Great location close to cathedral. Could walk everywhere from Plaza to Plaza. Staff were polite and friendly and very helpful. Room was a good size and clean. Breakfast was a combination of hot and cold food - plenty of choice for a breakfast. Great value overall.

The hotel is nothing special only the location is good. Breakfast was disappointing, everything was finished, no vegan options and eggs were put together with bacon which was not appropriate for my muslim husband. Breakfast room is very crowded, tables always dirty and we waited to get more bread for 20 minutes. The room was ok, but no coffee or bridge. You can hear noice from corridor and other room easily. We had no view from our room just a dull wall. Not coming back.

First impressions,spacious but dated and dark room.I requested a quiet room,I was put near the lift,which I thought was counterintuitive ,though in the end that wasn't that noisy,unlike the neighbouring room. Main issue lack of dusting-felt like the room had not been used in while even more reason to dust tables,TV cable coiled up as if not used and V dusty!Don't expect tea or coffee,just green tea and camomile, no spoon but least there's a kettle-,bring your own tea/coffee! Lots of reviews commended the staff so I had high expectations -perfunctory and polite but nothing more than that.Check in took ages on what looked like a complex system,with no apology. On balance, I don't think this room was value for money paid, BUT location was very good,close to old city and museums,which was the main thing.

The location was very close to the city center and that was great. Breakfast was not extensive, but was good. Room had no view, but since we only used it for sleeping not a real problem. There were bigger rooms with a balcony and outside view, but we did not got one of these. The staff at the reception was very friendly and most helpfull. In short a nice stay.

Historic old building with antique finishes. Clean and within a 5 -7min walk to the historic centre. Beds were comfortable however rooms are run down, mold in bathrooms and tea kettle, noisy old pipes can head your neighbours very clearly. Property in need of renovations in thier rooms.

Unfortunately this property was entirely inadequate during our stay. The room was very dirty, including used spoons and glasses from previous guests left in the room, a dirty toilet and half-used toilet paper roll, a dirty floor. We left ample time for the room to be cleaned as we arrived at the hotel at 6pm - checkin was at 2. We were honestly disgusted by the conditions. We let the front desk know and all he did was shrug and apologize. Later, when we brought more concerns to him, he offered to change our room but at that point we were already settled and didn’t want to waste our one and only day in Valencia moving rooms. The bed and pillows were also incredibly uncomfortable - my husband and I had the worst sleep. I do not recommend this hotel. The only redeeming factor is it’s location.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable. The bathroom was adequate, nothing fancy. The location is excellent, close to all the sights. Breakfast was good, nothing fancy. Overall a good value and decent hotel.

We will definitely stay here again. Our room on the top floor was spacious and beautiful with a lovely balcony. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for walking around the old city and Rio park. Five stars.

It is a very nice hotel with all amenities that I need during the stay. The location is extremely good, very close to the old town. The breakfast is good too. Unfortunately there is no working desk in my double room, which is not very easy for working.

Great location in the old town but the rooms look into quite street. Even though there is no overnight parking the hotel is easily accessible by car with the city parking in close proximity. Comfortable large rooms. Good breakfast. In addition the hotel can arrange for tickets for Art and Science Centre which is very convenient. Highly recommended.

I loved this hotel. From the period features and pretty rooms to the very friendly and helpful staff. Location great too, just a few mins away from the main square and towers. Easy to get to from the airport as well, metro stop is about 15 mins walk away. If you’re a light sleeper maybe ask for a quiet room as you can hear traffic. Really didn’t bother us though.
