TODO ESTUPENDO

En líneas generales todo estupendo, el apartamento está muy nuevo y todo muy completo.

No nos gustó que había una plaga de bichos en la terraza del apartamento y no pudimos disfrutar de esa parte del apartamento debido a eso. Y la última noche uno de los vecinos nos dio golpes en la pared, llamándonos la atención.

Wunderbar!

Sehr schöne, moderne, helle, grosse und äusserst saubere und ruhige Wohnung mit kleinem Balkon und Sicht auf den Teide auf Teneriffa. Wir haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne nächstes Jahr wieder!

Wir haben mehrere Male geschrieben, dass wir um 14.00 anreisen würden, das ist die angegebene Checkin-Zeit (wir wussten ja im Vorfeld, dass unsere Fähre von Teneriffa um 13.20 ankam). Doch es wurde darauf bestanden, dass wir am Ankunftstag noch einmal schreiben würden. Wir haben angerufen anstatt zu schreiben, das Telefon wurde nicht angenommen, dafür kam eine Whatsapp zurück mit der Message "what do you want?", worauf wir wieder schrieben, dass wir gerne um 14.00 in die Wohnung gehen würden. Wir haben zusammen mit anderen Gästen längere Zeit vor dem Hause gewartet, nur um dann um 14.20 eine Nachricht mit dem Code zum Eintreten ins Haus zu bekommen. Schlussendlich alles nicht wirklich schlimm, wir finden es jedoch mühsam, wenn man während der Reise immer wieder WhatsApp schreiben und Zeit am Handy verbringen muss, obwohl das einfacher ginge.

Enspannter Aufenthalt.

Ein großzügig geschnittenes, geräumiges Appartment, welches komplett mit IKEA-Möbel und Accessoires versehen ist. Neben dem Schlafzimmer, der gut ausgestatteten Wohnküche und dem großen Bad gab es eine große überdachte Terrasse, auf der neben Gartenmöbel (auch zwei Liegen) eine weitere Dusche und Toilette waren. Die Wohnung liegt fast im Zentrum von Agaete, dennoch war es sehr ruhig.

Es war keine Kaffeemaschiene für Filterkaffee vorhanden, dafür ein großes Espresso-Herdkännchen, das wir aber zuerst gründlich sauber machen mussten. Leider war auch der Abfluss der schicken Dusche defekt, sodass wir zunächst das gesamte Bad unter Wasser setzten. Die Reinemachefrau hat dann den Abluss halbwegs frei bekommen. Mit dem großen TV-Flachbildschirm waren nur spanischsprachige Kabelsender zu empfangen. Auch die Wasserqualität im Meer hat uns nicht überzeugt, ständig waren große Flächen brauner Schlamm zwischen den Wellen zu erkannen, welcher an un- oder nur vorgeklärtes Abwasser erinnert!

Inmejorable

Es nuevo, limpio y situado en el centro del pueblo. Mucho mejor que un hotel. El tipo de acceso permite que puedas marcharte sin esperar a la entrega de llaves. Todo comodidad.

Me ha gustado todo. Quizas el precio se podría ajustar un poco más. Algunas almohadas un poco recias por poner algo...

Great apartment!

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment no. 5 very much! Great location, everything was clean and new, there is also a nice terrace to relax. The kitchen is also very well equipped.

The only thing we found a bit unusual was that there was no key and you opened the apartment by entering a code. And there was also no way to lock the apartment from the inside. But everything else was great!

Small but nice

Newly renovated. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom and a desk to work from. The host responds quick and cares about the customers.

Little window / not enough natural light if you spend more time there than just overnight. Would be nice if there was at least an electro oven or a water cooker.

Superb

The owner was super friendly and everything was so easy to navigate. We never met, because the whole check in process is automatic, which gives great flexibility. But the communication was super friendly and she was very helpful with all my questions. The room had a coffee machine which was a really nice touch. Furniture was basic but nice, everything you need, and everything was really clean. The location is great for the cute town centre with bars and restaurants and as a starting point for hikes.

Only little thing, that the door of the room had some glass panels in it and the light in the hallway was on all night, so the room wasn't dark (despite blinds at the window). Plus the lights in the room are quite bright, but this probably depends on taste...

The flat had modern equipment but no heating or air conditioning. It was clinical and bare.

We could have been met so we could be informed about appliances operations. The TV in particular. The flat was cold but we were told by Messenger to use blankets. Very poor client support. The terrace was linked to the next terrace by glass doors and you could hear everything said. The flat had no warmth, character or colour. It was minimalistic and basic.

great place to relax

it was a nice and very clean place. There were great Cafés and Restaurant. The best place nearby was the little breakfast Restaurant that sold home made churros and awesome coffee. wenwould totally recommend to stay here when coming to Agaete!

Perfect apartment stay

We had a wonderful stay here. The apartment was newly renovated, very big, comfortable, with all amenities, a fully equipped kitchen and great terrace with a nice view. We could have easily stayed more and felt exactly like home. The location is just perfect, just a few steps away there is a coffee shop, if you don't want to make yourself a coffee or a snack in the morning, there are a few bars for a late cerveza, a public parking lot for your car, and a wonderful small botanical garden that you should not miss. Dinner can be served at home or in Puerto de Las Nieves where lots of nice restaurants can be found. Agaete is a cute town, from you can easily explore the beautiful west coast, the Tamadaba natural park, and all the wonderful gems of the island.

The only small minus for me was the hard pillows. I couldn't sleep on them so I just used the small cushions and everything was fine. There is another apartment in renovation so you might get some noise in the morning (my stay was in Nov '22).
