Unser Host war super freundlich und offen! Wir haben uns ab dem ersten Tag zu Hause gefühlt! Die Zimmer sind schön und sauber, Klamotten können vor Ort gewaschen werden und das Wohnzimmer mit riesigen, bequemen Sesseln lädt dazu ein abends zusammenzusitzen!

Excellent hospitality and comfortable bed and bedroom, clean and pleasant.

Our host provided us outstanding hospitality showing us dishes made by him and his family, from their garden. The kitchen is very large and has excellent appliances, a great variety of cookware and serving ware. There is seating room for 18 people - you could have a dinner party here! We really were able to make ourselves at home in the kitchen and in the bedroom. The bath in our 1 queen room was large, had a very nice shower with Jacuzzi, and the tile was very pretty. The house was built in 1918 and has been fully renovated with modern amenities but it keeps the charm and style of the original building.

The house looks very lived-in because it is, as part of the family lives there, so there are some personal items on the porch that probably should be reorganized for more curb appeal, but this is a minor issue.

An ideal base for a visit to New York. We felt at home from the minute we stepped through the door.

A wonderful 'home from home' in a delightful location, close enough to the city for daily trips to all that New York has to offer, yet in a peaceful neighborhood that felt relaxed and friendly. Peter was a charming and attentive host who helped make our stay a very pleasant one. I would recommend Farfalla Bianca to anyone thinking of taking a vacation in New York.

Beautiful set up . Private and comfortable room . Best part was the home feeling of the rest of the house and how unbelievably welcoming the host is. I felt like I was staying with family.

Wonderful and convenient stay in Westchester

Peter was an extremely gracious host. The room was very great, bed was comfortable and we had plenty of space. The room has a mini fridge but the kitchen was also fully stocked so we could prepare our own meals whenever we wanted. Peter also offered to share food that he cooked whenever it was available.

We had no complaints.

The room is clean, calm, and comfortable. The owner is responsible and makes us feel at home. The neighborhood is safe and delicate. Good kitchen with all necessary kitchenettes.

Good value and location for a B&B; host was very nice; overall a good stay, and we'd probably return

Our room had been redone recently and was comfortable. Nice new shower and flooring; bed was comfortable. Host Peter was very friendly and treated us like family, offering use of the kitchen and video room.

No on-site parking (we had to park a block away around the corner in another neighborhood). Front porch needed to be spiffed up and cleaned to make a better first impression.

No parking very unprofessional neighborhood was very suspect and there was an actual murder across the street police were at the door and this was in daylight and made the news and a cat roamed around and into our room and wouldn't leave pictures on line very deceiving

It was perfect ! Affordable, welcoming , and you have your own privacy staying in a bedroom with a private bathroom. Was unsure about staying somewhere where the host lives but it was not an issue at all. Peter is so welcoming and kind and friendly while also letting you do your own thing! I would 100 % recommend!

It isn't close to a subway so have to take the train to the subway but wasn't a big issue

I would like to leave a super thank you to the owner! He was super responsive. The house/room exceeded our expectations, the place is super clean, modern and quiet. The owner even provides free water and soda. It will be a mandatory stop whenever we go to NY!

I looooved my stay!! I plan on bringing my husband here when we’re able to come to NYC together.

the home is absolutely beautiful! It felt just like walking into a relatives home that I haven’t seen in forever! Peter was so so welcoming! I would most definitely stay here again. 🥰🥰🥰

Needs parking closer to the house, but Peter let’s you know where parking is one street behind the house.

Peter was a wonderful host. Helped me with the public transport and the location was awesome.

An exceptional stay in a beautiful house. Easily accessible from train station which takes you directly to the Grand Central in 25 odd minutes. Will stay again if I get the chance :)
