Close to freeway and casinos, easy access, RV and boat parking, and super clean property. The downside was that one of the bathroom faucets was clogged during our stay; nothing crazy. I'm sure they have already noticed it. Overall, it is a beautiful place for a nice getaway. I highly recommend it, and we will rent it again in the future

We were in SLC for meetings and decided to get a few extra days of sunshine in Mesquite. The condo was extremely clean and presented same as the photos. Super comfortable and in a residential neighborhood great for early morning walks. The hosts were super about communicating and we would definitely stay here again.

Great spot! Very spacious, clean and well appointed. Pool was great and never busy. Walking distance to restaurants. Great location for exploring Parks, Whitney Pocket and Valley of Fire.

We opted to rent this condo instead of staying at a local hotel. The condo was in located centrally in a nice neighborhood. The property was very clean and furnished nicely. The beds were very comfortable. The property manager/owner was very responsive when we felt the ac was too cold. The issue was resolved immediately And very much appreciated. We would strongly recommend this property when staying in Mesquite.

Enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean and as described in the listing. Used the pool and workout room which were satisfactory. We have stayed at hotels in Mesquite for soccer tournaments in the past, and this was 10x better. Will definitely look to stay here again if we have another tournament in Mesquite.

The stay was not for pleasure, but staying in a home rather than a hotel was greatly appreciated.... The home was all it said, the kitchen was missing a couple items such as glass over pans, lettuce keeper etc. Fortunately we found several items at my fathers home that worked perfectly at the rental. Of course we left them for future guests.

We enjoyed our 5-night stay while exploring the area and golfing on several of the many local courses. Having access to the condo association's hot tub and heated pool was a perk. This balcony unit had everything you will need for a relaxing stay

This was overall a very nice property but the one thing that we were not happy about was the fact that while we were watching tv at 3 pm we had the patio door open and a note was posted on our front door saying that we were too loud. 2 seniors watching tv at 3 pm does not constitute a note on the door. The baby crying across the condo complex was much louder but the HOA did not complain about that. Also had problems with the booking itself. When first booked it was in Canadian funds. I wanted a slight change in dates made to our stay and the host said he had made a mistake and was supposed to charge in US funds so instead of honouring the previous amount per nightly stay in Canadian funds, I was charged in US funds. I feel that he should have honoured the mistake he made and not charge us the increase because he changed the listing to US dollars. He said he would honour a 20 percent discount but I have not seen it. It took 5 times to talk to Vrbo to rectify the problem. In the end I was refunded the amount I paid in Canadian Dollars and then was charged in $US for the new reservation with no discount as previously discussed.

Only stayed for two nights but slept great on comfortable clean beds. Unit was exactly as the photo's described. Only suggestion would be a reclining couch to have something to put the feet up on after a long day golfing.
