Your staff is generally cordial and friendly. When you go to a hotel, they make you feel welcome, which is not true and every hotel. I’ve stayed here many times, and the ambience in the vicinity of Folsom little town is exceptional. The only gripe I have was the Service I had for breakfast Saturday morning. I don’t think I’ve ever had a server that was unfriendly and just didn’t want to be there. The food was ridiculous. Very expensive I spent almost would tip almost $30 for two poached eggs, paperthin bacon, and two dried out pancakes. You guys have to do better to compete with Karen’s. You guys are a class act, with prices to match, and a bit of cheap choices glaring back at you.

Staff could not find all of our reservations. Check in was a nightmare. Cushions on patio furniture were missing, so could not enjoy the firepits outside after dinner. Hot Tub closed way early, did not get to enjoy it. Room was booked for 3 people, but only had 2 towels and 2 coffee packets, no extra pillows.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and service very friendly. It would have been nice if the restaurant had better avaiability hours.

Location nice, could use some remodeling, touch up for esthetic purposes

Extremely noisy, from the guest in the room above walking around all night, to hearing conversations from the room next to us through the vent in the bathroom.

It was great, easy location for the reunion. The rooms are outdated but the hotel is in a good area and convenient to Sutter Street. Staff was nice and helpful, elevators did take forever but not to b

We loved our stay and appreciated the ability to check in early. The hotel is convenient to town despite being tucked away. We did two bike rides which were fabulous. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. It was a great overnight stay while we waited for the service to be done on our Motorhome.

Good rates. Nice that they have lounge/grill that you can order a real breakfast. Nice room but hotel can use a little more of a face lift on the inside. Premium location.

Close to Old Folsom by foot, close to most all of Folsom by car. Clean, reliable, safe and affordable

Had a great stay visiting family. The A C was noisy so staff moved us to another room. Worked good. Thank you.

Great location for exploring Historic Folsom. The hotel property was clean and had many outdoor activities. The only negative that we experienced were the conference attendees swarming the outdoor area while eating their lunch. (When we wanted to enjoy the atmosphere.)

The staff are always friendly and accommodating. I have stayed here a number of times and have always had a very pleasant and relaxing experience. Love being close to Sutter street and the Johnny Cash trail for exploring.

We have been in this hotel many time and very happy with everything. In the low side the carpet is old. We will stay here again.

Overall not a nice stay. The air from the AC in my room smelled awful. Place is outdated, room was not so nice. The sell porn on the TV - so if you have kids make sure they aren't clicking around the TV unsupervised. Beautiful area compared to Sacramento.

The hotel is very convenient next to the lake. The shops and museums are walking distance. The shuttles are complimentary and take you to nearby locations. All in all, whether you are with family or just by yourself, it is a place to just go and enjoy.

The hotel grounds were nice but not a great stay. Room was spacious but had an old/funny smell. Elevator smelled like vomit. Bed and bathroom were clean. Walls were paper thin - heard every conversation in the hallway. Great location next to old folsom and the lake but probably wouldn’t here again

My friend and I had a nice stay. Staff were excellent and friendly. Love how walkable the area is. The room was very clean.
Some of the notes to guests were intuitive, like not stealing the blow dryer and how it would be added to your bill. I’m sure it’s there because someone did that but still.

The hotel was very nice. We didn’t like that the bathroom light was shared with the light outside by the mini fridge . If someone wanted to shower or use the bathroom at night or early in the morning you had the outside light on too. The hot water would also come and go during a shower . The grounds of the hotel were gorgeous and right next to the river . Staff were all friendly .

One block from the River in one direction and downtown one block away in the other makes this hotel ideal

We always stay at the Natoma while visiting family. Close to Historic Folsom, with shopping, restaurants and bars. We've always had a good experience and will return.

The location is awesome but I felt the Inn was overpriced for what you got.
It was also a little noisy, but probably because they had a wedding this weekend.

A good hotel should have hot fresh coffee available for early risers. No such luck here, We had to wait for the restaurant to open at 7 am. Also the mattresses were not good. The hotel is spotless and the pool is nice. We stayed here because it’s walking distance from downtown Folsom and there is an excellent farmers market on Saturday mornings.

Room was big but little empty, no table or additional chairs are there. No smelly carpet. Hot water is good.
