Furniture in the room was discolored and in poor repair, bathroom had broken floor tiles and rust at the bottom of the door frame. The room had an unpleasant musty smell. Included breakfast was prepackaged pastries, yogurt with artificial sweetener, and scrambled eggs that were dry and water at the same time.

The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. My disappointment was when I got up in the morning. I had to make my own coffee in the lobby. I thought breakfast was included, but there was no breakfast nearby only to find out that it was upstairs!! They really should consider putting a sign by the coffee in the lobby that the breakfast service is upstairs on the second floor.

Hospitality was good with Akshay P. This hotel is comfortable. It will be nice to get special rate on the weekends sometimes. Overall I Like this hotel.

the room was overwhelming in its smell of Simple Green cleaning solution as if someone dumped a whole bottle. At least it’s a “clean” smell. The bed area was pretty clean and comfy. The bathroom was gross. The grout was very dirty and large missing tile areas were filled with this dirty grout. We chose not to shower because of the condition of the bathroom. Minifridge was spacious. Breakfast the next morning was pretty good. Check-in and check-out were smooth. There was only one working elevator that was shared with the cleaning staff. The overall feel of the hotel was a bit old and tired.

The hotel is old and not well taken care of… The room was “clean” but old and definitely not like show on picture. We were on the side of the highway, very noisy… They offer breakfast from 7 till 10 but we don’t use it so I can tell anything about it. Our stay was average definitely not worth much than $130 per night…

It was a disturbing stay. We found roaches in the bathroom and when I spoke ot the front desk, they said that I would get a call from managment the next day and the call never occurred.

Only spent one night but the hotel needs major upgrading to be done. Very old carpets, unusual smells and dirty wallpaper. Old bathrooms. The beds were comfortable along with the pillows though. Breakfast was very basic

The daytime front desk person was helpful. The night front desk person mark was horrible. He actually told me that i was bothering him when i called 2 times at 11 30 p.m and again at 1 00a.m the noise was overwhelming. He told me he didnt want anyone like me to stay there.!!!!. I am a mature professional female. How disrespectful. I left the next morning.

The hotel is very old, the room has carpet that looks like it has never been vacuumed, the room smells strongly of old, and the facilities are old. The elevator is a bit scary. I rented two rooms for 6 people, but there were only 4 towels. I asked for them on the first day, but I gave up on the second. The breakfast was very poor. In fact, I decided to stay at the hotel because of the breakfast, but it wasn't worth it. The only advantage is that there was a supermarket nearby. The pillows were huge. The staff, especially at the reception, are nice, but unfortunately the smell in the room is very bad for allergy sufferers.

We stayed here as a cheaper alternative to Manhattan. The beds were comfortable and the room was tidy, but a bit worn. The only real problem was that the AC could not keep up with the temp, was loud, and kept turning on and off even though it was never getting to temp. The breakfast was reasonably good. We were happy with the stay for the night.

Out of 2 elevator, for my entire trip of 4 days 1 of thexelevator was always broken. Hence, there was a huge lineup all the time to get to room or out. No room service was provided. Cleaning was not done properly. Towels had stains and looked worn out.
Rud staff. They are running hotel like a motel. I booked Ramada for its reputation andxspent so much money and got mediocre experience. Will not recommend to anyone and will not stay at any Ramada in future!
