Along with 3 restaurants, this smoke-free resort has 3 outdoor pools and a full-service spa. Additionally, a golf course, 2 poolside bars, and a health club are onsite.

The Wigwam offers 331 accommodations with coffee/tea makers and bathrobes. Rooms open to patios. Each accommodation is individually furnished and decorated. Beds feature premium bedding. LCD televisions come with cable channels and pay movies. Bathrooms include designer toiletries and hair dryers.

As always we had a fabulous stay. Staff are awesome they make you feel special & cater to all of our needs & wants. The Oasis pool is where we spend most of our time with it being adults only.

The resort was very beautiful. Our only complaint was the rooms were not quiet but that was just the luck of the draw. Breakfast for two every day was also a bit misleading. You had $30 per day, not enough to buy two breakfasts and coffees.

We booked 3 days at the Wigwam. All staff was exceptional. The resort was beautiful. The pool was relaxing and entertaining. We booked the suite with King bed which was spacious. There is a patio in the front and in back. I loved that everything is walking distance. The only reason why I gave it an overall 4 stars is because we found a dirty sock. I thought it was my grandsons so I grabbed it to discover it was not his. I was grossed out. The sofa was against the wall in an awkward way from the t.v. I'm guessing it could not be centered because the sofa had a charging station. I moved the sofa and it was filthy. The rooms are surfaced clean but not detailed. I still recommend this place and definitely will book here again. I just now know to inspect the room and not opt out of daily housekeeping. Other than that I can't wait to book again and next time for a longer stay.

The check in time was 4pm and they were supposed to text me when the room was ready. At 4:45 I went to the front desk and asked status and the room was ready, but they never texted. This made us late for our dinner reservation. The pool is nice but there was a ton of kids. People are supposed to wear wrist bands to show that they are guests at the hotel, but very few people were wearing them. It appears that they let anyone in. There were so many people that there were no available loungers anywhere and very little shade. They need to consider a sail shade for the pool.

The wigwam is just such a beautiful resort and property. Photo opportunities everywhere. The staff is the most courteous and helpful. I love staying here. The free breakfast vip upgrade was awesome so we could just stay on the property and enjoy the amenities.

House cleaning accidentally let my dog out of our room after we asked them not to disturb it and then didn’t tell anyone. My very large dog was trapped outside when it was 115 degrees

I had a kate check in (after midnight) upon setting in for some much needed rest the AC system turned on and made a vibration the ratteled the whole room,to such a state the blinds and valance of the bay windows made so much noise is was impossible to sleep. The upsetting thought is this was so obvious that there is no way other visitors, housekeeping, or maintenance could not have been aware of this situation n I have stayed in resorts all over the worl. This one I suggest skipping..

The room was great for the price, and the pool was huge and the onsite bar was super convenient. If I had to find a complaint, it would be that the pool could be in better condition. There were a lot of missing tiles and a lot of the travertine on the deck has eroded quite a bit, to the point of almost being dangerous. That’s the only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five.

The downsize was the pool was very hot, it was not even enjoyable and thats what we looked forward to most. We did not sleep well as the AC unit was so loud i had to turn it off all together,

We had an overall wonderful experience at The Wigwam. Super friendly and welcoming staff, huge resort to explore, tons of entertainment and amenities to partake in. The hotel is a historic hotel, and shows its age in some areas (patio/balcony awning, chipping paint on wood, etc) but you can easily overlook that with how beautiful the rest of the area is. Our favorite part was the central hub of everything with the Tower pool, The Bar restaurant, the market, and beautiful landscape surrounding it. If you come to visit, definitely plan for the “colder” Phoenix months so you can spend time outside and not get heat stroke! Overall 5 stars, and we can’t wait to come back!!

The customer service at this property is excellent. Anything that we needed was promptly attended to. There was an incident at the family pool that required everyone to leave, but they allowed us to use the adult only pool for the rest of the day, which we appreciated.
