1st room no tv. 2nd room smelled like cats. Highly disappointed.

This is the worst hotel we have ever booked. We left within 15 minutes of walking into our room. The door wouldn’t lock and the extra security latch had been ripped off. Out of 4 lamps, only one had a light bulb. The toilet was broken. The TV had zero channels available and the WiFi would only connect for 1 min at a time. The only reason we stayed there past 5 minutes was because I needed to change my out of office email on my computer - which I unable to do. There were people outside obviously on drugs. Just horrible. Also, the hotel photos do not accurately reflect the appearance of the property

I often stay at this hotel when in the area, but not sure I will be coming back.
The room smelt like stale cigarette smoke upon entry and throughout the stay, only 2 of the 4 lamps in the room worked, the bathtub and bathroom walls need to be repaired/updated, the door lock didn’t function properly (but was able to be locked)… and then there were the pillows. I had a king bed that came with 3 square pillows- had I of been traveling with someone, it wouldn’t have been enough. The property overall is in need of updates and repairs.
Pros: the ac/heat was quiet and functioned well, the front desk associate was very friendly, the room was dark with blinds shut- making for a nice room at bedtime, and it was quiet throughout the stay. Also, ample parking.

Did pre-check in to only have to do the same thing when I arrived. The room reeked, had a car air freshener on the a/c unit to try to mask the smell. Door would not lock or shut all the way. The bedside table had a ring of stick on it. Returned room keys to front desk and left.

The price reflects the property. The property needs repairs and updates badly.

Stay away. Worst experience in a hotel. I already left a detailed google review, but it was dirty enough to not want to shower, and to have woken up several times because of the cigarette smell in the room. Found dead ved bugs. This place needs to be shut down.

They came up at 8:30 telij g us that we had to get out because they didn’t show us in that room. I had to go talk to the office to prove that we had paid for the room for 2 nights. That got fix and went back to the room and about 15 minutes later a male house keeper open our door wide and my wife was changing and I got up and asked what the hell going on. I then went back to the office again and told them what happened and said some other things. This will be my last stay at this hotel. The 1 time was not as bad as this stay but it was bad.

Two different rooms were left like someone just checked out. Trash in the cans that smelled horrible, beds unchanged and rooms not cleaned after last person checked out. The front desk cancelled my stay after for me finding the second room in the same condition.

I habitually have stayed at LaQuinta on business trips without any regrets. But this one was not like the others I have stayed at. The building was definitely vintage & was run down, first impression was "I shouldn't have gotten a room here", inside the mattresses were worn out, the front desk person was courteous, I didn't ask for any other services, and I did not stay for breakfast. If I was La Quinta, I would take my sign down and definitely not advertise this as a conference center until a complete renovation could take place (probably cheaper to tear this one down and build a new one).

The office staff was horrible! I requested clean wash rags for each day of my stay. They refused to fill this request. The office staff let me know they don’t want me to stay there again. So, I won’t!

There were no wash cloths for a shower bathing nor shampoo or soaps to use
One working lamp no light bulbs in the rest of the lamps and TV screen about three deep scratches on it.
Check in was fine room was just a disappointment.
We left after about two hours (Checked Out)

This place was disgusting I booked this for my husband and two nephews to stay there because they were out of drop site close by of course them being guys they didn’t say anything. I actually surprised them one day and I couldn’t understand why they would stay in the horrible room that stink like mold, the room was so small. The restroom door did not close. The surroundings was horrible and to book this room for four nights I went on the third night and I just left that place had to book another place, which was wonderful but it’s just unbelievable to get charged to stay at a hotel room that was that disgusting.

When I walked in, the light switch was turned on but no lights were on. So I had to go around and press buttons to turn lights on. Then, I noticed two lights didn't work. So i went over to one light and it wasn't turning on. So I looked to see if it was plugged into the wall and the wire was completely cut from the plug and the plug part was still in the outlet in the wall. I noticed the other light needed a new light buld so I swapped the light bulbs from the other light that had a broken plug. When I went to the front desk to tell them about the broken light, the woman told me to just take the plug out of the outlet in the wall.
Then, we asked the front desk for housekeeping to come and they said they would come the next morning at 11:00. So my boyfriend and I made plans to go see a movie. We got up early and left for a movie. A few hours later, we came back and house keeping never came.
We also had many issues with getting into our room. The door itself was having issues and the key card kept not working. So we had to repeatedly go to the desk for them to give us a new key card. To top it all off, there were random mystery stains on the carpet and the TV didn't work well and the wifi wasn't great.I went to the desk to ask for sheets and towels becsuse we had no towels and i told the desk house keeping never showed up and that i had a pile of towels on the floor. And they told me to put all the towels in a pillow case and that they would come grab them.

The inside of the room smelled very musty and all the sheets were stained, ripped, and honestly unserviceable. The ceiling in the bathroom was falling apart and the toilet seat was ripped.

After traveling all day, I sought a nice clean room to shower and relax in. I was given room 270. The restroom had an active leak resulting in the floor being flooded. Urine stained toilet seat, dirty stained towels, no toilet paper, no shampoos, dirty stained bedding. I reported it to front staff and was moved to room 169. In 169 the toilet wouldn’t flush, no water and no guts in the toilet tank, towels stained, bedding dirty and stained, a foul strong nauseating odor, and homeless men all around my motel room door causing an unsafe situation as a solo female. I reported it again to hotel staff. Was told they’ll let maintenance know but it may be a long wait til they come by. I checked out of my stay there within an hour of checking in and requested a refund due to unsanitary and unsafe living conditions. Still waiting on a response. PLEASE give me back my refund. VERY dissatisfied. Would you pay to stay there?

We were told that we would love it in the back area because of peace and quiet , not knowing how bad the location is , it was about 11pm there were dogs next door and I called to get another room and she said there was not any , of all the rooms there there was not any , when we woke up the roofing to the building is collapsing, which we were not told ,for the price and name it was a non safe environment for anyone
Will never recommend this location to anyone
Please get this place up to standards

The hotel room is run down and very old but the front desk staff are very friendly and helpful.
The Pillows are very uncomfortable and contain feathers that have prickly edges that make it difficult to sleep.
The AC thankfully gets very cold.
The TV worked, but the wifi did not.
It seems like there was only 1 router that was located in the office far away from the rooms and we were unable to to keep a connection stable enough for usage.
The TV was unable to stay connected to the Wi-Fi network rendering the apps on the TV useless.
The bathroom only had half a roll of toilet paper when we first came into the room.
The bathroom it self was in not great shape, with paint peeling from the tub and looked like smoke stains.
There was a fridge and the microwave in the room along with a single serve coffee maker.
Upon using the microwave it caused the lights to go out because he microwave, fridge,TV, cable box ,and wall light were all plugged into a single outlet with an extension cord.
The first night we stayed the keys didn't work upon returning to our room so twe had to have the maintenance unlock the door for us while they reprogrammed the key which didn't get reprogrammed until the next morning. Furthermore, there were a pair of dirty women's underwear behind the vanity that holds the fridge.
All in all if you need a cheap place to stay and don't care much about anything else it's an okay place to stay. But we will not be returning as there are plenty of other options in the same

Overall you get what you pay for. The room was clean. However the toiletries were limited. No soap in the shower or vanity area. The hair dryer did not work and when asked the front desk for a replacement their response was that they did not have any extras. The continental breakfast was subpar. The stairwell area to the 2nd floor was extremely littered and dirty. The steps on the stairwell were loose and in need of repair. The bottom step had a 2x6 plank in lieu of the concrete step that was loose. The top concrete step was buckled and about to break through.

No towels, soap and only one role of toilet paper. Coffee maker was missing parts. Pool was closed and disgusting. The area around the buildings were nasty. Cigarettes and trash everywhere. Room smelled of cigarrettes. The smoke detector was in a drawer and the telephone wasn't connected to anything. Only decaf coffee and waffles in the morning. Tried to add photos, but app isn't allowing. This place should probably be torn down.

Overall a good stay.
The attendants taking care of the breakfast are two wonderful, caring ladies.
