Friendly staff, but room not very clean.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating, the restaurant was a big plus and made our one night stay easy. We were very thankfull to be accommodated with our dogs. Thank you very much.

Unfortunatly the room was not very clean. The old wooden floors was so noisy that it was not posible to fall asleep. This even when our tiny little dog walk on it.

Stylish and charming hotel in a central location - a true gem in Middelburg.

We loved the central location of this hotel as well as its old world charm. We arrived very late, just after 21h00 and the receptionist was great. She had upgraded our room free of charge and extended us a warm welcome. Our room was lovely and big and for the small price we paid, it was great value for money.

We love this hotel, we are in fact return customers.

Excellent place to recharge one’s batteries after a long day of driving.

The hotel has the charm of yesteryear. One can only imagine the parties that were held in the large rooms.

HORRIBLE

Did not have breakfast booked out half an hour after we checked in and drove to another town Craddock. Was embarrassed to have my co workers stay there.

Bedding had holes in it and the throws on the bed was full of stains Room wasnt very clean

The staff from we arrived there till we depart were friendly en very helpful.

Every thing we're bearby. Service excellent in the restuarant and bar. Food we're very nice. Price per glass of wine Super compare to other places.

The steel staircase outside. Not good for elderly people.

I felt like canceling when I saw the room, but it was late and we were tired.

Had no breakfast, I was not informed if it was included or checked if we wanted to pay extra for it.

The staircase carpets are dirty, as well as the carpets in the room.

Horrible, would not stay again

I liked nothing at all ,the staff was really nice but the place does not get cleaned I had to ask for clean sheets. The maintenance in our room was horrible and there shower was leaking we practically did not shower for the stay, there was no power on arrival and the Wi-Fi which was paid for was not even offered.

Old-school, small-town hotel vibes and creaky wooden floors all made for a cool experience!

The property is well maintained, and as such one can really enjoy the old-style flair!

As load shedding is here to stay, a few extra LED lights will help...

Our stay was pleasant

Is my second time I stayed at the inn and there is a lot of improvement, I hope they will improve more to be exceptional. I will come back again because of Value for money. Spacious bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. I traveled 800km with my family and we arrived past midnight. The plus is the staff member Cleodine Reeners waited for us until our arrival to accommodate us.
