It was good. Except 4th floor smelled like ass and we were missing a couple light bulbs. Nothing major. We'll go back. (Jus not on the 4th floor)
We love the balcony off all of the rooms!

It was just an overnight stay for a funeral. The room had no frig and i had to request an iron. Neither was a big deal, but the bed was a rock. Like sleeping on the floor.

This place was actually great for us. Our room was huge, clean sheets, polite and helpful staff, the water temp was incredibly hot which was perfect. The only things that bothered us was the hot tub was out or service and the vending machines didn’t work when we tried them. It was still overall a great place for us.

It was incredibly comfortable, bed was amazing. The hot tub was even better!
3.0 / 10.0
There were many things wrong in the room, holes in the walls, hair in the tub and sink, bathroom door had a huge crack in it, no channel line up and no telephone directory. I took pictures to make sure I wasn't charged for any of this. It was comfortable and felt safe but we won't be back. The hotel staff was slow and seemed bothered by questions asked.

Water never got hot in shower.

They said they have breakfast and then they try to charge us $10 for the breakfast apiece and then the breakfast was mediocre they didn’t even have orange juice Or sausages or sunny side up eggs or toast. It was all Indian food.

The place is nice on the outside and location. Coffee looked like mud might have been better if I used the pot in the room instead of getting it in the lobby. Patio furniture dirty and some broken in the courtyard closest to the pool. Very surprising for a Raddison. Not worth the money and they want you to put down a 150.00 security deposit after you already booked and paid for your stay. So would not ever waist my hard earned dollars here again.

The bathtub was clogging while showering, the front desk refused to check me out, the elevator up and down were broken so it felt like the elevator was in shotty condition and scary. The bed was two old fashioned twin adjustables that could not be adjusted. one was too lumpy and the other was too hard.

I did like the location.
My bed was a tempur pedic - or some other well known brand.- It did not work. So it was like sleeping on a old air mattress. The place needs a steam clean.

Cleanliness was not maintained well. Beds are not clean. Telephone was not working. Ice in the Fridge was not cleaned. Sleeper couches are broken and dirty. I trier Sleeper couch in 2 rooms. Same case with both rooms.

Building and rooms are severely outdated. Toilet, shower and sink were all clogged. Pool was dirty.

The bed sloped to one side, the toilet seat was the wrong size, the bathtub was terrible (I didn't want to touch the drain), no paper towels, no extra towels, no free breakfast, and the breakfast buffet was 10$ for a bagel, eggs, bacon, sausage and biscuits. All I wanted was a bagel. I'm still glad we went, but I won't be back.

Stay away! I thought Radisson would be a decent choice because of name and received a good rate but even at the 165 per night if rather sleep in acar. They charge 250 + per night. They have a 9yo family member cleaning bathrooms! The carpets look like they have never been cleaned in community areas. An elevator that works sometimes that i got stuck in for 5 minutes. They "know about it" yet still keep it own for use. The room had slow dirty drains. I spoke to many who took pictures and are going to write to corporate. If the bed wasn't comfortable, i would have walked out at night. Disappointed Radisson allows this.
I would add photos but the phone app will not allow me when i click on button

The hotel was run down, had obvious deferred maintenance, mildew around the tub, towel rack broken, AC did not work well, and the pillows were an issue. When we arrived there were only 3 pillows on the bed that were flatter than a pop-tart. I called down to the front desk to ask for 2 more pillows and the she told me that they couldn’t provide more pillows. I asked again if I can come and pick some up and she said, “no, we don’t do give out pillows”. She continued to refuse to give me any extra pillows. We had a terrible nights sleep in a hot room with no pillows and ended up having to go purchase our own pillows.

Nice hotel

1) Garbage outside was overflowing.
2) Wallpaper coming off of the walls.
3) MOLD in room trashcan and also on the bottom of the shower curtain.
4) Expensive for what it was.
5) Rude front desk made us wait for 3 hours to check in. I understand that check in was at 3pm but I am not sure why he couldn't give us a room once one was cleaned. Especially in light of how "clean" the room was.
6) Sleep number beds didn't work appropriately
7) No bedding in the room for the pull out sofa. This was requested but never came.
8) Outlets overloaded with plugs for the 2 beds and lighting. Outlets were lose and didn't hold the plugs well.
9) Room was stifling hot when we went in.
10) Security lock on the door was broken.
Doesn't Travelocity vet these places?

I rented for one night and the stay was mediocre at best. The young lady at the front was not friendly during the check in process. She seemed new and was being trained by another gentlemen who didnt say anything. The room was up to date sort of, the bathroom was old with paint chipping, loose toilet seat, slippery tub and tub controls not fully screwed in. The next morning the coffee machine is down and they bought a regular coffee maker to replace it, we were on a line waiting for coffee only to find out the coffee had not been changed and they were brewing old coffee. The garbage was over flowing outside, but parking was accessible. This hotel has potential if they go the extra step and try.

Overrun by kids and very messy. Customers would leave trash in halls and elevators, very loud and unruly kids through out for the pool all day. It would be a nice place if they could get control of the chaos

This was a nice property at one time. Everything needs cleaned and replaced. Check in was awful. No one knew what they were doing. It was like staying in an old motel.

Not worth it! Staff wasn’t helpful with resolving issues, nor were they accommodating with needs. We had requested a later check out time and they had said they could only accommodate a 1 hour delay to our checkout time, reason being that the hotel was supposedly booked solid. They then however asked if I wanted to pay to stay another night in efforts of extending our checkout time. I didn’t appreciate it because how can you be “booked solid” when I ask for a delayed checkout time, but then offer to have my family stay another night at whatever rate was mentioned??? The room was not cleanly, and the shower was horrifying. Issues with the AC unit made a stay in the heat of summer nearly unbearable. And like I said, there was no assistance in any resolutions for the above mentioned issues. Just really displeased overall. Not worth the money spent. I could’ve stayed at a Motel 8 for a fraction of the cost and had a more enjoyable experience.

The place was clean. But when I walked in the room the odor hit me at the door. I bought a candle for the smell. The bed was not comfortable. But everything else was fine. There was no parking. I tried parking in the rear but you couldn’t get in the hotel from rear which was strange.

I have truly never stayed in a worse hotel than this Radisson. I actually saw the motel down the street and it was cleaner than this hell hole!!!! From nasty floors, mold in the bathroom, dirty towels, flickering lights, no service for 5 whole days, no sheets for the beds for people staying in the hotel and i could go on and on. I am surprised this place has not been shut down!!!! Run and save your health!!!

The property is terribly dated. The bathrooms were as clean as I guess they could be but also dated. The worse part was the bed. I got into one side, my fiancé into the other, not until later in the night did I find one half of the King size bed was lower than the other with a big dip in the center. My back ached terribly the next day. If I had noticed this sooner we wouldn’t have stayed, we had just gone to bed exhausted. The people running and working the hotel were pleasant which was a bonus.
There was not any type of morning food but it did not advertise there would be.
My fiancé was irritated I didn’t find a nicer place and said we will not return. Our original hotel nearby was booked.
The price was obviously increased because other hotels were busy. Also picked up the hairdryer and the handle was very sticky and just nasty.
I hate to give bad reviews but I have to be honest. The only plus was the staff was pleasant.

When entering the room the door wasn’t latched. The smell was like nothing I had smelt before. The bathroom had no exhaust fan. Visible on the ceiling and walls were black mold. The front desk was very understanding about us leaving 2 days early however would only discounted us for a early checkout which save us 70$. I would not recommend this hotel.

The swimming pool is below expectations. The hot tub isn’t hot. They have no wash clothes. All in all not a good experience

Foreigner owned. Terrible care and upkeep of the facility. I had to leave a deposit but I also had to clean my own room. Nobody picks up in the hallways. I hope they do better

I like the rooms were very spacious and clean. I didn't like that you have to pay for breakfast separately. I feel like it should be included with your stay!
1.0 / 10.0
The first evening I was there, I saw a mouse in the hallway. The mattress was as good as sleeping on a concrete slab. The room lights flickered and made a bit of noise. The AC unit leaked condensation all over the carpet. The TV was not a smart TV and didn’t have a guide to look at channels. Breakfast was shockingly overpriced and not free.

This was the worst hotel stay EVER! The inside of the property is very dirty. When we checked into our room the bedding was dirty, room smelled like mildew, the tub had a dirt ring around it, pool area smelled like a swap, there was a hole in the wall. If you are looking for a nice hotel this is not it. I’ve stayed at plenty of Radisson Hotels and this by far was the worst. The staff was unapologetic and acted as if they didn’t want to give me a refund so I had to go through Expedia. Not to mention I asked the guy at the front desk to wait to run my card being that in the midst of me
checking in someone told me not to stay there and the guest service rep heard him and hurried up and ran my card. They have $150 deposit that they don’t disclose until check in and they only clean your room after staying for 3 days (how gross)!

It was very dirty. Our room had a strange smell. So bad that there were wall plug ins in multiple places to try and cover it up. We had a used washcloth left inside the shower and the shower looked like it wasn’t cleaned. The beds were so hard, it felt like we were sleeping on the floor. We didn’t use the pool but it was cloudy and off putting. The staff were nice at check in and out, no other interactions with them. The lobby looked clean and updated. The rooms definitely need some improvements.
