Service

-On arrival, everything was clean. -The hotel and room were modern and new. -Well located to walk down to Playa América -15-minute walk- and to drive around the area to visit Panxón, Montefurado, Bayona... -Fresh towels were provided when we asked, as the room had not been cleaned.

-The room wasn't cleaned during our stay even though we left quite early and didn't come back until the late afternoon. This means that, when we came back in, we found the bed unmade, the bin not emptied, and the towels that we left on the floor so as to have them changed were still there. -We were there for a swimming competition and breakfast started too late for us.

A very pleasant stay and to be recommended.

We were travelling by bicycle and booked for two nights, but due to the weather forecast for the next day we wanted to leave earlier to Santiago de Compostello. The staff was more than willing to accommodate us and for us it was a big plus for this hotel. The facilities were very good and we felt at home from the moment we have stepped in the hotel.

There was a damp smell in the bathroom, when we arrived but after we have opened the window it diminished.
