Quaint and quiet and yet in the center of everything.

The hotel room was very nice very clean. I’d just suggest they close the bathroom door and clean well there. The breakfast was terrible and not worth it. But the room was nice safe big and comfy

When I arrived the place looked nothing like the pictures which have obviously been doctored. The place looked old, rundown and unsafe. I asked the front desk to cancel and they indicated it would be a full night's stay to cancel so I checked in to see if we could possibly just sleep there one night. I went to the room and felt like if I stayed I could be murdered in my sleep. The room looked nothing like the pictures and the bathroom smelled like sewage. I immediately checked out and had to still pay for the night. This was a hard lesson learned.

Our stay was fabulous! It was a beautiful suite and it was also huge! The staff was so nice and everything was so clean and tidy. They baked fresh cookies when we first got in and they were delicious! I would stay again and recommend. My stay was lovely.

Was expecting something better from what I seen in the pictures. Was not what I expected at all. And on my 3rd day, I woke up in the middle of the night and saw cockroaches crawling on the walls and floor around my bed. Had to throw away all my food and drinks, and keep my things in bags. I had to sleep with lights on to keep them from coming out.

The attention was very bad from the staff. I was there for 5 days and they cleaned on day 4 and they got upset because I told them that I needed toilet paper and clean towels. They told me that they clean every 3 days. I replied that I had already had 4 days and they answered me. bad way.

The bleach smell in the room was so strong it made my eyes water when i walked in.

My wife and I recently stayed at the Days Inn in Fern Park, Fla. It was a great experience starting with the check in, and meeting the manager Senji. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the surrounding area with stores, restaurants, and supermarkets. All within walking distance. The hotel's ice machine was out, so he gave us a bucket of ice while the machine was quickly repaired. Our room was great, a big bed, clean bathroom, well lit, and no bugs. There was a table and comfortable chairs which we placed in front of the big open sliding window. From there we really loved the unobstructed view from the 3rd floor into a wooded forest. As the strong winds sent the treetops swaying, we enjoyed our happy hour and a to go dinner. Just a note. The non-slip disk in the bathtub have lost their grip over the years. But there are handicap safety grab bars installed in the tub, just in case. I still give the hotel 5 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐. And when we are in the area, we will enjoy a stay there again. Thanks.

Although i was only staying 2 nights. My tub was dirty. Pods still in the coffee maker( glad i brought my own kuriq).

First room wasn’t clean I had To be moved to another room which was ok but I made The best of my stay .

If you are like us and decided to give this place a try I beg you DO NOT. Upon arrival at 1am we were so tired and just wanted to get into a clean bed. Clean was too much to ask for- you could smell the person who last slept in these sheets on the pillow cases and to top it off my husband found a weed pen INSIDE his pillow case. Place was filthy/ no way it was ever cleaned in any capacity. We woke up bright and early the next morning to get out. The front desk response to our complaints was “no refund we appreciate your feedback.” We will be disputing the 2 nights we did not stay with our credit card company !

Worse hotel ever staff was disrespectful and the rooms were the nastiest I’ve ever seen, would never stay again plus they have roachs

It was dirty . Staff was rude. Nothing I requested in my booking was met - such as first floor and extra pillows . The mirror was hanging off the wall . Pool was dirty and outdated . No ice machine worked.the water wouldn’t go down in the shower ! Horrible experience

I felt very unsafe in this place. The hotel was dirty the window was left open and I just had a very uneasy feeling specially when I heard people talking about shooting people and beating them up people were crying just not good. The front desk did nothing, we left did not stay!

There were cigarette butts lining the stairs and walkways, the room had no drawers to store clothes in just a hanging closet. The hotel also charged me $25 for a makeup on a towel as an additional fee. I agreed to get charged for the damaged property but it didn't say anything about charging me for dirty towels. Especially since one of my towels I couldn't use cuz it had lines on it like it didn't wash properly.

Is a nice place needs stuff to improve, the free breakfast hours are 6amm to 9 am needed to stand to around 10am

I am thankful to find a low budget hotel for 2 nights outside Orlando to attend a 2 day UCF orientation. 135.00 for 2 nights. I did not expect much and chose this one over other low budget hotels because no one complained of roaches!!! There weren't any! All the other reviews are accurate. Old building so things are worn. The king bed was great and comfy. The pool was clean and no one around. The pool man came to clean it and it wasnt even dirty. The tap water smells strong of ground water and people hang and smoke as they are weekly renters. No problems just loud outside with doors and traffic on the street. I recommend this for passers through on low budget. Not kid friendly. The staff are nice and prompt but did not give any info on anything, just told me the room #.

This hotel is dirty!!!!! We didn’t even wanna stay or sleep under the covers. There was stains on the towels and the sheets, or floor had stains from what I’m hoping was a sauce of some sort. There was a bug in the shower. The pictures online made the rooms looks decent but they were not as expected. Thankfully I only stayed one night.

The clerk showed me a little map that show two elevators to get to the 4th floor. Wrong only one. I bought insurance to cover leaving early but in checking out the clerk didn’t know how to apply it so I’ll probably be charged another night. I had the same towels and wash cloth for the entire stay. Pop machine didn’t work.

It was what we expected for the price

I arrived at 915pm. The door was locked and no one was at the front desk. There is a window bell which I rang multiple times. I waited for 25 mins before someone came in and he apparently was out of the bldg because he came walking up and went in thru the side door. He was polite and checked me in quickly after he finally got there. The room door was jammed really bad and I basically had to kick it in to gain access as well as close it to be able to lock it. The room had roaches both dead and alive, crawling around on the floor, nightstand and table where the TV was. The sheets and towels were stained and had hair in them. Although we were tired as hell there was no way we could comfortably rest in that room and opted to drive 3 hours back home.

The location was ideal to most things, but the cleanliness of the room needs to be better.

Super nice

The assigned room was dirty. What looked like blood stains on the mattress, all 4 pillow covers were filthy with what looked like makeup stains. The staff at check in assigned another room after informing him of the room conditions. The second room was just as filthy and with stains on pillow cover and bed sheets! I have pictures that proves the conditions of the room and we had to accompany ourself at the nearest Hilton! I want a full refund!

Couldn't get hot water for shower and the coffee maker was broke

It was just so nice and quiet. Very relaxing weekend.
