This 60m2 apartment is located in the town of Misano Adriatico, 15 km south of Rimini, on the borders of Emilia Romagna. It is located 100m from the beach, on the 4th floor of a building comprising 6. All rooms have sea views and has 2 balconies.
This property was completely renovated in 2015 with quality materials, consists of:
· A fully equipped kitchen open to the living
· A spacious bathroom
· A big room
· A small room with bunk beds
The living room is furnished with a sofa bed, the capacity of this apartment is a maximum of 5 people.

Nice Apartment near the Beach. It was our second visit, becouse we liked it much.

Sehr schönes Apartment
Das Apartment ist sehr schön und es war alles da was man so braucht. Die Waschmaschine war wirklich praktisch, gerade wenn man mit einem Baby verreist. Parken konnte man auf einem Parkplatz nebenan für 6€ am Tag. Der Eigentümer hat auf Fragen immer direkt geantwortet und war sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

La casa è veramente accogliente e dotata di tutti i comfort. Più che comoda per 4 persone. Da tutte le finestre puoi godere di una magnifica vista mare.

Très bel appartement parfaitement équipé et idéalement placé. Très calme. Néanmoins pas de parking comme évoqué dans l annonce. A cette saison très difficile de se garer dans la rue ( semaine du 15 août)

Tolle Wohnung mit tollem Meerblick
Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Tolle Lage, mitten in Misano. 2 Minuten zum Meer. Alle Geschäfte, Restaurants, Bars, Supermarkt zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat einen tollen Meerblick. Sehr unkomplizierter und netter Vermieter

In der unmittelbaren Umgebung befinden sich einige Lokale, die relativ laute Musik laufen lassen, bei geschlossenen Fanstern kein Problem.
Man findet auch am Strand ruhige Lokale.

Beautiful apartment with amazing view!
We’ve had a great week in Misano. The apartment had everything we needed (and more), the location was perfect; near the beach and on walking distance of lots of shops and restaurants, and the sea view was amazing. We could really recommend this apartment to couples and families. We will definitely come back to this place!

Tolle Lage, super Ferienwohnung
Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, es gibt auch viel für Kinder, sehr geschmackvoll renoviert, sehr nah am Meer, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants. Wir haben uns mit unseren 3 Kindern (4, 3 und 0) sehr wohl gefühlt. Am Anfang hat das Internet nicht funktioniert, aber das Problem war sehr schnell gelöst.

Appartement très moderne et bien agencé, avec un grand plus, très appréciable, la climatisation
La vue est magnifique, tous les matins en prenant le petit déjeuner nous avions une carte postale, la mer, la plage et le ciel bleu...
Le quartier est central, il y a plein de restaurants, d'animations
L'appartement est calme
La plage juste en face est très bien avec des personnes très accueillantes
Juste à côté location de vélos, très sympa pour se balader. Il y a tout le long de la côte des pistes cyclables
Je vous conseille un super restaurant de poissons, fruits de mer, a Ricionne "la siesta" c'est excellent (il faut réserver)
Très bon séjour, nous reviendrons

A very nice apartment!
It's a very nice apartment! We felt like at home from the beginning until the very last minute of our stay there. The apartment is freshly renewed, clean, has a good furniture and a perfectly equipped kitchen. We could find there everything we could need (also books, toys, games...). As guests we have enjoyed a perfect see view! The apartment is located in the area with no traffic. We could find nearby a variety of restoraunts, pizzeria, gelateria and s.o. Also a free beach, free parking, many different recreation places for kids. We've got easily to Oltremare in Riccione and Acquario di Cattolica.
We are very satisfied !!!

Sehr gut gelegenes Apartment mit Meerblick, alles neu renoviert und gut ausgestattet, vor allem sehr kindgerecht (geschmackvolle Spiele vorhanden, Kindergeschirr, Hocker im Bad), sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, wir haben wunderbare Tage dort verbracht und können es nur weiterempfehlen!

Unser Aufenthalt in Mesano vom 21.08 bis 04.09.2016
Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, sie ist sehr modern eingerichtet, hell und hat einen tollen Blick zum Meer.
Wir wurden sehr nett von Frau Laura empfangen.
Sie war immer bereit zu helfen wenn hin und wieder das WLAN streikte.
Der Ort Misano ist sehr belebt.
Ein paar Schritte entfernt findet man Restaurants, Cafés und Bars (fast immer mit Life Musik)die für die nötige Urlaubsstimmung sorgen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Außergewöhnlich schön! Einfach zum Wohlfülen
Eine tolle Wohnung mit einer traumhaften Aussicht auf das Meer und optimaler Ausstattung. Alles und noch mehr ist vorhanden. Besonders mit Kindern sehr zu empfehlen. Sie ist zudem sehr zentral gelegen und in wenigen Schritten erreicht man den Strand.

Great apartment!
The apartment is beautifully refurbished and contains everything you need for a perfect stay. Having stayed at many other apartments, I was surprised how well equipped the kitchen and the bathroom was. Everything you need is provided!
From every room you have a great view of the sea, wich is only a one minute walk away. Several shops, restaurants and a supermarket are all within a 5 minute walking distance.
We are definitely coming back and would recommend this apartment to friends.
