This hotel is in a great location to explore Deauville. It seemed like it could be due for a refresh, but was clean. The parking was a challenge to get into, but worked in the end.

We had a nice overnight in this hotel, the room was compact but comfortable. It was a shame that there were no tea and coffee making facilities as we expect this as a standard item these days. Otherwise breakfast good and location excellent

Great location close to the centre, beach and Trouville. Good value, comfy bed, great pillows, underground car park which we used. No real vegan options, just some toast and fruit, lots of veggie such as pancakes, eggs, cheese etc. I would happily book again. Oh..friendly staff with good English.

Extremely uncomfortable bed and unclean room. The electric kettle gas never been cleaned in the inside. The carpets look awful. The property is unkept and run down. We had to move to a different hotel mid stay to get a bed with a real mattress .

Ideally located in between Deauville and Trouville. Excellent value/money. Rooms are comfortable with charming view on the port. The service is excellent, people very nice at reception. Breakfast is quite decent. We have not tried the food at the restaurant since it was Buffet only

The property was fine. My husband slipped in the shower. A shower mat is highly suggested! Although it may not be very hygienique, It safer. We had a lovely stay!

Hotel was well situated in Deauville very close to the centre. Our bathroom smelt of urine, when we arrived and after having the room cleaned. Was the only fault we could find

It was close to everything, generally nice staff, but when one night there was very loud music coming from the parking lot behind (not part of the hotel), I asked the night staff to do something about it and at first they said it was not their problem and weren't willing to investigate or help, until I insisted.

Wifi was not available. With curfew beginning at 6pm one would assume the hotel would take care to ensure customers are able to enjoy entertainment of their choice while restricted to their room. Also, the hotel policy seems to be to group all clients in rooms at the same end of the hall. I assume this is for convenience of the cleaning staff but it is not a sensible solution when a quiet room is requested. Would it not be possible to offer a room at the opposite end of the hall if a client requests a quiet room? Staff was very pleasant and did their best to empathize considering the situation.

Fantastic location. Great views of the marina. Can park underneath the hotel for €10 per night. Staff friendly and helpful. Family room was a good size and had a mezzanine level. Pull out sofa bed incredibly uncomfortable and springs very noisy when turning over. Other beds were all comfortable. Bathroom was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned well at all. Food - we booked half board but it wasn’t clear on the booking that this was for the adults only. We had to thus buy meals for the children, which whilst it was a good price, it was frustrating as expected this to be included. Meals were tasty and good service. Good selection for breakfast. For a hotel in the centre of pricey Deauville it remains a good option if you accept it is ‘budget’ and can get a room for a reasonable rate (and can avoid sleeping on a sofa bed)!

Room was clean, renovated and nice. It’s a discount hotel so the room is very small but as long as you’re not hanging around inside all day, it’s a great place to stay.

Well priced hotel in a great location in central Deauville. The room and bathroom are cosy but comfortable and spotlessly clean with a good sized walk-in shower. Our only criticism was that the bar did not serve drinks beyond 11pm on a Saturday night and did not warn residents who were in the lounge at the time. The car park is well priced and secure and far better value than parking on the street. Would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Deauville.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. It is in a great location right on the port, however the room was very small with only two feet space at the end of the bed - barely large enough to get our luggage through.

Good location and facing the harbour. We reserved a triple room and the room size is bigger than we expected. Suggest to load down luggages before parking as there has no lift from basement (parking floor) to lobby.
